The product does NOT work. Because the product was broken. It was a second-hand product. I couldn't believe that someone would sell something broken.

This was a birthday gift for my sister. She has been wanting a sewing machine for a few years now. So I purchased this product. My sister is heartbroken that it doesn't work which makes me heartbroken that on her birthday. This product destroys my sister's birthday. Do not buy any product from this site.

I order this sawing machine I received the machine on 28th August, did a trial of straight stitches on plain cloth, and was working fine. Later when tried to stitch on cloths with variable thickness due to folds, the thread started getting entangled inside the bobbin case and break. Again, after clearing the stuck thread from the bobbin case shuttle, I tried to stitch a pattern on a two folded plain cloth, the thread would entangle inside bobbin case and break. I tried straight stitch again and it was working, then tried a pattern the thread started entangling inside the bobbin case and getting stuck. I decided to return the product since it was under the return period. Avoid buying this machine.

During past, I had purchased a Usha Flora sewing machine model. Though Usha is a very big industry, but I remained at total loss in purchasing its product.Within a month from the date of purchase by me, the problems started resulting.Whenever a service engineer came to my home, the machine started working properly and within a week;it again stopped working properly.Last time, the mechanic asked to sign the visit copy and we were enforced to refuse him followed by his misbehaviour. We requested him for its replacement and he anguishly said, "There is no procedure of replacement.We can only repair the machine".This was despite being in under two years warranty which was still valid and the mechanic said that there is no procedure of replacement.Finally, I applied to the Consumer Forum in order to get a solution of this defective piece.

Hi friends , today I am going to explain my personal experience about Usha Flora sewing machine.

On 14 March 2018 I Usha Flora sewing machine from" Akash"store in in Manjeri for my mother. And installed in my house then began to used this. The first time it work with well.

But later 3 mouth gradually it began a problem. That's whenever my mother stich my jeans she cannot stitch this jeans. It very difficult and the time waste.

So this reason I go to shop to exchange this Usha flora. And i spend more money for new sewing machine.

I bought it because the product it is very compact and light , so I can carry it anywhere and use it but the quality of this product is very cheap and bad.Thr sewing needle breaks again and again which is a big headache, even once I suddenly dropped it by mistake and the whole upper cover broke down into pieces.Thr machine is very user friendly as it has no extra functionality.Talking about the style and the design the machine is very stylish and sleek.I faced some problems talking to the customer service as they were not that calm and professional.I wouldn't suggest you to buy this product.Thank you.

The looks and design of this machine is good.

Handling the usha flora is most toughest things

But the quality of this machine is not good.in starting its working well.

after some times its having some problem its not working properly. so we cannot use it as friendly

Then we contact to customer care.they repairs it we have again same problem in it

we spend much money on it.so I think this is not value for money.

if you want to buy a sewing machine then there is many good machines available in the market.

They giving good customer service and there quality is too good

if you want to buy nice machine then never buy the usha Flora

Hi, I wanted to share my opinion about Usha sewing machine.

My uncle is a tailor. He had an USHA sewing machine since 30years. Unfortunately a year back his sewing machine got broken. He couldn't got it repaired though the parts are serviceable. He bought a new machine. He complaints that while sewing the thread breaks often though he uses the better quality. He got it repaired twice but still the problem persists. He says the new model sewing are not eatable to work and durable.

He strongly recommends to buy the older version sewing machines of USHA even if it's available for 2nd hand.

Really boring product this is and design of this product is so old generation type or working as every time stop. This is not so durable sewing machine as I heard from my mother who use it and she works on this machine is stitching and simple sewing which this machine many time need maintainance and cost or price of this sewing machine is huge as compared to it's demand and working. In sewing industry usha machines goes on decreasing ratio by many of it's faulted reasons. Choose it with your full believeness.

Hello guys today I am going to shere a review on usha flora sewing machine.

Sewing machine is a important part to be in a everyone household as small stiching in clothes can be repaired using it.

In my house I buyed a sewing machine for sewing the clothes but the quality of the product is very poor as the machine starts arising problems in the needle and other circuitory.

I appproched the customer care under the warranty period they just make a some adjustment and given back to us.

But the problem arises continuosly and at certain I just packed it and kept.

Still it is packed without using it.

I used to be seeking out a new stitching gadget to make small upkeep of my kids’s cloths. The SINGER gadget we used at home is 30 years vintage and looks old for my new residence. So me and my spouse bought an USHA plants form QUILON RADIO services, MG road Trivandrum. The problems commenced from the very first day of purchase.The tabel and the pedel looks like it is not unique from USHA. It looks as if USHA(OR the supplier) use reasonably-priced table and pedels. We couldn’t stitch even a single piece of cloth because the gadget isn't giving proper sew. The threads are locked and damage constantly. So I took the system back to QUILON RADIO offerings they stated it's miles our loss of schooling. And that they manage to expose me that the device stitches ok .However the settings misplaced in the next trial.It started giving scrambled stitches once more. After long arguments with the dealer I brought the machine again and dumped in a corner. Now I am the usage of my old SINGER system which nonetheless gives me excellent stitch. Never accept as true with USHA plant life .It's far A WASTE OF cash

I want to share my own experience with Usha Flora sewing machine.My hobby was designing and stitching so I bought this Flora model machine with a lot of enthusiasm as I love embroidery.

I purchased it two years back but from the very first day, the machine is not working properly.I bought original Usha stand for this machine that too is not working properly.I have complained about it many times and the Usha service engineers visited our home many times but none of them resolved the problem.The machine uses to work properly after repairing it just for hours and then the problems would be repeated.

Several times the mechanics visited my home but none of them solved the problem.I asked them to replace the machine as it is having two years of warranty but they refused it by saying that it could not be replaced and asked me not to use embroidery threads in my machine.

I was shocked after hearing it I just choose this machine by looking at the embroidery feature.I am really very much disappointed with this machine so do not buy it.

The main raeson of purchaching this product is it is very  compact and light weight.and the brand name usha which is one of the oldest and trusted brand in indian  industry.

It has lots of functions or we can say that it’s a all in one machine, all type of stiching or any type of work in the cloths can be made in this machine like Button Sewing, Zip fixing, Cording, Quilting, Embroidery, Straight stitching etc.

This machine is made up of cast iron and fiber which makes it lighter .

we have a ladies boutic so we need sewing machines we normally use kumars traditionals machines but its very heavy and diffuclt to transport and on that machine only stiching is posible but in usha flora we can do all type of work.

we use this machine over 2-3 months and it works great and I really don’t think it will create any problems in future.

Usha has a household name in India. But only in the name of fans. Do not buy any other products from Usha. They are using their household name and cheating consumers with low quality products. Of course you can still buy Usha fans, they are good and no doubt about it.

Sewing machine is the last thing you buy from Usha. Their service is not good. Customer care is good, but finally the service guys who are supposed to do the actual fixing are not good. There are several products at home. When we call customer care, the service guys come within 24 hours and repair. Charging money for repair is good. But Usha guys, they never turn up instead they call you to their show room. Raised a complaint with customer care and all 3 times the service guy did not come up.

I have a 10 years old machine and it is even now working good.

recently I purchased 2nd machine usha flora brand. it is very good. service person is also having good knowledge and repaired small defect in my machine very fast.

i am happy to use 2nd usha branded machine

If you have a problem then only service you get is from the ordinary shops servicing other sewing machines. This company does not believe in giving after sales support. I am in Kolkata and their shop on Chowringhee is useless, they just do not know how to service this machine.

Buy a product only if there is proper after sales service available. Cannot write 75 words on this subject. Best thing is not to buy anything from USHA.

So me and my wife bought an USHA flora form QUILON RADIO Services, MG road Trivandrum.
