I'm so sorry that I did not read others reviews before, had I done so, I would have never purchased from Utsavfashions. I am an online shopper, saw the very nice sarees, etc that this site had to offer and so I decided to get a very nice shalwar that they were advertising, so after checking the measurements, I made the purchase.

So it came on time, however there was a big color variation, and to top that off the size was off. I couldn't even get my feet into the pants how they were so very tight because of course it wasn't a stretch material. To top that off, their website is not user friendly for an easy return, so finally when I found the return icon, it took me to many other different areas of the website other than to return. Anyway, I finally got there and sent them an email, of course they did not accept my return and told me to send a pic to see about the color variation, and not surprisingly, they refuted that as well. This is a horrible website. DO NOT BUY FROM UTSAVFASHIONS, if you do not want a horrible experience.

Hello guys today I am here to tell you about this places where I go there with my parents and trust me guys we waste so much time and not buy any product due to there poor staff control .

me and my family visit jaipur in holidays in that time we saw this shop where the outside area of this shop was so good we easily find parking area but the parking charges was high, after that when we go inside the shop we saw that the shop have limited staff which effect we have to wait half an hour which gives so much dissatisfaction after that when we start seen the material that's was nice but when we hear about there price so it was so unfair the quality was not so good but charges was so high that's why we never go there and I never suggest for this shop .

Advice:

never believe that colour will be 100% true.i bought a teal colour as in picture but the real item is a very bad green color and bad orangish yellow colour dupatta.never going to wear that but very nice stitching gave to my maid.i thought may be bcoz of discount the colour was awful so I bought a very expensive one this time and guess what they stuffed it up.they refunded 20$ .awful stitching even my bai wont wear it so.yeah.(sigh).

but u know what I enjoyed their chat online.nice friendly .I hope this was a counselling service rather than a fashion company

I have purchased several times from Utsav. All my orders have been delivered on time. As far as quality is concerned I am speechless. My friend recommended this website to me and I thank to her always.

Best part is that you can get your outfit customized at reasonable cost. I always get their newsletters about latest fashion and trends, it helps me to get knowledge about latest trend. I am waiting for my kanchipuram saree I ordered last week.

On my friend recommendation . I have tried utsav sarees. I ordered a site from here, the customer care service is good.

Easy procedure to order and quality of the saree is also good and the best experiences ever. you can find Very good selection on the sarees.and before promised time delivery with best qualitie's products.overall I want to say that I am very happy with Utsav Sarees, All the product are very beautiful I always suggest others to shop at utsav sarees.

The product which originally costs 1000, is available at all e retailers at 1500, but at utsavfashion.in, it is at 2800, exactly the same product from the same manufacturer.

Now the moment you pay, without realizing that you have been cheated, there is no way you can cancel the order. If you try to do so, Utsav plays cheap tactics, and I am not kidding. They are crooks, not running a company but a racket.Thank you for spoiling my mother's birthday and this experience.

I just got my Pink Chanderi Cotton Churidar Kameez that I purchased from UTSAV FASHION website and seriously I’ve wasted my time and money.  I’ve paid$ 14 extra for custom tailoring but it’s really ill-fitting and poor quality.

I placed 2 orders, my shipment came and after 2 months their courier company sent letters and invoices at my home charging me double the amount that I originally paid. So for 2 dresses I ended up paying the price of 4!When I asked their customer care they said they will get back to me but they never did.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SITE PLEASE KEEP AWAY!

This is the single most worst, I will say that again, WORST service that I ever received.

To start of, the expected shipping date is 45 days from the order date, then they test your patience and finally make you go crazy. After 45 days, their website shows a shipping date of 75 days from order date but their agent says "I dont know ", will get back in 24hrs and the email after 24 hours says only 3-4 days and this never ending cycle repeats. They missed the shipping date by 1 month, which company in this f world does that? Please save yourselves from this pathetic, unprofessional, disgusting company. I generally never write reviews but these people made me soooo damn angry that I had to.

And BTW, this was only a simple, men's kurta. God knows what the women must be going through. Please STAY AWAY!

Worst experience ever with Utsav!

Shopped online on Utsav and made a payment but never received my order. Tried contacting them several times through emails and live chat but no one responds properly.

The representatives keep copy pasting the automated messages. I don't think they know how to communicate and resolve the issues.

Lost hopes about receiving my order. They are not refunding my money too. Trying to file a dispute case about the charges on my credit card.

Beware, this website is a total scam!

Its mentioned on last page on their policy and I didn't read that so not their fault really. But I recommended reps to put it somewhere where its visible before making payment and she said its on policy page and customer should read the page.

I don't even really know where to start! I was asked to order a specific Sari for a wedding, so I went and entered in all the measurements, after translating their ridiculously bad English and descriptions. The site said "Don't be afraid to send in custom measurements, we can fit your size!" So I sent mine in. Only to be emailed a few days later(after they already charged me for it.) that they couldn't make that sari in my size, and then questioned my measurements, telling me what my measurements "should be."  I asked for a refund immediately, and after several emails and several days, was finally given one.

The bride then told me to just order a sari I liked, so I found one that very night and submitted measurements.  I asked that they process it quickly because I had a limited amount of time before the wedding, and they said "We can process and get it stitched in 4-5 days."  4 days passed without a word, then I was sent an email asking for measurements that I had already submitted, my sleeve style(already chosen on their form.) and one measurement that wasn't on the form I filled out. So I sent those in.  Days go by, I ask them "What is the status? I need this sari for a wedding!" and they say "As regards to your Order No: UTXXXXXX, we would like to inform you that the item SXS? is ready for stitching and is expected to be shipped in another 4-5 days from our end." That is a direct copy/paste with the item numbers edited.

Then we check our bank records, and see they have double charged us. I send in an email, they say we have to submit a screenshot of the bank record because it doesn't show on their end. We do, and after several days they respond and another refund is processed.

A full week has gone by from the last update, and tonight I got another email with, you guessed it, this:

"As regards to your Order No: UTXXXXX, we would like to inform you that the item SXS? is ready for stitching and is expected to be shipped in another 4-5 days from our end."  My shipment date on the order page says December 31.

At this point I went online and found all these reviews. Then I called my bank and disputed the charges, which was good, because they had been marked "Recurring."  They have been blocked from charging me again, and all I can do is caution anyone and everyone to avoid ordering from this place.  They are either horrible at what they do, or it is a plain scam. Either ways, spend your money elsewhere.

This was, by far, the worst online transaction I have ever had with any company.  Usually a full 24-48 hours goes by between emails, and the emails they do send are just forms and the same old crap.  Don't spend your money here!

EDIT: I just received this today(hah.haha.hah.)

"However, we would like to inform you that the item is ready for stitching and is expected to be ready to be shipped in another 4-5 days from our end."  If you are keeping count, that's the fourth time I've heard that in the space of going on 3 weeks.

My experience with Utsav has been little different, I ordered a salwar kameez to wear on friend's wedding which didn't fit me and I got angry and e-mailed to their customer service and then I realized that the fault was from my end. I didn't take the measurement in right manner and their measurement help page guided me that how we should measure ourselves. I know many of you, must have had same kind of trouble so I would request to learn measurement taking technique from their  link.

And afterwards I have made 2 purchase and my black anarkalis fits me perfectly.

Dealing with Utsav is a nightmare, whatever you do stay AWAY from Utsav Fashion. I made the mistake of ordering a SAREE from this place not once, but TWICE in hopes that perhaps the first experience with them was unlucky.

Both times I ordered with them they claim to having some kind of problem with the order to which continually delays the whole process of receiving your order. Throughout the order they will give you empty promises that you will receive your order, even claiming that the only thing delaying the order is shipping but the truth of the matter is THEY HAVEN'T EVEN DONE YOUR ORDER!

Do not let them fool you, they do not care about how badly you need your order(in my case to go to a wedding). They decided to conveniently tell me a week before the event that they cannot complete the order and that they are issuing a refund(mind you, I placed my order TWO MONTHS before I needed it), yes that is indeed how long they will mindlessly delay your order before ultimately screwing you over.

Not to mention they refuse to refund the transfer fee of$8 for doing an international transaction, not even offering store credit or anything of the store for the huge inconveniences they make you go through.

The support is terrible as well, the people you speak to don't know anything and will frustrate you to the point that you either hang up or disconnect from the chat, giving completely irrelevant responses to your questions and concerns.

Please, it is clear to see from their other reviews that this is a business that you do not want to deal with. They do not deserve to be in business and certainly don't deserve your hard earned money so do not allow them the chance to screw you over just as they do everything.

This company is a parasite that does not go away until they screw you as much as the situation allows.

I trusted the image what they are showing, Bought Stuff paying 7.5 k. Yaa, I got a great f*ck.

First they delivered the items after 25 days. In between we had a mail trail of 15-18. they didn't respond within a day or two even. But the rocking part is yet to come.

After 25 days when I got the parcel, at my home I opened it up.

The necklace that I got  for what they charged me 1300 bucks that I would get from my local beauty store by giving him 120 bucks. Haha. Even the stones were lying in the box apart from the shitty necklace.

The Kurta for what they have charged me 2600 bucks, I can get it from any 'Punjabi Store' by paying even 1000 bucks. Also its not fitting well even I have mentioned the size, they gave us a free size.

The saree for what I payed for 3500 bucks, that also you can get from any local garments store. Even it was also not worth near to that cost.

After ripping my hair again I mailed them and asked for refunding the money and returning the items. the funny part is they told me we can't pay you the money back but we can give you cash card of same amount. Means so that again I can waste my time on their shitty site and get even shitty products. So I gave them a big "Ram Selam" and simply walked away.

We don't make the same mistakes r8? So we can wait for Flipkart, Myntra, Babong, and Snapdeals kind of sites to come up with these ethnic collections and we can smoothly bypass these fraud sites.

Meanwhile still we can visit "Manyavar" to get quality products paying them the reasonable price. Thanks for reading my review, and please advice your friends and family to not get cheated either. Thanks again .

I just received my bridal saree and the custom stitched blouse. It was stunning! I am so happy with the order and the blouse fits perfectly. The saree looks exactly the same as shown on the website I would recommend utsav fashion.com to everyone I know ! I was informed by courier company about the delivery a day before and everything reached without any problems.

I look forward to ordering more and more !

Sure the selection is great, and the price is appropriate, but if you never receive the item you paid for, it's a rip off. Those of you who gave a good review to them are either working for them or got lucky. Let me explain: I had ordered a salwar kameez and two sets of earrings for eid. The salwar kameez and one set of earrings along with the two free gifts for purchasing the item had come within the time they had estimated. But seeing as I didn't receive the third item I contacted an agent through live chat.

At first he was very helpful and looked up the problem and told me it would be here within another 7-15 day. After that amount of time, as I did not receive anything from them, I went back and asked about it again to which they said it had been delivered. They notified me again that they will notify me within 24 hours about the status of the product.

Two and a half days later I receive an email saying it's been shipped, along with a tracking number. I look it up and realize that this was the first package I've received. I speak to them on live chat again explaining that even though I have received a package from them, it did not contain all the items I had ordered. There was no damage to the box when I had received it so this has to be something they missed.They simply said its been shipped and closed the chat.

So since a week through live chat lead me no where, I decided to write an email complaint and then even called them. They picked up after half an hour and again I told them my problem and they said they would get back to me through an email within 24 hours. I received another email about 3 days later saying the same thing, that my package had been delivered and gave me the same tracking number. I call back and this time i'm aware of the slightly humorous tone from the agent. And again he let me know that they will get back to me through email within 24-72 hours.

So it is now after Eid and I'm still waiting for the product, and let me just say, that out of the products I have received, the earrings were great, the salwar kameez looked slightly off than the picture but good enough, but as this was my first time shopping at Utsav, If I never get the item, I will never shop here again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE. if you want to risk it, go ahead. I wish you luck and hope you don't experience the same thing, but considering other people have been ripped off by them before, I surely wont be their last unsuspecting victim. BEWARE
