You will be treated untill your project goes well vice versa in case if your project got shutdown due to incapablity of management you will be thrown out by throwing few biscuits. In theyear 2017-2018 nearly approx 40-50 employees from production services team has been thrown out due to project shutdown because of incapablity of management. Before joining be prepare to face job search because can't predict when they may fire you.

I am only writing about the UNILOG OFFICE in bangalore. I dont know about other offices. This office is fully dedicated for the STIBO SYSTEMS. All the employees are working for STIBO SYSTEMS. Since, STEP(STIBO SYSTEM ONLY PRODUCT) on which we are working has its own framework of java, javascript n all. So, on the basis of learning it is very good company in terms of learning. Also, if you are looking for some place to get stable in life, this is again good but for the mid-level career, this will not be a very good option. Demand for STEP developers are again rising on markets day by day. Again, if you want to work in STEP, this company is only best option. Finally, I would suggest if you are a fresher or looking for stability, this is a option you can go for.

Don't be fooled by the low attrition rates that this company brags about. The only reason for low attrition is that employees of this co dont hhve much of an option, else they would quit instantly. This company usually hires individuals who have a diploma in engineering after sslc or plus two. There are also engineering graduates hired by this company.

A point to note is that this is more like a data entry comp. So an employee with this company may not have the best career after working here. Anybody in this company who has worked for 3-5 years will know that they are stuck and are continuing only because its the dead end. Another point to note is that the CEO or his son won't give their seats to anybody.  So growth is typical like in any mom and pop shops and so every manager wants to start his own co. A lot of politics involved and managers have not much work to do so they either plot and scheme or have the "madthini iru" attitude which is a result of their own frustration. The salaries are such that once a person reaches 14 k, he needs to watch his back. They have no ethics and mostly senior most people working under ceo leave after a verbal fight which is an ugly scene. This co might shut down any day considering the intergrity issues that most 3-5 year employees of this co have.

A proof of that is that Many ex employees have started their own shops and have information brokers within the co who will throw the blame on sincere ppl. This co claims to be a 250 crore co but the infrastructure does not show that. Here, influence is very important to get incentives. Team leads and managers with meagre salaries have an unbearable attitude. Also a lot of casteism is involved. Check your team manager's caste for incentives. Also this co should hire only from coorg because only coorgi language knowledge in a fresher excites d HRs. The co events r a headache, you need to work, tolerate the HR who will disturb your work again and again to ask if you can perform a dance or watch the HRs and Managers making a fool of themselves. The 250 crore co won't get any celeb or even arrange anything well.

A distant resort which is a nuisance for those without a car is guaranteed. Even Kapil Sharma who is one among India's top 100 richest celebs had an annual income of about 2 crores this year, what's with the 250 crore crap? Spend some money on a good building and let that talk.

Unilog disaster begins with recruitment where a bouncer like man recruits. He says his name Mak. He make fake promises, don't trust him. He himself drink at work. Horrible fellow.

The salary is low but stories are big. Engineers and peons are same for managers in this company. They treat juniors very badly and say they are friend of CEO. CEO good man but has no power and influenced by managers. Managers torture saying CEO is their friend and act good in front of CEO. CEO is good old man n gives good speeches.

Unilog has biggest office in Mysore. The office infrastructure is decent and also top level management like ceo and vp. But top management won't interact much with new employees.
