Very bad service V Mart .I have purchased innerwear product v mart when I was trying these they stop and after check found size small I told for exchange then they told these not in my policy....very bad store ..i think these type store need shut down .I have totally loss of these products

Beware, they change the price offer between the shelf and counter . Bill no. M063606-0124-A38 , and the staff knows everything. It went on for two days.

V-Mart Retail

Today had very Bad experience with your Shop.

Address-V-Mart Retail Limited Unlimited.

First Floor, cts 42 & 43, Shankar panther Road, Gultekdi, Pune, Maharashtra-411042

In KUMAR PACIFIC MALL Pune.

Your Cashier harrased me and overcharged me .

I have purchased three t-shirt along with three Varmudas then was not knew about that on one of the Varmuda there is Buy one get one offer is there.

Then the Cashier who was calling himself MANAGER, told me about the offer but there was no other product available for Buy one get one Offer .

So I told the Manager (Cashier), m not seeing other Product available for this Varmuda.And he not listened and done the Full charges without knowing me.And When I asked him about the same he started misbehaving and advised me to purchase different product which is having Buy one get, But there was no other Product available which was in the range and also have not needed it then why I will purchase.

Although I request him to remove that one product then he started shouting, harassing and misbehaving

Very bad experience today as there were many customers at check but to my surprise employee of vmart stopped the line and helped a person to checkout first who was not in any line , that employee who wasmay be manager was very rude and arrogant

My experience is very pathetic with V Mart.

I got the defective item and when I raise a request for return they say 3 to 5 working days for pickup. This went for 45 days, on the 46th day also same answer(3 to 5 working days).

And the Customer care Employees are irresponsible and no ethics.

Finally they cancelled my return saying not possible to pickup the item.

If there is Negative rating I would have given: -(Minus)100

Don't purchase any item from V Mart.

Very bad experience with vmart and their so called policy.. Do not trust this site. I order a product and need to exchange but they don't have exchange policy they only return also in which we have to raise request once you can't change your mind by cancelling and returning the product again.. Very bad service and experience. I recommend not to use this site.

Pathetic experience on shopping first time on their website, first they sent defective blazer and upon returning they didn't refund the amount. After 1 month they credited points to my wallet forcing me to shop again on their website with poor collection

It was a very bad experience in V mart pathankot items we bought (clothes) it is gud but food items it was really bad we dnt know what kind of quality products V mart pathankot is selling it is cheaper than a local shop

I bought my first purchase from V mart was on 18th August 2021. I have some doubt about the quality and service but I am very happy to say that the materials I bought I bought was of good quality with the price range. More over their service is very good and fast delivery . After that I bought more Items from Vmart. one shirt I have bought was small in size and I opt return . in the very next day Vmart agent pick the item and get refund within next few days(I choose Vmart credit as I need the same item with correct size) I like vmartretail for buying cloth materials as there are lot of collection and the price is very reasonable compared to other sites
