If your geyser simply does not stop showing you the red light, it might mean that the temperature is too hot and the valve might be malfunctioning.

There is a Test button and Reset button just before the socket.. Can I know what is the purpose of that?

To test your GFCI outlet, simply plug something in and press the button labeled ''test''. If what is plugged in stops working, your GFCI is working properly. To make the outlet active again, simply press the ''reset'' button.

In case of any current leakage for protection against electric shock in case of current leakage. press the ‘Testing’ button on the Device. After testing, please reset button to restore normal functioning of the heater.
