I bought Yamaha speaker from Vplak site , they took 9 days for delivery but when I recieved item , it was not sealed and 2/5 year old used speaker, I ask asking them to replace the item and now customer care guy is not reachable

Got call from vplak operations head, good to know that they are sorting out issues one by one and I got my money refunded.

There was some issue earlier since I asked vplak for an open box delivery.

My experience Vplak is They accept order for not-in-stock items. After Follow up they give suggestion to change the product and also give the best price for Polk HTS 12 subwoofer.

If you want any thing from VPLAK make order cash on delivery.

My name is Raman Sharma and I am an employee I have to leave from there because this company is been lying to me from Ray-Ban of joining and made me lie to the customer, realise that I am be lying to the customer I left them without a delay and even after asking and mailing them for my hard and money they haven't replied a single time.

The fox that they say that they will provide you phone job is just a fake promise and do not ask the HR for this box they will say they are working or they will work up on this.

Parking benefits travelling benefits and all are the benefits are just to lie they will be no parks given on there behalf and they will make you work on your own laptop they are not going to even provide the distance and basic and amenities in office.

This is the proof of I have bought a monthly pass for parking below their office.

No product and kept all the money!

Now running behind banks to get the transaction disputed!

Stay away its a shame that such companies are allowed to operate.

All the promises of Vplak are false. Products are open box and not sealed. They don’t respond after sale is done . No return is possible as they will ask for impossible documents like company letter that product is faulty. Emails are non responsive.

they did not allow cancellation , if you cancel order due to whatsoever reason, they are going to keep all your money.

Got my self best price for the JBL 9.1 True sound. I was looking up for prices and none could match the Vplak.com prices. Was surprise to know they are in service since 2015. I was skeptical of buying it online as the prices were too good to be true.

. Ravi Bansal from their sales team assured me and invited me to come to their godown to verify and pick the product myself.(they have a godown in every major city). Drove down picked up the soundbar system myself, the godown incharge helped me test the system there itself. Box was sealed pack. Did the test and out within 30mins(time may be too much, but the home theatre options available were also many). Payment is easy as you can use CC, DC, UPI, net banking with a legit GST bill for your purchase. Super happy.

Edit: My super happiness didnt last even a year. I was told that online invoice will be shared with me. Till date never received an invoice. Mr. Bansal asked me to raise a ticket on their email, which never gets replied. So the after sales service is a big dud. The product which I bought needs a repair under warranty, for which I need the bill. I am hoping for a miracle to happen now.

Bought genuine Polk speakers and Denon AVR from Vplak, that was the last good part about it. Trouble started after I requested a replacement for the Monitor XT15 with an in ceiling RC80i, there has been absolute radio silence since... It's been close to a month now.

I purchased a marshall speaker from Vplak Electronics it's expensive, but if u r someone who loves music, u r up for a treat. Bass isn't explosive but refined I feel ths speaker is suited for a rock music love~ perfect
