Very Poor co-ordination with the Customer care and Customer Service team. Technician's are very poorly managed and service Appointments are NOT honoured ON time.
And when ever you give a call to Customer care they all given the same answer that Technician will be there before evening - unfortunately you will not get any call from Technician
And I do not know when I fix an appointment for a particular time - at least 1 Hr delay is acceptable, where as there is No regret from home serve for not even sending anyone the whole day after multiple calls every 2 hours.
For a Booking on Saturday, we have been advised to call 3 days earlier - even 4 days before I called to fix an appointment - NO one will turn up. To add more there is NO Service option on Sunday.
We go to such corporates for AMC so that you pay attention to customers and hope that you will be providing good service when there is a break down or complaint. But Home serve has failed to do that. And proven that it's Not worth to opt the AMC - instead it's advisable to get the local technician's on need basis.
Poor co-ordination and pathetic customer service to attend client's fault, having good Call center for responding to customer calls - will not work out, end of the day how fast and quality service we provide to customer is what it matters to survive in the competitive business environment.
When Customer appointments are NOT met, what is the reason for having a call center - to take service appointments? Very unsatisfied with the response and for poor timely attention to customer complaints.
