I had a trip from new delhi to my city .and truly I wanna say that this was my worst trip of life. No accommodation, less space .when u will go on the site they would say that the bus is fully air conditioned , sleeper seats, free Wi-Fi connectivity, and all but when I saw the bus it was a simple ac bus with no wifi connection and there was sitting seat with no much gap at the front even to last your legs easily and in a comfortable manner . Overall it is a bad choice of traveling

Friends I would like to share my experience with UPSRTC, this is India's one of the oldest and largest state transportation services. The buses of UPSRTC are for every place inside UP and adjacent states too. Recently I travelled from Lucknow to Jaipur, it was my amazing journey even the timings are so accurate and the bus was so clean and disciplined driver. I am amazed and always prefer to travel with UPSRTC.

I traveled in super luxury Multi Axel Scania Bus. The bus was neat and clean. Though the driver and co driver were not in uniform but they were well behaved. Seats were 2x2 and had leg rest too. Safety hammer we placed near all the windows. Mineral water was provided during journey. The bus took a halt at Faizabad bypass. The bus started on time and as mentioned in the web site reached on time. The bus was almost empty having just 8 passengers

Upsrtc is good way to reach everywhere in up but as you we all know that corruption is everywhere.

I will share my own travel experience, I was traveling Bulandshahr to Aligarh 3-4 months ago. I had some luggage, then conductor came and I gave him 100 rs note and he gave me ticket of rs 58 and when I asked my rest money he said rest money is charged for your luggage. he didn't gave me ticket of luggage. than I called to complain number.

But they all are corrupt so no one will listen you. huh! But we have no other option for travel.

Uttar pradesh is a biggest populated state in india.so it is forward ever in corruption and violencity. Uttar pradesh'& badest cheaf minister is indra gandhi and her son rahul gandhi but in my thought mahant yogi aaditya nath is first great cheaf minister and akhilesh yadav is second great cheaf minister in uttar pradesh.

Uttar Pradesh State road transportation corporations is one of the oldest transport mediums in UP. Its was started some where in 1947. Though we can find buses and facilities for your city or towns. The fleets used by the UPSRTC is less mechanically managed but if one has to reach his home, its easy for him to get a bus on his or her route. As per route and no of buses, this corporations can be said to be the largest in india providing transportation and tourism. at some routes the buses are good enough and are air-conditioned too. SO in nut shell its an OK medium of transports in UP.

Upsrtc buses condition is very poor. It's facility not so much good. The buses conductor are also not co-oerative behavior. In upsrtc buses are very bad condition because they are not repair it's time to time. The buses condition are not comfortable for passengers. The fare should be less in upsrtc as per as it services. So generally I am not prefer upsrtc buses.

Uttar pradesh state road transport corporation is a big corporation in India but the employee of UPSRTC do not know how to setup their work and their conditions of Bus. They have enabled GPS in every bus but a passenger can not track his bus. Now they have become smart one so they start their prepaid cards 1. Smart open ended card and 2. Sugam MST. If you have smart card of UPSRTC so you can not go on the basis of smart card because many cards do not connect their ticket machine. The conducor will not give any ticket. You do not have any complaint counter at every Bus Depot why because every cuatomer is satisfied to your facilitues. You just put a sticker of tollfree for complaint and suggestion. Its inlg my opinion.

In the modern era we see that very few people wish to travel by bus available by UPSRTC. Firslty the fare is too much at some places it is more than ₹1 per km. Also the condition of the bus available is very poor the maintenance of the bus is not done at all just they are earning more and more. No upgradation is being done for its betterment and hardly no cleaning is done inside the bus after a paricular journey. On an average we see one or two buses standing roadside because of the engine or other problem. No first aid kit is available in the bus the conductor does not want to give the change back to the person. If the ticket is not in round figure then the conductor write the change at back of the ticket and at time of our stop refuses to give. No value for money is achieved so more of the people wish to travel by another means of transport such as train, or AC coach bus.

Hello everyone, Today I am sharing bad experience with you about UPSRT.This is the very poor Transport service.Recently I traveled Baduan to Gajraula and I saw its Transport service during travelling.When I going to Gajraula then I saw its Bus condition was very bad and its seats mostly very durty condition.I told to the bus conductor about seats that why are you keep clean bus's seat but he said this is not my work.He was behaviour very bad to the passenger.He take much ticket charge to me.However, Budaun to Gajraula ticket is 127 but he taken 135 rupey to me.I said to the conductor about ticket but he was not returned my extra money.I was very angry.Bus driver increase bus speed and when suddenly take break then I was not felt comfortable.I tried to complain to help line number which was given in behind bus driver seat but this number not working.So overall my travel not comfortable because its very bad service.Conductor use abusive talk to the passenger.Its not usefull and transportation quality very bad.

UPSRTC is a very big state corporation of Uttar Pradesh.Which provides their bus service in up and out of up nearest state.But their bus condition is very bad. Seat are not good condition almost buses.The drivers drives the bus in very high speed. Due to it passengers feels too much suffers like as jumps in the bus suddenly feels passenger and driver takes break suddenly that is very sufferable for the passengers. Many times passengers hurt. Almost the drivers and conductors are illiterate. They do not do good behaviour with the passengers. Bus condition becomes very bad. The environment of the bus becomes very dusty. So its the reasons unliking by me. Thanks!
