UCO Bank

For some unknown to me reasons this business started to send me unsolicited emails aka spam. I tried to unsubscribe, I replied and explained that I never signed up for this and asked to stop. They did not. They keep spamming me. Please ignore this business and look for a business which respects the law and has normal customer support.

The staff at Ahmedabad Maninagar branch Mr Mayur lures the customers with promises of lower ROI home loan. But at the last day of loan instalment payment to builder they come out with total different terms and conditions and deny what was discussed and approved earlier. This way customers are stuck. Even his superior Mr Ankit is a useless help as he doesn’t take any action despite repeated calls.

Had the worst experience in the bank.Everyone works under the direction of our king Mr Pratyush Ray and work experience is made hell.Cms will deliberately delete your number and mail access ; remove you from group and then you have to say sorry to him.

And then you are the one having ego trips.

Mr Pratyush Ray you are the most egoistic person.

I m am senior citizen and a pensioner in uco bank for last 30 years at Kandivli west branch mumbai. I needed a pensioner loan and I have called them and also mailed them long back. They are not receiving calls also. This people only sits and take salary. RBI should take action against them . But they are also same .

I recently had a terrible experience at UCO Bank's Latur branch. The bank clearly has no regard for the value of customer time, providing extremely poor service with significant delays and no sense of urgency. The technical connectivity is abysmal, making simple transactions a hassle. Additionally, the staff shows a complete lack of respect for customers, offering no proactive service or assistance. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the bank.

I lost my remittance in this bank. Employee didn't know about remittance. When I got number in UCO bank website all numbers are not working. I mailed 4 department regarding my issue but it's more than 1 months a single reply I did not receive from them. Also my base branch send mail to the zonal office regarding my issue but they also didn't get any reply. And my base branch employees are don't know what is remittance. Are they professional? Think about it and then open your account in UCO bank. Some unskilled people are working there.

Worst bank ever. Please do not open your accounts in this bank .They have got the worst servers ever. I am not writing this review just because of one incident. I went to their branch twice to deposit money they said link is not available both times .I wanted to renew my passbook that was also not possible as machine was not working properly. Afterwards I had made an online payment of rupees 400 which was showing processing at my end and was debited from account but it did not get credited to recepeints account I had called customer care where they lodged a complaint when I asked for complaint id they said my complaint had got rejected and I will have visit the home branch with that Id in order to resolve the issue. I am staying somewhere else and they want me to visit home branch to resolve the issue. Now I am afraid to do online transactions all thanks to them. Please think twice before opening an account in this bank.

I have my saving a/c with Uco Bank, there work processing is very slow.. Net banking is worst as i always get application error after every transaction. They take more than a week to clear cheque.. Bank need to update itself

I have 2 occurrences and bank failed to resolve problem both times.

1. I was unable to connect UPI with UCO due to OTP issue. There customer service and management is worst till date.

   
   




2. I have submitted online application to open account and submitted KYC. Bank never acknowledged or sent confirmation.

   
   

Finally I gave up and moved to other banks. They opened account within 2 days and had no issue till date. I would never recommend this bank to anyone I know.
