Pathetic travel company with no etiquettes to talk to a customer. Due to unavoidable circumstances we had to travel our travel 3 weeks in advance. Then this guy Neeraj started delaying cancellations from his side and finally said that you informed only 5 days in advance so no cancellation possible. When called upon he disconnected the phone multiple times and never ever tried to help us in any which way. I know this industry very well, he must have received all cancellations money as our cancellation was 100% confirmed and he ate all the money by himself. Never ever book any travel with this company.

Mr.Neeraj who is the owner of the compay is No.1 fraud. He cancelled my flight booking jus 3 days before my travel date without informing me. On asking the reason for cancellation he started yelling and abusing me and my husband. I have booked my full dubai package costing around 2.5lakh . He never revert to my msg or mail ...after multiple request he is saying he will not refund and asking me to go leagal .. I haved attached his pic aswell as his latest whatsup reply.. Currently his office is shut but He might open soon .Plz do not deal with him ...He is fraud

Just a horrible experience... The person called Neeraj started talking by referring me as TU...he does not have respect towards people...a psycho person... Our trip got cancelled due to corona as govt is no more processing visas for Dubai and This man started shouting and behaved like a maniac who is not ready to listen... We have travelled so many times with different travel operators and there are ups and down that happens.. But this company has no sense of how to deal with customers and difficult situation.. do not go with them...HE ABUSED MY HUSBAND WHILE TALKING... Who does that with customer

The trouble started right from day one on arrival at Dubai airport. As per their package detail their representative with my name on placard will be there but no body was there. After lot of efforts the driver came after one hour.

As per their package, Abu Dhabi city tour will be with guide but there was no guide.

Utter confusion was created for Dhow cruise.

The so called 4 star hotel they provided was having neither dental kit not shaving kit. Carpet was dirty. Room was smelling and towel rod was totally rusted.

They failed to arrange back trip from Dubai Mall to my Hotel.

Due to their time mismanagement I missed global village although I was having ticket for the same.

Not at all a food experience.

I had booked for Bollywood park in Dubai. The park has most of the show after 6pm. The driver drop us at the Bollywood park @ 3pm n he told he il pick up us at 6 pm. V got to know after reaching park that show is after 6pm v request the driver n Vani holiday executive to tell the driver that he come to pick up us at 9 pm...but they refuse it.., r money got waste bcoz v didn't able to see the park show. Dabang show, rajmoh set & dance show, parade...n they didn't even care dat r client has not able to seen the park properly

We had a very comfortable trip planned by Vani Holidays to Singapore. We thank the entire team for their cordial receive, accommodation plans and sightseeing arrangements. My entire family had no issues during the journey as it was so well-coordinated from the beginning.

I am very happy with the service of Vani Holidays. Me and my family planned a trip to Dubai and they helped us at every step of our trip starting from a very welcoming pickup at the airport, hotel stay, daily meals and sightseeing. Attention Readers!

I am sharing my experience with the Fraud Travel Agents “Vani Holidays”. We visited Dubai through VANI HOLIDAYS in last week of November 2018. We started evaluating of quotes from various agents but funnelled down to Vani Holiday based on the price they quoted for our desired itinerary. The trip was for 5N/6D where-in we booked them for Marina Cruise and Palm Atlantis on Private transfer basis, where in rest of the site seeing remains on SIC. We made all our payment well in time. The team kept sending us mailers sometime on confirmation of payment, somtime on itinerary and sometime sending the contact details of their local agents. Amidst of a big bunch of their mailers, they were tricky and smart enough to send us one quote were-in they polluted our itinerary changing Marina Cruise to a basis Dhow Cruise and changing Palm Atlantis transfer from private to SIC. We could never realise such tricks been played as we missed to read the details of mail.

We could only unfold the fraud done while we were like to board the cruise at first instance and second time when a SIC vehicle driver approached us for Palm Altantis tour. We approached Niraj Vats(person who seems to head Vani Holidays) and he further misleaded us stating of those mail. Finally we decide to board a cab on our own cost and travel to Palm Atlantis, so we asked Niraj and other team mates of Vani Holidays and to our surprise they never forwarded us our ticket. We lost entire last day in Dubai. They are doing thi stime and again as they only operate for Dubai and they know they got no business with same client as they already done with Dubai.

Now when we approached him for refund, Niraj Vats is misbehaving stating me he won’t do that at any cost come what may I do! So this is the reality of the Game played by Vani Holidays. Be aware if you ever interact to people from VANI HOLIDAYS- you now know what you should be doing!

They did not picked us back from burj khalifa and asked us to take taxi and we had to pay for our taxi after wasting so much time in waiting for driver.

They committed for Lehbab area red dune desert safari but toon us to Al Ain area which was very bad and we had to pay AED 80 for dinner which was mentioned as free in our itinerary.

Tried connecting with them after reaching delhi but they did not response on it even after one month.

They are fraud, Do not book package with them.
