VRL Packers and Logistics

I was told by the store that to deliver a shipment to the godown would be Rs. 280 and home delivery would be Rs. 340. The store shipping the products paid Rs. 340 but still the Angamali staff insisted that we had to pick it up. I tried to reason with the Angamali manager but he was rude and shouting at me. You have no shame in taking extra money for home delivery and not keeping your side of the bargain.

We went through hell with your company 2 months ago when we transported a refrigerator and washing machine AFTER paying for them to be delivered to THE HOUSE, when your staff asked us to pick them up ourselves - a heavy fridge and washer! Then, after a lot of discussion, they grudgingly delivered to the front yard and we had to get other help to move them upstairs. What a bloody joke! Infuriating. .

After a lot of arguments, they brought these items to the street in front of the house and then they had the bloody audacity to expect _ME_, the customer, to upload them from their truck! How does that work? Whose job is the heavy lifting? The customer's? NO WAY! What did we pay for? Do not insult customer for your own shortcomings!

What makes it worse is that there are no clear instructions for the average customer on how to choose home or godown options delivery.

I am very angry about this. We were planning on shipping a large amount of furniture and heavy items using VRL but now will go to a competitor. To hell with VRL. I have used moving companies in the U.S. and Canada but none as incompetent and pathetic as you. Another street class Indian business that cares little about service. You should shut down this two-bit operation.

Sooner or later, karma, if you believe in it, will surely pay you back, make no mistake. Treat your customers like crap and they will strike back. This company is a horror show.

We customers will get screwed over only once. JUST ONCE! WE ARE NOT STUPID.

Very worst to treat for employees. Not guarantee job and also salary. If any other person gets wrongs immediately salary deduction or voluntary write to resignation letter get it out consider person without any mistakes doing, treated not like same people, looks only kananda people taken it out mostly and not other language people taken it out only temporary not considered it out

One of the pathetic service in my whole life, roude staff, unprofessional, they are very much organized in unorganized. they treat client like dog. dont use VRL ever. you cant connect even costumer care. shops and wear house team even not co- operate, Ghatia, dont use it. Delhi Narayna and silligurri both are Ghatia team.

Sir/Mam, I am your customer using your service since a long time.Your logistics service is one of the proud able service in India but Some cases Behaviour of employees are pathetic. They don't bother about your value and time.

I booked a shipment from satara to Raipur whose AWB NO. 1080395645 .Shipment is not being delivered timely. For receive to shipment from your Raipur Office I sent transportation vehicle they are telling me shipment is at other section and also say come after 2-3 hours of time. Nobody has some valueless time to sit for a whole day to receive the shipment.They also deliver the shipment without signing the receiving paper and call for payments without bill.The Manager in your Raipur Office Name N.Adityan and N. Rajesh(Executive) and the Bill person Vinod Sharma . they all have bad behaviour and dont bother about time and values.

Please do the needful action to improve your logistics services.

My material got interchanged , and in my transport charges I have to return the interchanged parcel due to their negligence, after that from one month we are following still did not get our material....even after a month , if we call the branch they say will call you once we get the material

Third Class this logistic services of VRL. I have booked Parcel on 6th April and still the parcel not delivered and nobody is responding the same. I never seen this types of company in our life. I request you that to others don't go for it.

My supplier booked my parcel from Mumbai vrl on 21st March 2024 , according to the transport service my parcel should get in Kolkata within 4 to 5 business days.. But at mumbai vrl they kept my parcel for 4days at mumbai . When i told them they said we will dispatch today when they dispatch from there pune vrl kept my parcel for 7 days. The destination was kolkata.. Lr no.

1070648953.We was belived that we will get the material intime from vrl kolkata and that cause we are booking materials in vrl mumbai This is hospital materials.Still now the materials not come today 5th april, 2024.We have facing a loss everyday for labour wastage and hospital also facing a loss.Who are responsible for that?

One of the worst transportation service I ever heard, irresponsible staffs, I sent a machine from Salem to Assam, they broke the machine like a pappat....I called a responsible person and from Salem and told the details he said i will check but after then he will not attend my call...

My client received the machine there they also did the same manner

Hopeless service. We have booked 2 boxes from Chennai to Ahmedabad. We received only 1 Box and 2 box they kept in another warehouse. they will deliver after 3 days. Total 15 days they are taking.

The owner is busy making movies about himself than taking care of business , had booked a parcel from Chennai on 3rd of June and even after almost 7 days the vrl people don't know when the parcel will be delivered. Guys in this time we could have delivered stufg to the north pole. Never ever use this useless company
