I will not recommend Vistara as a good airline. Very poor customer service. They treat customers horribly. I had worst experience from Bhubaneswar to Mumbai. Very rude behaviours of their employees in the airport made me go through a big hassle for carry in bag to check in bag for 1 kg difference. When I look at the boarding many have big bags. They do not do justice to customers.

Worst customer service especially the Indian staff at Frankfurt really useless!!! Try to avoid this airline. I have lost about 300 Euros and time because of these lazy jerks

Flew from Dubai to mumbai yesterday clearly stating that the passenger has severe restricted mobility to board and disembarking the aircraft and need assistance all the way till the seat inside the aircraft. Passenger had to walk somehow in dire pain while disembarking. Pathetic service.

I booked and scheduled Vistara Flight from Udaipur to Bengaluru on 22-Apr-2024 and Paid 12900/-, My Flight time was 1.55PM and I reached at Airport 12.45PM.


I did not complete web checkin, on Airport they refuse to checkin, they told me that checkin time is off now, they cannot check me in at 12.45PM, so they will not allow me to fly. I requested to all their employees and asked to find a way. Flight was departed at 2.10PM from udaipur.


I went to AAI raised a complaint and raised

I booked Vistara thinking I will have a smooth flight experience with an infant, but turned out it has been the worst experience ever. The customer care is useless. They have 0 intention of solving your issue. All they try to do is extract more money where ever possible. They have no knowledge of their own policies. Sad to see a brand which was so popular, being least customer friendly.

I tried web check-in for 2 days, but encountered a system error. When I spoke to the call center, they advised me to check in directly at the counter. I arrived at the counter exactly 60 minutes prior to departure without any checked luggage, yet I was denied boarding despite requesting assistance from the staff. The staff were extremely unhelpful and uncooperative in guiding passengers correctly. This is not how Vistara should treat their frequent flyers! I am highly disappointed, and this may be my last time flying with Vistara. When their staff had nothing to support their argument, they said passengers are expected to arrive 3 hours prior to departure for a domestic flight. What world is Vistara staff living in? I could've easily boarded the flight; however, they spent 30 minutes in the argument to cover up their system failure

Whenever try to book a flight from voucher there is always no seats are available even shifted the boarding location from allahabad to lucknow they said no, then shifted to Varanasi and is no, then they said I can get from Delhi so I said ok give me that , then again answer is no , what the tatti service saying u change your date also, just only one word for the service is bull waste

At mumbai airport, your employee shalini is very rude, clever, cunning, smart. i had 4-5kg extra luggage from which i put some in my cabin bag, rest I requested to wave off. wen i told her to call senior, shalini is increasing the kgs.. sometime she said 32 then 33.. means she is too clever, batmeez, mannersless. I never had a bad experience with vistara airlines but this time i am totally disappointed and angry. i never had to pay money for 2-3kgs. but even being a vistara card member and frequent flyer. This is very disappointing, disrespectful behaviour from vistara airlines. Non recommendable from my side.

This was one of the most irritating experiences i had ever faced. I was at the check in counter exactly 58mins before flight and they tell me the closed the gate and gave away the complete report of passengers. Now the best part is they are not allowing to check in online before 2hrs. This is how Vistara cancels ur booking and take away ur money just like that. Be aware before u guys book this airlines. They have most irritating rules to take ur money and sell ur seat to a different customer at the same cost. My recommendation Indigo or Spicejet

Flight no. UK992 Pune - Delhi


I had only flown on Vistara once before during a visit to India and was suitably pleased. Considering Vistara is probably one of 2 remaining full service airlines in India, thought it’d be a good experience. But it came across as being a really sad and tired airline.




  1. Check in - Was online. However the flight refused to show itself in my Vistara app even after adding the flight into my account repeatedly. The app was useless.




  2. Airport - Pune airport is probably the worst airport in India. And this flight had the worst possible gate. In a ramshackle corner which looked quite makeshift.




  3. Boarding - Was quick and efficient. As per any other boarding operation.




  4. Seat - The worst economy class seat I’ve been on in recent times. Horrible seat pitch on an A320. I’m 5ft7 and I had my knees touching the front seat. Truly cattle class.




  5. Crew - The crew on this particular flight had the worst possible disposition possible. Every single one of them had a permanent scowl on. No greeting, no smiles. In fact they looked away from you when boarding just to avoid having to have the slightest interaction with anyone. I take plenty of flights every year and with no reservation I will call out this lot to be the most unpleasant crew of all flights I’ve taken in the last 5 years. The only attendant who managed to smile when I asked for a glass of water at the rear of the plane, turned out to be a traveling crew member not rostered on this flight.




  6. Deplaning - 10 mins of taxiing after landing in Delhi. The journey to the terminal took forever. And the transit bus took another 10. Not the quickest time from landing to the terminal.




  7. Punctuality - To it’s credit, the flight was on time






Ah well, wasn’t expecting top tier service but this one certainly wasn’t one of my happier trips. Hopefully it was an aberration.

I was on a Vistara flight UK874 from HYD to BOM, I have taken over 200 flights but this one air hostess JUGNU has been one of the most kindest and genuine air hostess I’ve come across. She was extremely hospitable and just talking to her ensure us a pleasant flight. She not only deserves a raise and a promotion but all your other stuff should be trained by her!!! Thanks JUGNU!!! I hope you read this!!!

I took a flight from Delhi to Srinagar on Vistara, the flight num was UK 643. During the journey I went to use the washroom & exactly after 2 mins someone knocked on the door. When I opened the door, it was the Supervisor who was knocking the door. Ishe said this is their standard procedure to knock the washroom door after every 2 mins. & she will again knock the door once 2 mins get over.


This is tantamount to hassling and hustling someone .


When I said that I will put this incident on social media, the IFS had the audacity to reply “put it”.


What a pathetic procedure to harass the on-board passengers. In the West it is considered very rude to knock the washroom door, if it is occupied. Who would want to spend extra time than one’s requirement in that tiny space & that too during midair. If this is actually a procedure, it should be removed immediately & if this was IFS’s misbehavior, she should be given strong feedback on how to behave with the passengers.

I was going to travel with Vistara flight first time from Delhi to Amritsar on 7th of sep 2023 at 1.40 pm and when I reached on airport ( Indira Gandhi airport Delhi) the lady who was on the boarding counter said that boarding is close so go to the Vistara office. When I asked her where is the office she said , ” I don’t know, go find it.” I wish I could mention her name. She was very rude and unprofessional . I waisted 10 minutes to find their office and I was told same by the Vistara staff . It was my dad’s funeral on that day so I had to reach to Amritsar . When I begged for help and started cry , the staffmembers didn’t show any emotions or humanity and said to me with smiles that flight is already gone.The flight time was 1.40 and flight gone 1 .20how professional are they. They also said with mean attitude that my tears can’t bring flight back.Thay totally refused to help me and made fun of me.


I waisted my time and money.


I will never recommend this airline to anyone as this airline gave me trauma nothing else

Ground staff they are not bother about passenger Not even try to help they kept help desk but no use of that.


Today was travelling mumbai to hyderabad it was 6 25 am flight I reach airport at 5 :15 am I ask for bording pass they said boarding close 2 hours prior


They not even try to my see my issue nothing I was requested plzz try to do something not a single staff come to me for solution worst experience I will never fly to vistaar airline an
