I order multifunctional veg cutter from viraldeal , there should be 3 blade for cutting drum but there were single blade accessory along with product ..i mail them for return..but no one responded...cheat company..don't buy product from them

They supplied something like a Juicer instead of multipurpose vegitable cutter.

It's a fraud supplier. Don't be get cheated by these fraudsters.

Boxes are broken and used. There is no place where they can be contacted. Very poor service. Don't buy anything from them. Fraud

I strongly advise against purchasing any Viraldeals product. It is a scam organization that does not offer a refund or cancellation option. I posted an order for a Portable Steam Iron and paid for it online. The portable steam iron that was given was broken. My emails forwarded to them received no comment. I tried contacting them about ten times until they actually told me to ship the product after an error on their part. They have such small brains! Even though I sent them the product, the cheaters did not respond!

Recently, I requested a compact iron box for about 1400/ - on the entry, they mention we get 500/ - on purchasing the item and paying online with COD, but not long after you pay, you get a note saying 500/ - would be significant on your next purchase. They don't resort to the showcasing stunts and stick to simple tactics to dazzle the customers.

It's useless to get a customer service figure. They don't do any job, and no one wants to pick up the phone, and even after sending several messages to the support desk, you might only get one answer.

I've had many problems with this site; when I demanded and realized that I'd been duped by their tactics and tried to return the item I'd placed, they didn't respond, and in the end, they stated that the item had been shipped and that there were no easy returns.

I've received a very unfortunate thing that isn't running in either case.

This site has squandered my money, energy, and time.

They try to fool us by giving offers. Actually they send wrong product and after calling and asking for return they ask u need to send the product back to them as they don’t have pickup facility. Whatever they deliver total faulty u won’t be able to use it in any case

I odered a pressure washer and never got it , and no one will answer the phone , but I found out from a guy who was in with them all the ones envoled with this site, I am going to fbi.and give them up

Full of fraud, should take action against them .It does'nt have any tracking option nothing and no response, contact number given in this website is always switch off, product not delivered yet, not messege from them nothing, y u shud cheat people like dis and survive??????????.cheating, fraud, cheating, waste.Please do not buy anything from here, my rating will be" 0" , its not even bad, it is worst than bad.Please dont make people to scold in bad bad words.Better recorrect and survive properly

I strongly suggest no one to go for any product of Viraldeals. It is a fraud company which has no refundable or cancellation option. An order for Portable Steam Iron was placed by me by making an online payment. Portable Steam Iron supplied was in a damaged condition. No response resulted to my emails forwarded to them. I tried to contact them more than ten times and finally they told me to ship the product despite mistake made at their end. Such tiny brains they have! Even I sent them the product and no response resulted from the cheaters!

Customer care number is useless neither they do no work nor nobody bothers to pick the phone and even after writing many emails to the support team you may hardly get one reply.

I have faced many problems with this site, as soon as I ordered and understood that I am cheated with their tactics and tried to cancel the product I have placed they do not even respond to that and at the end, they say that product has been shipped and we can not cancel the product now and there are no easy returns.

I have received such a pathetic product which is not even working.

My money, energy and time are wasted on this website.

Cost is very height but product materials not good as cost. Wast of money. I have ordered a knew sport product. Now I have got that product and saw it's totally wast of money.I think it's totally fake product no help for me. and also the return back policy is not good.

This is a fraud company. They keep all prices too high and give discount. Also they ship all damaged products. They never work. Never buy form them. You can't even cancel/return.
