We took service from Vinit packers movers there service was really excellent they packed the goods very safely so that any goods was not damaged I took up their service twice, for a shifting within Bangalore and it is really worth the money. These guys are affordable and neat with their service.

They sent 5 people for packing and shifting...they wrapped my things in my bedsheets...bloody greedy idiots...always saying, I am tired...so much work, stole lot of things...and left few things at the old place only...will never recommend to anyone...

I am tell you my best experience with Vinit packers & Movers. I was in Bangalore and I wanted to shift my house hold goods with city And I was looking for packers and movers. Then one my friend told me about Vinit packers & Movers. So I decided to call Vinit packers & Movers. I called up these guys. You would not believe that Vinit packers & Movers guys to me within 40 mints. Then they have checked my stuff, which was about to be shifted. And They told me price. I was very much satisfied with the price. Because I was expecting more. They had shifted my stuff within time Vinit packers & Movers awesome in its work

Used services of Vinit packers and movers recently.It was a horrible experience.

Few days before shifting, they sent one person to evaluate the amount of things we have.He didnt do any proper evaluation.Was done in 5 min.On the day of moving, they sent 4 people with some 15 cartons. Half way through packing,  cartons got over.Then they said they will go dump the stuff and reuse same carton for rest stuff .We didnt want that as that wil be a big mess for us to sort out later.Imagine 15 cartons emptied in a room or bed. They asked to talk to manager.That is when we realized it was run by some North Indian goons.Their tone and response was really bad.It was more like.' what do u expect.? we wil leave cartons till you unpack at your convenience? If u dont like go give a case in court'! Anyway.after lot of arguments, he agreed to provide additional boxes if we give 500rs advance. So we give money to one of workers .he goes back to get cartons.1 hour wasted in waiting for him to come.Then they pack rest of the stuff.After shifting, our furniture got messed as they didnt hav anyone wth carpentry skills. We hav follow up a lot for them to come take cartons and return the 500rs deposit Overall.it was a big pain.

Will not recommend them.to anyone.!

Hit and run my parked bike. Owner didn't pay any money. When complained to policed, found out that all lorries are not registered, hence couldn't claim insurance. Same problem if you use them for moving items. Your items are not safe. Very rude and arrogant company. They are a bunch of cheats.

Dont trust in what they say. I moved my goods from Delhi to Gurgaon and used Vinit packers and movers. I thought they came at half the price of Agarwal, so why not give them a shot. Please dont even think about it. Here is the list of things they did -

1. Used my bedsheets to pack stuff

   
   




2. Did not use bubble wraps in packing anything

   
   




3. Folded my Kurl-on and broke it into half. I had to ask them to throw it after that as it could not be used further

   
   




4. Dents and scratches in all pieces of furniture

   
   




5. Broke one of the legs of my dining table and two chairs

   
   




6. Broke one of the legs of my refrigerator

   
   




7. Broke crockery

   
   




8. Broke household decoration

   
   




9. dumped most things other than large items in the new location and left in a hurry

   
   




10. Demanded 1000 rupees tip after doing all this

    
    

Ultimately, I have to purchase or repair or the damaged goods and the total cost will come to much more than what I would have paid agarwal.

I have decided never to trust these guys again and would ask everyone not to do so also

It was not a pleasant experience.

I trusted Vinit packers because we had done our shifting earlier through them, though with minor problems.

But this time the experience was even worse.

1. They scratched my bed: I kept on telling them to wrap it properly to avoid any damage. They said they would do it but they didn't and eventually it got deep scratches due to insufficient bubble wrapping. On top of that, when I confronted them, they said "Sir, bubble wraps are just for formality sake, they can't protect your items. And after all, humans are bound to make mistakes".

Highly unprofessional and casual remarks from them; makes me wonder how they proudly claim to have served so many years in the industry.

1. They scratched my side table too: Didn't bubble wrap at all! I saw just a tape wrapped around, and immediately asked Sukbir(their leader) to put bubble wrap around. Again, he said he would do it but loaded as it it, which resulted in scratches.

   
   




2. Casual handling of items while loading: There is one swing chair, which Sukbir threw very badly while loading in their vehicle. It made a loud noise and I immediately rushed to their vehicle to see what had happened. I was shocked to see them giggling on their mistake. I again confronted and asked him why he did that, to which he said, "Dont worry sir, its just a plastic item". As a matter of fact, it's half metal and could have damaged it as well.

   
   




3. While loading refrigerator and washing machine, they were dragging it badly. I also asked them to keep a carton or some packing between the washing machine and the body of the truck, as they had kept washing machine in corner. They again said yes we would do that, but didn't do.

   
   




4. While unloading bed items, I found one of their staffs stealing bed screws and keeping inside their bag. When we were installing the bed, the same guy asked me where the screw was. I asked him to check his bag where he has kept. He smiled and went back to the truck to get back the screws. Unbelievable!

   
   




5. There were spices kept inside the freezer, which I had asked them to wrap properly before packing. They said it's fine nothing will happen. But when we unpacked, we found spices all over the freezer and got a tough time cleaning it all.

   
   




6. There is a 4 burner gas stove, which they packed casually. There is supposed to be a thermocol packing both at the bottom and top to protect the inlet nozzle and the burner switches. He just used one thermocol casually on top of the switches but no protection for the nozzle and packed as it is.

   
   

Overall, me and my friend had to constantly keep an eye on them to see if they are doing their job properly, had to point out whenever they were doing it casually, moreover we helped them while unloading as they appeared exhausted. When I told them about their mistakes, their leader(Sukbir) got infuriated and kept on saying that humans are bound to make mistakes. He also kept on bragging that he has 10 years of experience and have done his job far better.

They are highly unprofessional, unskilled, unapologetic and rude people. Don't deserve to get the rating, and recommendations from ezmove or anybody.

One of the worst packers & movers service providers with least sense of responsibility/care for others belongings. Extract from my experience.

Incorrect estimates

Post their in-person inspection of all my personal belongings at home they provided a quotation and mentioned that a 14 feet container would be sufficient. When the actual relocation happened, they had brought 17.5 feet long container(though they had requested only for 14 feet container) and had all my stuffs jam packed.

Incorrect planning and execution

As per my request, they had provided 10 carton boxes for packing some of my personal belongings a day prior to the move. On the day of the move, the arrived with JUST 15 cartons. Not sure how they would be able to accomodate soooo many things that should fit into a 14 feet container(17.5 feet to be accurate) can be fitted int 25 cartons boxes(overall). They ended up using all our personal carton boxes and bags and what-not to dump things into the container(under the pretext of packing).

Rude & Lethargic team

The team that arrived to pack our stuff was very rude and lethargic in their response. They wouldnt respond to our queries/questions if we ask them to pack in a specific manner. Of the million examples that I could over the period of 5 hours, I had asked them to dismantle my computer table as I realized that the container might be insufficient to carry all my stuff. In spite of requesting multiple times, their team failed to do so resulting in me personally dismantling the computer table. Once I had done that, I requested them to be wrapped using polythene sheets so that they are safe and they are bundled and transported together(to avoid loss). They ended up dumping the table parts at random locations in the container just to get-rid-of-things

Untrained employees

It was pretty obvious that the team was either in-experienced or were unwilling & disinterested in packing. They were not properly dismantling the stuff as required and/or wrapping the delicate components with bubble-wrap. Most of my kitchen crockery items werent bubble wrapped and ended-up getting broken pieces at the end. Also, they didnt care to pack my kitchen things properly that in one of the boxes(carrying kitchen provision) the cooking oil spilled over in the box completely and a loss of all the food items in the carton.

Damage to property

When I noticed that the packers had damaged my fridge, I had to argue/fight with them for hours to even ensure that they take sufficient care of the remaining items that is being loaded in the container. I still noticed that my water purifier had my wooden chairs and tables over them when unloading. When we unpacked my stuff in the presence of their men, we noticed that there was a crack in my LED TV.

Equally frustrating management

Though I expected Vinit packers and movers to be professional in their services,  I was cheated by their men and their management. When I reported all the issues with their management, the response I got was "Why didn't you call me when my men were not packing properly?".

Overall, one of the worst service.

My name is Sheema I working in an tcl and I stay in nigdi I shifted my goods from Pune to Bangalore through Vinit Packers & Movers, I really want to appreciate the team and the staff in moving the goods, they were very cooperative and their handling was excellent, with out any damage, they moved from 2nd floor to 3rd floor. I have been shifted from Bangalore to Mumbai. I have opted Vinit Packers and Movers for Luggage shifting. Before choosing this I took quotations from some other companies. But when you are relocating this is the cheap and Best.

An interesting thing which I observed was, their representative will guide helpers to separate breakable and unbreakable items and paste a sticker on breakable items box which is easy to carry safely while loading .They delivered the luggage on promising time without any failure and damage.
