Hopeless service. their executive don't turn up on time...have to given multiple calls through the customer care number...lastly they say pls drop an email to their customer complaint email. Dome people are not qualified enough to take the client calls.
If there is 0 rating then I would have given null, not even 1 star.

No support when network is gone .... flase promises are made while purchasing connection, very bad experience, highly not recommended
I use vovinet since 5 years now. Minimal downtime & consistent speeds for upload as well as download. I renewed from 50mbps to 100mbps. Customer care not only offered to give me a free router as my old one was not supporting 100mbps speed but also sent a technician to complete the installation. Not expected from an Indian isp. Truly world-class service

I got a new connection based on the promise that the speed will be 100 Mbps. I got the 90 Mbps for the first 2 days post that the speed dropped to 10 Mbps. Yesterday's link went down completely. After repeated follow-ups issue is still not resolved. Is this the quality I should expect from the Microscan brand? The customer support number does not allow any interaction and divert to app. Any complaint I raise on the app does not seem to get resolved as well. I contacted the guys who installed the connection. They don't seem to care as well.
Pathetic service experience.Worst service provider i have experienced.
Unreliable, there assurance is all lie, Every other day internet disconnects, Non professionals , they Ask you to raise complaints and close them automatically daily without fix or resolution and confirmation, 2 to 3 days downtime seems pretty normal to them. Really doubt my own intelligence for opting this unreliable service provider.

Getting disrupted frequently. Have to write multiple mails to get it attended. Everytime the customer service team tells that they have to clear chache. Why it is happening? Why not it automatically happens or the team clear it regularly themselves without waiting for any complain???
I have been using it for more than 2 years and very happy with quality. At times of incidents, their response have been good.
I took a 100 mbps unlimited plan, but I hardly get 18 mbps speed. Even after multiple complains they do nothing, they say engineer has been assigned and he will visit you as soon as possible, but alas nobody comes to fix the issues. I am at total loss. They try to put the blame on the Router for low speed, if you are using your own router.
Really pathetic
No any service in this world would be as worst as this MICROSCAN VOVINET.
I have raised request for changing router 3 months ago. Still my router is not changed.
Every time I am calling customer support, they are saying they will assign this to technician, he will call you.
But I have not received any call from technician. I had called customer support multiple times, but of no use.
I paid for 3 months and facing internet issue in first month itself, but nobody cares and no one came to resolve the issue, called multiple times in there customer support but they are not able to fix my issue. STRANGE.

It has been 10 days that I have been following up with Microscan customer care and their Wakad Area Manager Prashant. I have taken this connection on 20th June and since then facing many issues like frequent disconnection and low speed.
I have lodged 4-5 complaint till now but no response from their side. I have called area head Mr. Prashant several times in the last 4 days but still, the issue persists. Customer care always says, we have assigned an engineer and he will visit soon but then no response. There has been no response for resolution yet. Each time they come with saying that this will be resolved in 30mins but it never does. Absolutely Pathetic Customer Service. PLEASE DON'T GO FOR MICROSCAN.!

I'm using vovinet broadband and I regret it everyday. They have the worst customer support. And the internet disconnects atleast 3 4 times a day. When you call them, they have this big list of issues to tell you. They don't take any action even after several complaints. To me, they say that there is dispute between several internet providers, so they cut our cable. I'll never suggest vovinet to anyone. And you guys should stop providing internet services if you are not able to maintain it. It is not even worth 1 star but I have to give atleast 1 star to post my review. I have a lot of things to say but I think this will be enough for users to understand.
I have broadband connectivity at home since 1+ year. Recently service quality is degraded so much and leading to frequent disconnection. Inspite of reporting issue, no improvement. I had logged multiple calls and repeated followup however the issue persist and no ownership of problem resolution from service provider
I have been using their services for a while and am frustrated to the core. Their service is extremely inconsistent and break downs are norms. To top it all, they have shameless customer service who would lie to you point blank with the sole motive of making you keep the phone down. As it would turn out, you would end up calling these jokers again and again for days and they would shamelessly promise you that their Engineer would come shortly for sorting out the issues. Nether they would give you the detail of the engineer allocated the job nor they would tell you when he would grace his presence at your house to sort out connectivity issues. The latest from my experience is that I have been calling these morons for last three days and as a usual practice they promise me that their engineer would come by evening and would make the internet running. Three evenings have past and today they have promised that their engineer would come tomorrow as he is busy. Since its a prepaid connection, I told them to return/ adjust my payment for the loss of the four days of no internet connectivity to which they blatantly replied that that the same is not possible. Frustrated, I told them to close my connection and pay the balance; a plea which was again conveniently answered in negative by these cheats. Now they have my money and I am sitting with no internet connectivity. I have finally decided to change over for my peace of mind. I would advice everyone to stay away from these cheats.

I wanted to relocate the router to a different room. The service guy said that he would be available after 4 so I took 2 half days from work . Every time the service guy says, he would arrive in 15 minutes. But he never bothered to show up.
I called the support guys thrice & all response I got that was "WE ARE COORDIINATING". Plus the support guys are rude & do not escalate the matter.
Till date my issue is not resolved.
These guys take money and provide no support. Do not fall prey to such internet service providers.
Friends I am experiencing very poor internet services and believe me they have not only poor technical staff but also very arrogant customer support staff .these people don't know how to provide internet services their technical staff is pathetic and customer care are useless to talk with . I would not suggest vovinet for sure
Vovinet-This broadband is very good for me because it has many number of plans, so that that customers have their own to choose any plan according to their need.
also the speed of this broadband network is very good, i have taken a plan of 10 MBPS with unlimited data usage for 30 days, also it provides boost speed for downloading the data from the internet, so this company is reliable for their speed connectivity.
This broadband is so reliable just because of their better service ans support, now-a-days this broadband is spreading all over the india like a water, just because of its number of plans and having high speed internet, so it is very reliable.
Service factor of Vovinet is very good, their technicians are always ready to help their customer just to maintain their reliability and having their customers team, that's why I always recommend Vovinet broadband to others.

I have been using vovinet Mumbai in Andheri east from last 9 months. I have complained at customer ervice as well as to the service person but they have not worked on any solution than talking blaugh. Vovinet management is not bothered. False internet network it is very slow and most of the time it does not work. Standard answer from customer care and staff does not have competancy.
