Veon Ultra RO Water Purifier

Beware # veon #water purifier is an absolutely faulty devise. #cockroaches enter inside the system easily and breeds even inside the #water storage tank.(see the picture below)Do not risk your family for #cholera, typhoid.

there is huge gap on the duct meant for carrying the electrical wires @real wall of the machine which allows any creeping insects including s-p-i-d-e-r-s. common sense says that duct could be easily closed using a rubber tight valve. company justifies the gap, is meant for oxygen flow which is purely bullshit.

further machine cabinet & water storage cabnet do not co-ordinate leading to further gaps. these are made of plastic and bend due to the weight of water allowing sufficient gaps again makes the entry of cockroaches easy to enter.

I have lost trust on the machine itself. the machine looks like an assembled piece with a sticker placed on it. looks like they dont have control on their quality. I cannot compromise on # quality of water for my family.

I approached the company for replacement. they are asking me to do cockroach treatment instead of rectifying their machine .

company is asking me to wrap the e-n-t-i-r-e machine with plastic sleeves.

I will battle it in the court for the benefit of the citizen of india who are depended on #water purifiers for # clean water

Dont even think of buying it.One of the worst of the lot. Trust me, Its a scam you should run away from.You get stuck after buying from them. You need to change the filter every three months. 10 months after installation the pre-filter cracks and they say it does not have warranty and I need to pay 2.5 k. We had to visit their office in Bangalore and dump the purifier. Lost money and had a nasty experience.

I had a similar experience when their senior sales person named Arul came at 10-30 PM to present their range of products. His talks and service looked genuine and I bought the high end one unit with 14 stage with Minerals additives. He also shown me that Veon is the only company with clean online reputation. I was actually happy with my decision.

Promises and Reality has been different then on.

1) They don't charge for the service life long- Reality they charge Rs 600 for Spun filters which can be changed yourself and costs Rs 40-50/Pc. Sold on amazon with good reviews.

• If you do this your warranty voids- Why we need to pay Rs 600 for the Spun filters they have bought from similar source only at exorbitant price and fooling free service?

2) They don't have more than a few people on their pay role for service- say 2-3. It is out sourced. The technicians themselves have been cribbing about the poor quality of the systems and this comes from all complains they attain for Veon.

3) Their spares are overly priced and of mediocre quality. Had to change motor 2 times already in 2 years.

4) They don't feel bad about the bad quality and products they have given. The Org. is made up of people looking to do their job and go back home attitude except those sales guys who are running after incentives. Even they will call you randomly after every few months if they can trap you for Rs 600 Spun filter.

• A lady called me today and when I expressed my displeasure about the product and service she was taken aback but was okay with it. I asked her to escalate to her manager that their malpractices are visible after more than 2 years of experience but I am yet to see if they have courtesy to call back.

5) It's a BLOT ON INDIAN ARMY'S Reputation or may be they are few of those Corrupt Indian Army People who have learnt the art at the highest level.

Please go with a good branded one and don't experiment with this company. It's not worth at all.

Hope they get themselves straighten.

Very good product and technician was very professional and friendly during installation. Products has good durable material.

The product is exactly as described on the site and works very well. The water fills up quickly. The water looks clean and tastes purer as well.

I was tired of ordering mineral water bottles time and again and wanted a permanent solution. Veon was the perfect fit for my needs. Excellent product, quick delivery and hassle free installment.

I bought this product recently and I am satisfied with the working condition of the water purifier. I would definitely recommend others to try veon water purifier.

I was also happy with the company attended all my queries with the proper response, I was convinced that I can go for their product.

I believe that the service would also be as good as their product and their approach. But till now the product is working is great.

No issues in product but pathetic service.

My experience:

I bought the water purified believing the sweet talk of: Company promoted by ex-serviceman, very ethical, no AMC etc.etc.

They promised a regular service at regular intervals.

Forgot about visiting as promised, when I called them for service they are asking for invoice number( who will remember invoice number after a year or so). They repeatedly called me at my work, between meetings insisting without invoice number they will not be able to send anyone.

Worst of all, I got a call from Mr Raghu from Delhi, threatening me. As I didn't want to even talk to him, I cut the call in the middle.At the end of day I have Veon water purifier which they are not willing to service in absence of invoice number.

Its a worst product in Bangalore. we bought it for our our office and that too commercial one. In past 6 months we had repaired it 10 times. Every time its the same problem with SV. They use very cheap items. It get spoiled for every 10 days.

Every time they send some kids who don't know any thing, he will just replace the same component and leave.We got fed up with their service. No one takes care properly.

I bought a Water purifier from Veon systems india limited, Bangalore. They claim that they are an ex army organisation and their products and service is very good.

But, I am facing issues with them since I have requested for the installation of their product. First of all, they never stand on their words, they will never come on time.

Their technician has no proper tools and knowledge about the installation of the product. After facing a lot of issues during the installation of their product, I am still facing leakage problem in my RO. After calling their manager many of times, I get a new excuse all the times like their technician is stuck in the traffic, he is out of station and all.

Do they have just 1 technician. It has been almost 2 weeks since they installed the RO and promised me to get the correct bill and rectify the leakage problem on the very next day but no one has visited me since then. I am really fed up with these people now. They have charged 14, 800 rs for the RO and now I am begging them to fix the problem.

Please do not buy Veon RO. go for any local one but not for veon and save yourself from all the headache these people will give you.I really do not know that how the RO will work in future. This review just based on their service and customer care, which I have experienced so far.

Using RO water purifier by Veon Systems for last 8 months and so far no complains. Water quality seems really good as it reflects by the health status of my family. I used many other leading brands before but they always lacked in some or other things like quality or serviceability.

One more appealing thing for customers like us is the price they charge for a product is quite less than any other leading brand with having some what similar product specifications. Hope my review would help you to choose a nice RO Water purifier.

Because I believe in substance rather than just brand names.
