Never buy anything from them.Their prices are so low and they dont even have 90% of the products.they make the customer pay the money upfront and never dispatch the material.

I purchased Samsung Buds Live from VPLAK, and although I am satisfied with the product, the delivery was poor. It was promised to be delivered within a couple of days, but it got delayed by 5 days without any update. I had to call them twice, which was frustrating.

All of that being said, when I finally did get them, I was relieved that the product was brand new and legitimate. The Buds Live sound terrific, especially the bass, and the open-ear fit is surprisingly comfortable. They don't rest too heavily on my ears, and I can wear them for hours without a speck of discomfort whatsoever. Active noise cancellation is good, but not outstanding, but it does reduce background chatter to some extent.

My favorite aspect is the battery life—those are long enough for my purposes. It has a compact case and is easy to carry around. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the earbuds, but I would prefer the delivery to be smoother. If you can endure the delay, VPLAK is a good choice. Just be patient when your order arrives later than usual.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Vplak.com, As a customer, I felt compelled to share my negative experience to help others make informed decisions.

Here's a breakdown of the issues I encountered:

Limited Information: The Vplak.com website lacked transparency regarding pricing, campaign specifics, and targeting options. It was difficult to understand the true cost and effectiveness of their services.

Communication Issues: My attempts to contact customer support for clarification were met with slow response times and unhelpful answers. It felt like pulling teeth to get basic information.

Unrealistic Expectations: During the initial sales pitch, the Vplak representative made promises about campaign reach and results that seemed overly optimistic. Unfortunately, the delivered campaign fell far short of these expectations.

Limited Control: Once the campaign was launched, I had very little control over adjustments or optimizations. It felt like I was handing over complete control without the ability to make changes as needed.

Difficulties with Measurement: Vplak.com's reporting tools were clunky and difficult to understand. It was challenging to track the actual performance of my campaign and measure the return on investment.

So I can say that this is totally fraud company which is using customers fund for their business purpose and once you make the payment, they will not return your payment and you will be cheated.

Even they don't have original products. They deals in old or I think refurbished products. So they are giving discount and making customer foolish.

Initially was skeptical to buy as i saw mixed reviews online. Had tried contacting customer service and reached harshitha. She responded well by providing all the pricing for my enquiry and also went extra mile to provide other suggestions also.

Just by her words i placed my order for yamaha receiver along with polk bookshelf speaker.

Initially courier guys Movin commited to deliver within 5 days but to my whole surprise, even after 1 week status was still in pickup location and never moved from there. Harshitha followed up with courier guys and atlast product was received in 2 weeks. Never try movin in future as even support guys dont have idea of when the product will reach them and neither they provided delivery location gowdown point of contact for picking it up directly.

I would suggest vplak to use only reputed courier and not damage their name with these kind of irresponsible courier partner.

Happy purchase with Vplak. For this Diwali, I explored many other sites and finally opted vplak to make order . I would like to thank Harshitha mam who literally did multiple follow ups and answered all my queries and she ensured all my transactions process and till product delivered as I expected . About the product, I would say it’s mind blowing . It’s a perfect addition to my home theater and it’s replaced my satellite speakers focal . As we all know about Jbl, stands out for the brand value . I would request everyone allow every speaker to break out period, after 20 or 30 hours of usage you will feel a huge difference . Sound is crystal clear with a deep bass but I would say subwoofer is required to have a best experience.

I recently bought a Denon AV system from their site. They sell genuine factory packed items and is definitely amongst the lowest price point.

What really made a difference in the experience is their executive Ms Harshita who was in touch all through the process of deciding upon the option , to the purchase and final delivery at your place.

As mentioned by others here, they would need to improve upon their delivery otherwise they have all the boxes ticked for them

I am having very bad experience with VPLAK. Have ordered a subwoofer 15 days back. There mail come with an order details and disclaimer you order will get start packing in 4-5 hours.

My order is not at home even after 15days .after 10 -11working days.

On reaching there customer service( which is hard to get by some times) there exceptions on delays in chronoligical.

1) Start delivering soon.

2) High volumes of delivery due to festive season.

3) Logistical issues.

4) Sending via some 3rd grade Courier service. who dont have any customer service.

My item is lurking at some courier service for last 2 days. No one responds now. They already missed one deadline.

God know when will be my order delivered.

My suggestion would be avoid such kind of services.
