PATHETIC SERVICE. NEVER BUY ANY BIG ITEM EXP REFRIGERATOR.


I bought a fridge from Viveks Electronics, Usman Road on a sunday.


They had promised to deliver it the next day which never happened.


After multiple calls, pleading for delivery of refrigerator, they finally agreed to deliver the next day.


Even next day, there was no intimation regarding the delay.


The delivery persons number switched off.


Then after long search we somehow connected to head office and a courteous lady gave the number of the branch manager.


NOW COMES THE MOST IMPORTANT PART


While purchasing the refrigerator, promise was made CLEARLY THAT vivek electronics will deliver the fridge/refrigerator to 2nd floor(where my house is)


And, to my surprise, The fridge delivery person came all alone.


Not only that,


The irresponsible delivery person refused to climb stairs and kept the fridge on road and left.


HEIGHT OF CARELESSNESS.


REALLY BAD SERVICE FROM THE ELECTRONICS OUTLET VIVEKS.


My Suggestion : Never buy refrigerator from Viveks Usman Road outlet

I recently bought an inverter ac from viveks india. It is not working after instalation..when i contacted viveks, they are not showing any response.. poor service..and viveks staffs are asking 800 without bill to do the work.. 100% planned fraud work by viveks..please solve this..

Very worst service . Pls don’t buy anything from Viveks am facing lot of problems from purchasing Viveks . Mainly not purchase the AC because they dnt knw how to install and not done proper service. We called for service but they didn’t able to done the work for last one month .

I purchase Samsung ac(1.5 ton)  from Viveks ponammalle showroom through finance on  23 April and they told it will deliver with in two days but they didn't and I m keep on calling for the delivery time the sales person Mr Raj Kumar Couldn't able to respond and he told that he didn't know the driver number etc and he is keep on calling me and asking whether product deliver or not. There is no customer relation in this and I got delivered at 9.30  pm on 26 april.so I request  every body  not to buy any products  from  Vivekananda. No value for money. Useless service. They only need money from us.i spoke to his manager Ganapathy and he also didn't respond at all properly and he dis connect and telling customer the fake information. Why to do the bull shot business. I highly suggest people not to buy any products from Vivekananda any more and no value for money.

I have bought many products from many places. Out off all, I chose this Viveks. Many people have given worst comments all are true.


I bought AC on 13-4-2018 and they promised to deliver by next day. Thats complete bullsh*T. After multiple followups with their customer care(another worst place on earth, dont call them, they done respond properly), They delivered on the 5th day.


Immediately I called up their customer care for installation and they are not making any action on it. Today its the 7th day and its not installed.


I will never buy from any useless branch of Vivek.


then. its your wish.


I am giving 1 star becuase I cant give 0 stars.

I brought Refrigerator and Washing Machine at T Nagar outlet on 12th April 2018 and same got delivered on 13th April morning at 8.30AM which is fantastic service. My problems started thereafter.


I was promised that the installation will happen on 14th Morning.


I called viveks on 13th and I was told the installation will happen that evening or next day morning. I keep calling them every day and I am getting the standard response "today evening or tomorrow morning".


Where is 3 day service guarantee.


Do not buy anythin from here..

Worst mistake of my life was buying the a.c. from here.After delivery service ppl didn't come for few days since they forgot to inform the service ppl.once they came they did a pathetic job.a.c. starting leaking from the main unit on the second day itself.and when I called to complain they are trying to justify That Some amount of leakage is normal. ultimately reason was their installation was faulty.They adjusted a bit and some drainage started happening.but the main bulk of water was still collecting in the pipe.but they closed the job say in it was fixed.and after tht all service ppl started talkin rudely say in the problem is fixed from their side.such a pathetic scenario.ultimately I called online service ppl.but they could only partly correct the problem as installation was that bad.avoid buy-in from here

Worked as a product manager for more than 3 years. Management people want to make money by doing anything.


Cheating the customers, giving false assurance to employees make them work out of time. They will blame our self for all the concerns especially the Hr people experts in making fool of employee.


Don't provide the salary properly, no leave such as CL and ML. No PF contribution etc. They making money by cheating customers and employee. Don;t know how to treat the person. Especially Viveks HR - Lakshmipathy Manoharan and Anitha Grace.


They are fully trained ambassadors- making money from staffs

Acting as attempted for Delivery. Cheating the customers. No honest in commitments.


My last purchase with them. Any top management members please look into this area and improve it, else valuable customers will move to next shop.

We've bought many products from viveks. They did not last long too. Service is not very good and they don't care once the payment is done. One thing about being a company is not to lie at the least. We ordered an OLED tv on the 1st of January. They made many false promises and mislead us. First purchases were not too good but lying does not impress us. Please maintain a policy of not lying. We can wait until services.


But we cannot withstand lying.

Vivek's and co is the consumer electronics shop in chennai. It's popular as it's beging in chennai for long years. The people in chennai knows about vivek's and co.


Recently I had a very bad experience with Vivek's and co. Generally Vivek'sand co had a good name. But recently it changed a lot and wrost. I have purchased the DVD player from the shop, and immediately after a week, I got a problem in the player. So I went and argued with the sales man about the problem, even he is not ready to hear my words.


My DVD player was not detecting any DVDs. I asked him why I got the problem very soon, he has no answer and he tried to put a blame on me. And there's a known defect in the product, when we tried to play the DVD in new DVD player, it's not detecting. Second thing he is not technical he is not able to tell why it's not playing.


I kept arguing the defect is there with the player and he's not ready to accept. Finally he convinced me to take the DVD drive to service promising to replace if it happened again. My DVD player was working fine for sometime, but again I got the same problem, and when I asked why?. He didn't have a answer. And now he changed his words that. We never take back the sold things back. And I need to contact only service center.


They already know it's a issue with DVD player but still they are selling it. The way they behave with customer is very bad.


And on to my early review.


After a long fight the sales man took me to the manager of Vivek's and co. The manager is little old guy, and he heard my words very patiently he accepted it would be a problem with Hyundai DVD player. I got surprise way of behavior. Polite and patient which is indirectly to sales man. That time I felt why so many people trust Vivek's and co. He asked make to give a complaint about the product and he promised to give are placement if it couldn't be repaired within 2 days. I didn't get the product repaired within 2 days and finally he have me the replacement. I took SONY DVD player. which is working fine now. I like the way of behavior of manager and  now I am happy with Viveks and co service.


But I couldn't forget the bad behavior of sales man. Anyways I got replacement. so if anybody is having problem with product always better talk to manager or superior persons in the showroom. Salesman always trying to brain wash this customers.

I am very upset and frustrated with viveks just because I don't see any progress on product installation procedure.


I bought daikin AC on 16th April, and product was delivered on 18th, but nobody has come yet to install it,


I called customer care more than 10 times in last 10 days but they did not act on my complaint, they always say that they would call me in hour time but never.


I called up the installation customer care and they kept on saying that invoice for my product is not reached them yet and they can not start anything until they receive it. so it is really frustrating and not happy with the way customer care replies for the delay. This is the first product I purchased from viveks and I don't think I would be interested in buying anymore products from viveks.

I ordered AC on March 31st, still the product is not delivered to me. Even I paid full amount, at the time of purchase they confirmed within a week we will deliver the product. After getting payment into their account they don't even respond at all, for the last 12 days I have been checking with customer care, repeatedly they used to tell the same useless answer we will check and come back our executive will call you like a recorded voice. Yesterday I got Viveks sales Manager number and had a con. call with person who took my order. They finally told me we will deliver the product to asked location by next day afternoon. Upto Next day evening they didn't confirm for delivery. When I called them simply they are telling stock available was sold to some other customer, so we cannot deliver now. We are checking with manufacturer we will give you the new delivery date.


Useless showroom and useless people, they don't even know how to treat a customer. I feel Viveks showroom is a cheating fraud or bogus company, who cheats people in a new way. I don't know how to get my full payment Rs.38k back.


Don't buy anything from this showroom and waste your valuable money. I don't have words to explain further about thus cheaters.

I bought a home appliance couple of times. unfortunately both times, I was given defect products. Once it is sold, they don't care. after paying so much of money, I am running behind customer service of whirlpool. They highly promote whirlpool products, probably because of high margin. I will never buy anything from Viveks. Horrible experience! After full payment, I am waiting for the replacement from Whirlpool for the past 15 days. Never go to Viveks.

Total crap store. M not sure the employees even get paid for they are so reluctant to work and they treat customers like total sh*.


They send rowdy technicians home( after umpteen calls and full length argument) who have zero knowledge on what has to be done and they waste our time. Highly over priced too.


I don see any reason on why people would go to their stores! If there was a minus rating I would have given the negative max.

I have ordered whirlpool refrigerator at tambaram viveks branch on 13th Apr 2016. The sales executive told me that the product will be delivered in the next day which is 14th Apr. on 14th Apr, I did not get any call from the branch for any delivery info. so I called on 15th Apr multiple times then they are telling me the stock is not available and they can deliver only on 18th Apr.


On 18th Apr, I did not get any call when I ask them on the night, they say you can checck for some other model or take your money back.


I said I ll take my money back. But now for returning my money its around 3 weeks and im yet to get my money.


Im already fed up going to the viveks tambaram branch.


I would suggest viveks should improve the customer service properly.


When I call customer service, they say they will talk to delivery team about the problem. But they are not calling me back with the update. When I call again, the another person picks the call and says the same that he will talk to delivery team about it.


If I have delivered that amount in bank, I might have got some interest for that.

I have bought many items from Viveks but never experienced this much worst service. I bought an AC one week back and still they have not installed it. They have given their service contract to Homeserve which is the most worst service centre.


They have given a call centre number which is answered by some inexperienced person only after 10 minutes. For the past 3 days every day they are saying that they will fix it but have not sent a technician yet. They are saying som stupid reason like it is season time which is very unprofessional for a big organisation like Viveks. The sales person and technician incharge at Viveks Omr are also not answering responsibly.

Hi,


I have bought the Daikin AC from Viveks, Selaiyur on 23-Apr-2016. It was delivered on 24-Apr-2016 around 3:00 PM.


It was told that, The installation will happen within 48 hours from delivery time.


I have made several calls to Viveks, Selaiyur and raised my concern, No action was taken. I have also called up Viveks service centre on 27-Apr-2016, they confirmed that it will happen on 27-Apr-2016.


Till now, Nobody has called me and updated the status. Only, I called up so many times and shouted.


I bought the AC urgently from Viveks(without thinking on anything) because my previous Ac has some issue and I could not sleep at night


Your service is very very  bad to the core of irritating the customer. No care for customer. You don't keep the maild Id as customercare@viveks.com. Keep it as customerkilling@viveks.com.


It is the worst ever service I have seen in my life.


If possible, I would like to scold the owner of Viveks rather than the people working in Viveks.


Very bad service, I wish your company goes down and beg to customers.


No more viveks. Crying customers.

Its better to BUY ONLINE or other showrooms instead VIVEKS. COSTLY but NO proper CUSTOMER GUIDANCE. ONCE THEY DELIVER TV they FORGET customers.


Never BUY anything in VIVEKS. They said they will exchange tv while billing BUT no one will come for that, They wont take care of TV Installation . We should take care of that. They will tell you to contact customer care . you have to wait for 30 mins for that. Fraudulent No. 1
