I dont want to give even single star to this branch. Here staff is lacking product knowledge, has poor communication skills. They dont listen customer needs, showing a lack of professionalism, prioritizing the sale over customer satisfaction, and being overly aggressive in closing deals. Only wants to loot hard earned money of customers.Dont go there. Never buy from Van Heusen. ????????

I had 750 points in my account - loyalty points. I placed an order for 3 products and they divided the points amongst all 3 by default with no option for me to choose. Later on I kept one product and returned other 2. The points never came back to the account. On complaining this guys told me the points expired the very next day which is impossible. I kept asking their executive to share proof as to what kind of communication was sent to me about the possibility of points expiring or sshare a screenshot of my account which mentions point expeiring date, But he kept saying I cant share anything and I would have redeemed your points if I could. All this sounds like pure nonsense. What an unscrupulous company!

I brought Stretchable pant for 3000.and used it only once. Before first wash it has completely spoiled its shape in knee joint area, bulges like baloon, highly disappointed.Never expected this from van husen. Complete waste

Vanheusen denims are good quality. It's fabric is too soft to wear. I like the Size and Fitting of denim.I love to use Van Heusen products. Its fabrics are genuine and more comfortable It's somewhat costly but it is the value for the money .

The so called prestigious brand VAN HEUSEN is third class .

I bought 5 briefs of Rs. 500 /_each and 1 T shirt of Rs 1200/_.

All the above clothes are shedding colour in first wash.

Is this how a brand is??

Pls. Hence forth do not trust this brand. There are plenty others to go for.

Pls. Spend your money wisely.

Best brand I can say. I love to use Van Heusen products. Its fabrics are genuine and more comfortable It's somewhat costly but it is the value for the money product. You can buy it through online as well as offline.

Recently in April 2023, I bought two pairs of jeans, from JM Road, Pune store. The main button of one of the jeans, just popped out and also one rivet broke off, after only one wash.

On 6th May 2023, I returned the pair of jeans to the store and the manger on duty informed me that this will be sent to Banglore for "investigation/QC inspection" and a gift voucher will be generated so that I will be able to replace the pair of jeans with a new one.Complaint number: 181538

If my case is not approved the "old" pair will be "returned" back to me.

All this process will take 15 days.

But after 20days also, I still have not received any corespondence from Van Heusen .

I will take up the matter with Consumer court if I don't hear from them soon by the end of this month.

There is no way to contact the main office in Banglore and staff in the local store is very unhelpful.

I will not recommend Van Heusen brand to anyone.

This is to bring to your attention that on 09.02.2023(My birthday). I went to your Vanheusen Woman store in Elante Mall, Chandigarh to buy a blazer and trousers. The amount to be billed was 5, 998 rupees. There was an offer to get 1000 off on 6000 shopping which I couldn't avail of because the amount was short by 2 rupees. I invested almost 30 minutes to finalize the pair and had to leave it because your manager couldn't help me at all. The next cheapest item was worth 1000 which made no sense to add to the bill when not needed. Hence, I felt that I wasted my time and emotions at your store on my birthday. I believe you should have a range of accessories to help customers like me and some exceptions at least on someone's big day. The representative named Raina was very helpful. She even informed me that this is something they face often and now she has made peace with it. She or the manager could do nothing to help me or a lot of potential buyers. Really disappointed in the brand. Won't visit you again if this treatment continues. In fact, I logged a complaint in the store too, which no one reverted to. They can rather keep robots in the stores than managers who have no authority at all.

I had purchased a van heusen leather jacket from planet sports but after 11months the jacket started disintegrating so I reached out to the store about it and the store contacted the company and I got the option to choose any other jacket of my liking of the same price range.

PURCASE JACKET ONLINE, DUE TO SMALL SIZE WE REQUESTED TO EXCANGE JACKET WITH EXTRA SIZE OR RETURN OUR AMOUNT. JACKET PICKED BY VAN HEUSEN TEAM ON 4TH OCT 2022, TODAY IS 25TH OCT 2022, however the exchanged item has not been received yet.

I bought this as a gift for my friend. And now this has become quite humiliating as it's tough to believe that exchanging a product can take this much time.

I have purchased a T shirt from Van Heusen outlet and after one wash its colour is not ashed and patches appeared. After contacting the outlet, they have standard answer ... We will have to send it to company for quality check. That is so cheat feel. Outlet have no responsibility in this and unnecessary getting paid off.

It's ridiculous to get such a feed back from so called BRAND.

Please avoid getting fooled.

I bought a official dress by ven heusen price 5000 around and I wear 6 to 7 times after that the cloth get dammaged in some places and the cloth quality and stitching is very poor. I never suggest to anyone to shop in ven heusen.
