I am extremely disappointed by the product and also by the response of the company.The company don't even pick the calls at times and just delay the process..it has been 15 days after registering the complaint but there is no response from the company.requesting everyone not to buy this product

I purchased the V-Guard Divino 5 Star Rated 25 Litre Storage Water Heater (Geyser) with Advanced 4 Level Safety, White, Wall Mounted, hoping for a reliable product from a well-known brand. Unfortunately, it stopped working after just 6 months of use!

To make matters worse, I lodged a complaint with their customer service over a week ago, and no one has bothered to show up or even provide an update. The after-sales service is absolutely pathetic, and I'm extremely disappointed.

This product is clearly not built to last, and the company doesn't seem to care about their customers once they've made a sale. Save yourself the headache and money—do not buy this geyser!

Bought v guard heater 2 years and not working, tank leak, no service guys came inspite of related reminders.

Same with stabilizer 1 year and not working.

Very sub standard materials.

Think twice before buying.

You can buy even any unbranded products and it will work better and have a better life .

Poor service

Person attending service demand money even though in warranty period.

They themselves tell this is a substandard product.

I have thrown it and installed and another brand even though still in warranty period.

They are the worst when it comes in quality and even verse when it comes to servicing, I understand electronic products can go wrong at times, but we go by the brand value so that in such situations the company is giving the right services, now here they when my product is in warranty just so that they do not have to bare the expenses they say oh it’s the plumbers mistake, this will not be covered under warranty etc… have rechecked and understood that they this stupid company is just fooling around so that they do have to bare the expense

They are complete bogus, they just act of service person coming do nothing about it and close the complaint by themselves so please please please do not go with them

No efficiency at all my father purchased 3 litre geycer with in one year got repaired and the customer team they will say that they will send technician but no one comes they will not at come they will suffer alot for repair services

I have purchased 3 litre kitchen geyser of v guard from vijaysales sec 29 gurugram around 25 days back.At that time I was promised of free installation by company technicians within 48 hrs.But no technician turned up for installation of geyser.When customer care was contacted, they totally refused to install free of cost.They just refused to fulfill their promise made during purchase of product.Total breach of promise.They just make false promises n then refuse to do it.This company cannot be believed. So please stay away from v guard .

After 1 year it start giving problem.i raised a complaintbut technician identified multiple part to be replaced so he took it with him.now i am waiting from last 2 weeks to use gyser but call canter and service center does not replace or arrange parts so why these products are launched in market.In winter now complete family is facing it a big problem. 2 weeks over and dont know how many more weeks to go to get it working. Salute to all service center incharge. Dont give old or used parts to customers facing such problems like me.

Repair Parts are not available .non technical staff.3 weeks over but no resolution from customer care as well as service center.

I was actually using Racold heater from past 17years. Never faced any problem. Now I did big mistake buying V-Guard Heater. Whenever we stop the heater and start it will not get on.

And when we change the cylinder or not in use for 1 or 2 days again it will not on. We should raise a complaint or should wait until it on.

Dear friends, please don't buy this Water Geyser.I purchased V-Guard Sprinhot Plus 15 L Storage Water Geyser in Oct, 19.Its service is poor considering the fact that they could install only to wall without plumbing work which is crucial.It is too costly and results in more power consumption as it takes too much time in heating water.I am really shocked with the poor quality of V-Guard.I got it repaired twice but it was of no use.

It takes 40 minutes to heat water in Hill station. Very slow & not enough heat for second bucket.

Hi, I am writing the review of the product after my own personal experience. When I renowater my house few years back, I bought 2 instant water heaters one made of Crompton and one of Vguard. The Vguard I bought is Sprinhot 3 liter instant water heater. So far the device had 3 compalints and now the tank itself developed leak. Replacement costs nearly RS 2000. A new one costs only RS 3000 and now over few years I have spend more than that on the heater. The technician himself mentioned that Vguard sprinhot model has received lot of complaints. I asked Vguard customer care to look into the issue and figure out a special resolution but they blatantly cancelled my complaint. The name once stood for quality is now produces substandard products. point to be noted is the Crompton heater which is of same age as Vguard heater, never developed any issue.

Hopeless products. New geyser is not working and I will strongly recommend everyone to avoid v-guard. Better by AO smith which is much better brand and good quality. Bought the geyser 4 days back. It did not switch on. Service personnel came and reset it(1-1399818841). It started for 1 day but again same issue. Have registered a complain but nobody has come in 48 hrs SR1-1403658520

Nobody gets in touch. You are service is as hopeless as the product. Stop cheating customers 1-1406867007. You claim to resolve issues in 48 hrs but this complaint is open for last 7 days. That too a new geyser which failed even before it started

Hello. I brought this product 6 month before. V guard brand is good so I thought to buy this product. In earlier it was good. Working properly. By after a month. It starts problem like sometime shock in heaters.

It not working properly. And the power consumption is really bad. It needs more electricity to heat the water. So that electric bill is high.

The customer service also can't do anything for this problem. The style and design is really not good. I don't like it.

Atleast it must work properly but not. So we changed the heater after 6month. Because it's not user friendly product. It gives high electric bill.

Hello friends, Today I share my experience about V- Guard steamer Plus Ecn series 15 L Storage Water Heater. It is creating so many problems like geyser is not working properly or the water is not getting heat. Element has got some kind of issue. Its consume heavy electricity and heat the water so much time and it works in such a long time. It's not use to handle. So it's not user friendly product. I don't like the design of this product. It's not durable product. Its services support is not prompt and perfect because they attend service call after minimum after 2day.

We bought your water heater and they came for installation person who handled our installation request is not educated at all and he is not capable of doing this work . He informed to us clearly for free service he cannot install this in our location it is not possible for him . We are very much disappointed with ur service and we returned ur product on the same day . We trusted vguard so much now I regret for the same I am will not recommend vguard to anyone hereafter I am so frustrated with ur service and technicians . Service manager who handled our complaint is also worst I hate vguard completely.

Hi All,

I was using non branded Geyser for the last couple of years and it was taking higher consumption due to that I was paying minimum 2500 as current bill. Recently 6 months back I have purchased V-Guard Pebble Geyser after inquiring many company Geysers. I know very well V-Guard is the one of the top leader in the stabilizer and they will give good geyser which will provide good saving in the power consumption. I have purchased this Geyser on winter session and it was heating the water with good power saving. My current bill amount gone down to 1200 which is a very good saving.

This Geyser style and design is good looking.

V Guard is having good support team.

I would recommend this Geyser to my friends.

In this V-Guard steamer plus water heater the quality is not good and the gets cool faster within 5 minutes. The water heats slowly the hot water will cannot remains constant and the quantity of water is small. This cannot takes the higher voltage. The capacity of the heater is less. When it is wet there is a risk of electric shock and the cold water and hot water indicators are not good. Only 5 minutes the hot water comes it gets cool very fast. These are the problems of this V-Guard steamer plus water heater.

Past year of 2017 before I purchased in this verano 15 L storage water geyser .

this is a good company product but usually this is not a guaranty for product in this production heater is very user friendly and quick head on water but some many problem for this machine some lock is not locking to leagued water

and should be not comfortable in company & hotel place this is use for only home based.

this is an flexible type of water storage, over full is very late of durability time taken .

its mode of style design for amazing and so many people like it sent to purchasing but I am sure about to talking this product is over heading stop the all process.

maintenance of this product time to time repaired and not properly come and meet the resolution .

finally the company product manufacturing product is very good but in this verano 15 l water geyser is not worth of money to purchase .
