VRL Packers and Logistics

I shifted from hyderbad to bangalore. Packers came on time and packed the things very fast but dis keep the delicacy of items in mind. I was promised to deliver in two days and it was fulfilled. The concered people were always accessible over phone and ready to help. The only thing is the complete process is still manual which can be made digital and tracking must be added. Overall a satisfacyory experience.

I faced worst service in coimbatore VRL office

this is the worst parcel service ever. They dont have enough workers in delivery office. They didnot attend any call at time of asking address. if they atteded the call they did not say clearly. Very Very worst customer service. They dont have any quality to run parcel service. Better please close your conpany and go home. once again very very very worst parcel service VRL service. Dont book any parcel there.

Should have checked the review before using the service. I have shipped few house hold items from tanjore to roorkee. Been 17 days now and still waiting for the shipment to be delivered. No proper response from the customer care. I have no idea why they even run a service. 1500 bucks paid for this pathetic service and we wanted shipment to be delivered before Diwali. Hoping this will be delivered before next Diwali.

Before giving money just check the back side of the bill. After reading you will not send your item with VRl. You need to cry to receive your package or wait for 20-30 days to get it. They dont know what is courtesy or to talk. They just need money. For every step they need money. They will not tell the total budget at one.

I have given them to transport my bike from Pune to my hometown. Till the time they have taken the money and my bike, they were talking very sweet. As soon as I have given them my bike and money, next day onwards my trouble started. They were telling only lies and lies. If you ask them in tough language, they stopped picking my phones. Already 12 days have gone and I am completely clueless that where is my bike now and when I will receive.

Going back to Pune to write the FIR as I am worried that these thugs may use for their own purpose.

Very very bad Experience.. we packed our product three layer packing as bubble sheet , thick plastic material and cardboard . We wrote handle with care .Eventhough that people handled very carelessly . We wrote complaint , no action . Loss of money .

One of the worst logistic and bus service. They dropped one of my friend on road at 10 pm saying that next bus will pick but she has to wait on road for one hour. Booked my bike for shifting from Hyderabad to Bangalore they promised to deliver on next day still I am waiting to for my bike while making booking they will promise 100 things to extract money purely unethical service and behaviour never prefer. Don’t have option to give minus star otherwise they should get -5 star

I transferred one double bed from Bangalore to Kolhapur through VRL packers. I had confirmed that the charges include packing, shipping and unpacking. I was told that the delivery will happen in 4 days, but it took 2 weeks. Not a much concern with this but at the time of delivery the person just dumped the packed material and walked away. When the receiving party(my relative) asked for unpacking, he carelessly said Not My Job.

I then contacted VRL Bangalore after a couple of days hoping they will send someone to unpack, but the manager was very rude and said we should have called at that time and now they can't do anything about it. When I was explaining it is their job to complete all things as promised he hung up and not answering since then.

Will not recommend this packers to anyone.

I booked my household goods from.bangalore to hyderabad on sep 30 and they promised to deliver by oct 1. I am still awaiting my goods. I am following up with the team and making continous calls but there is no response. They dont pick my calls and if they pick all that theu say is aapka samaan aa jayega. Every time i call they give me a new contact details stating this person will guide me. They are terrible, unprofessional, unethical. The guys who came to pack the goods in bangalore increased the bill value from 30 k to 42 k and my trouble began from there and its still continuing. This is the 8th time i am relocating within India and this is the most terrible terrific saddening experience. Please approach dhl packers who are very prompt and who provide their clients a seamless experience. I still remember dhl team and the exp they left in my thoughts.....

I took a service of VRL bommanahalli, bangalore. I moved my things from Bangalore to Udumalpet, initially they asked for the charge of 10 thousand, after they loaded the things they billed me 21 thousand. when I asked with them I was not getting proper response, they responded irresponsible and arrogant, TATA ace is the vehicle they arranged for my things, eventhough it was not sufficient to accommodate my things, they have not changed the vehicle. They delayed moving things, they took complete 4 and half day to move things. First they moved my things and I found that my Bike was missing, when I complain to them they are pointing a transport agency as responsible, VRL never showed any appropriate response to customer. After the huge argument I got back my vehicle. For things what we sent, it is not either safety or secured from VRL.

Eventhough I packed my things by my own they charged packing charges. As well I was not asking for unpacking service(as well it was not done), but for unpacking also they charged me. They were charging 18% GST, but never shared me the GST number in bill.

People they sent to pack the things are hugely irresponsible and only money minded, torturing the customer for tips like anything. even we say we are satisfied with the service also they were not leaving us from taking the forceful tips amount.

When we compliant all this issues to VRL staff, they were so much irresponsible and trying to escape by saying we are just mediators kind of bla bla things.

Finally, the transport VRL arranged, they itself suggesting us not to go for VRL service.

If you want to feel unsecure about your goods and tortured mentally and charged heavily, go for VRL.

I booked a house shifting with VRL Bangalore. They promised to send pickup truck at 11am. We have a baby and we had packed all our stuff including that of the baby. We made several calls enquiring about the time of pick up trucks arrival. Every time some fake time and truck number was given. People receiving our calls were genuinely awful and rude. Absolutely no customer service at all. Truck finally came at 7pm. Due to traffic we reached home by 10pm. Third grade beep beep beep . MC BC.

Worst Service VRL quote us a lower price than other packers & mover and told us will get your household items within 7-10 days, they send us more than the double bill which they quote and we are still waiting for our stuff, they literally blackmailing for the household even after paid there more than double bill.

VRL had up picked up luggage on 5 days back from Pune with promise to deliver by 5 th day.now after chasing them on phone calls they are telling me that it will be delivered on 9th day.

Now I am helplessly waiting for my luggage with my family at Hotel at Jaipur.such A PATHETIC SERVICES AND BUNCH OF LIERS THE VRL IS.DO NOT EVER GO FOR THIS. THEY EVEN DONT  DESERVE 1 STAR RATING

The worst experience. All the bragging they do on their website is completely wrong. They agreed for 5k and after the luggage was taken, he asked me to pay 5, 900( including taxes) which was not mentioned earlier. They bug you till the money is paid but delivery doesn't happen on time at all. I still did not receive my luggage for which I placed the order almost a week ago. The person dealing with my luggage also raised his voice when asked questions about the luggage and has not been receiving the entire day today.

VRL operate is not a good company to deal with moving your households. They come and give you the lowest price for transferring your household. When they start packing the items, they generally write all the big items in the list but don't write expensive & important items because they pack it in the boxes and just writes the number of boxes. So you have no proof of material inside the boxes.

They will take full amount in advance so you can't do anything. When you unpack your household some 1-2 items are missed from the boxes.

When you call back to the VRL representatives, they give following answers and stop picking your phone calls,

1. We are checking in our godown

   
   




2. we are checking with staff etc.

   
   




3. The person met with an accident and he will come after 3-4 days

   
   




4. What you will do if we don't return

   
   

Now you have no option because they don't take your calls, I can't go to cops because item name is not mentioned as it was inside the boxes.

Guys, be very careful with this company when you are planning to shift. Please make sure all expensive and important items are mentioned in the list.

They will confuse you while packing and will assure don't worry sir we will make sure everything will be safe and transported etc. We are there for you etc but when you report something missing, no phone calls answered also no responsibility taken by the company.

I lost my water purifier and I know it was stolen by VRL people but it was not mentioned on the list by the company so I can't take legal action against VRL but I am writing here to warn other people.

Please be very careful with this company.

I had a worst experience with these jokers. None of them can understand English. They will give you false promises in the beginning and they will make you chase them once the payment is made. They will not talk about Insurance charges, Unloading charges in the beginning. Once the package is loaded they will ask more money for Insurance for which they will not give you Insurance sheet also and they will ask for Unloading charges seperately. They were very rude and none of them are civilized.

Don't ever try these guys, they are only cheating people and their money. that's their business agenda

Before rellocating to another country I sent a few things to my home town including a new maple wood wardrobe. They guaranteed a double packaging in wooden boxes and also ensured that they’ll arrange for a carpenter to re assemble the wardrobe after delivery at my home town. They also charged me a premium for this.

The whole wardrobe parts were delivered broken and the carpenter never showed up, it’s been over a month.

I studied in Bangalore one of the most popular college. after completion of my course I just packed all my books and belongings to my home town kerala calicut . my friend suggest VRLPackers and logistics. after packing all things we just went to VRL office banglore. then ask delivery options and demands. they told us get all languages to office. we reached fastly. we alredy packed perfectly all the things. they checked all and packed again with weight box. we ask about that. they told that box only for safety. ok we accept. before accepting our language they just calculate weight. that box also they count. after they tell amount we paid. and they told. language will reach with in 4 days.

actually my family contact VRL office at calicut after 4 days. language didn't reach there. there told it will take more than 7 days. after 7 days also like that. ooh. we complaint there at calicut office about VRL banglore. after 12 days only we will get our language. we checked packings. tollaly damaged. books all look like wet. some water entered inside. and other things also damaged. very careless delivery system. we complained but they didn't take any actions. we lost our money and belongings and books everything.
