Very bad experience of Vishal mega Mart , I am explain the example I have purchased 4 items , uska baad mai gaya aapka billing mai aapka ek Vishal mega Mart ek employee hai voh bola yaha par 4 items sa nicha billing hogi or maine bola ki likha nhi tha waha par kuch bhi yeh kaise service hai, aap apna customer ko yeh service deta hai kya

Avoid purchasing belts from Vishal Mart's Yelanka Newtown Bangalore store as the quality is subpar; we bought two for 400 rupees and it broke after just one day's use.

I buy induction which is tandum brand belong to vishal megha mart brand. after 1 month inside fan broken.sound issue, vibration issue.

1. I registered complaint but still no resolution. without resolution they close my complaint.

   
   




2. No customer support. unprofessional way of customer support Miss Sonia. no employee id she gave to me.

   
   




3. Demand money for repair. even the same is in under 2 year warranty

They didn't exchange my steel water bottle which is worst quality.look wisebottle was very good but it smell pastic which was in the cap.I paid 250 rs for that .

I brought towel also which is also very bad quality

The quality wise d-mart product are best than Vishal mart

Customer service is not good . Worst behaviour by sales persons. For the parking there is no place and in billing counter we have to wait like anything other marts are better compared to this.

If I supposed to rating to vishal mega mart, I will give big 0000 . At the time of purchase, they tell that everything can be returned in 14 days but at the time of return, they do not do what they said.

Ever since I started visiting vmarts I noticed that the customers raise claims in the billing section for mentioned discounts. But the billing staff keep saying to meet the floor manager whome we can never meet ( may not be such a position appointed there) the V mart is a 100% genuine thieves... Their morality is only to steal our money.. thieves doing business where the people won't react...

I bought a bootcut jeans about a month ago from their formar store in chakdaha.

I had a fit problem so returned them within 10 days time limit . I returned it on 4th April 2023 .

They didnot have my size so they told told me that the new batch of jeans are coming in 1st week of May. And If I want to redeem my coupon I need to buy products worth of my jeans or more at once . This offer was valid till 4th may 2023 .

They always take phone number while billing but they couldn't place a notification for closing the store at the end of April.When I went and asked the manager of chakdaha branch he told me to take my credit note to nearest outlet and redeem it .

The story takes turn when I visit the kanchrapara outlet . They tells me that credit note from another outlet cannot be redeemed anywhere else.

But they were nice enough to try it .

About 1 week later on 6th may 2023 told me the CN is redeemed on 14th April 2023 and someone bought products worth 800 rs. from my CN . Well , my CN was for 699 rs. itself .

So it's clear someone from chakdaha branch, used my credit note . Because how can I still have my credit note chilling at my home if it's redeemed before. Only store can have another copy of a credit note .

So they didnot contact us and bought something with something with our money.

And also the chakdaha branch had the worst customer service.The clothes were dirty and ripped often . They were charging us money for those clothes.And their behavior was extremely ignorant and had worst attitude.

699 rs. is not a joke I guess .

If this carry on they will be gone from the market. Because there are so many amazing stores with better products and better employees.

They just offer you some Coupon on some shopping amount but won't give you and next time tell you term and conditions to avail it

Vishal Mart near Byadarahalli, Magadi Main road is worst in handling customers. There was no AC switched ON during Summer, disrespectful staffs, useless procedures applied in order to return a product. We should wait for hours to return a product. Will never suggest anyone to buy there.
