I placed 2 orders. I received one. The driver used the same photo of the same bag and said both were delivered. It was obvious from the photos that only one bag was delivered..one order was delivered. They argued with me for an hour and refused to refund it, repeatedly saying I accept responsibility once “the order is delivered.”That is a ridiculous explanation because the ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED. They ripped me off and refused to fix it or escalate it to a supervisor. Plus, I order from them all the time and tip. Horrible cheats!

Buyer beware! Uber Eats in Winter Haven, Florida refuses to make refunds or issue credits when they make mistakes on your order and leave items you have paid for out depending on which restaurant you order from. This is deceptive and unfair because all of the other delivery services do not operate in this manner and Uber Eats doesn’t inform customers of this “policy” until after you have paid and tipped in advance for food you end up not receiving. I gave Uber Eats 1 star only because there is no option to give 0 stars.

It's been a month ego I ordered food from uber eats. I orderd it at 11 pm and at 2 am night delivery boy called me and said thay "sir you have orderd food" . I mean what the hell is happening here . That was my last experience with Uber Eats.

There is no such app called uber eats.

I tried to install it but it is showing that it is acquired by Zomato.

Why has that app not removed from play store if it is not working.

Poor maintenance online.

I didn't even order once also in this.

Quit it.

I started using ubereats after seeing the 50% discount offer they were providing for the first five orders and let me you one thing about their offers, other than the one I have mentioned above for the new customers they provide very few or none when it comes to offers.

Their delivery service is decent but nothing great about it. Most of the orders are delivered on time but occasionally there are late deliveries. Compared to other food delivery services like zomato and swiggy they have less hotels and restaurants available for ordering food. When it comes to customer support they are ok. I am the kind of guy who always checks for offers while placing an order and so lately I haven't been ordering from ubereats as they don't provide any good offers. Those who are looking for great offers and discounts can definite stay away from ubereats.

I have tried swiggy and zomato all was fine but I found uber eats was best from all I used uber eats when I was living in delhi in a hotel, simply best service in a reasonable price.

Uber Eats is one of the worst app as I had very bad and unexpected experience with uber eats.They always charges high amount as delivery charges.They always delay your order and try to deliver it at wrong locations.Their service quality is very poor with no maintenance of hygiene by their staff.Some of the limitations of Uber eats are as follows.

1) .Concept: It is very difficult to place an order on uber eats as it is very complicated and comprehensive process.You cannot easily choose an dish of your choice as they does not offer much variety in their menu.

2) .Service and support: They charges you for the orders which they never delivers, You will be wondering when your food gonna arrive and bang! You will get a message from their customer care that it has been cancelled as they could not connect with you.They will say that delivery boy could not connect with you.Hence they are cancelling the order and not refunding the amount that you have paid for your food.

3) .Delivery: They are always late.They changes delivery time as per their own convenience without informing the customer.

4) .Customer service: There customer service is pathetic.There is no customer helpline number or any option so you can contact them.

5) .Reliability and Satisfaction: one cannot gets satisfied easily after using ubereats, As their delivery boys are very Unprofessional, they uses vulguric language and sometimes behaves harshly and rudely with their customers.

6) .My personal experience: For 55rs ice cream I ended up paying 65rs as cancellation charges.For 128rs food I never received refund.They cheat their customers and steal their money.

FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I STRICTLY RECOMMEND NOT TO PREFER UBEREATS.

UberEats is another PATHETIC App, where one can definitely place an order but the coupons will NEVER work. If you request for a customer care team to call you back, they will only call you and will yell at you saying COLLECT YOUR ORDER.

The food will be spilled, packing will not be in a condition where on can manage, yet there will be no response from the customer care

I ordered my food on uberEATS 2 weeks ago. First of all the app couldn't deliver my food to my house. My house was on a main road and all other food apps could deliver there. So I had to go out of my house onto a location that was on 5 min walk to get my food from the delivery boy.

I was atmost 2 min late to the location where delivery boy was waiting. The attitude of the delivery boy was so rude. He was almost shouting and was so rude. I apologised but he was like "why are you late? I have other deliveries to also do."

First of all uberEATS doesn't delivery food on many on road locations where any other food company reach. And then they send their most rude staff to deliver food.

Also between this my food was almost cold and had to warm again to eat. I disliked my first time experience with uberEATS.

Uber-Eats manipulates the customers while ordering the food. Food Delivery apps like this dictate what customers eats and do not let customer eat their preferred food. if you notice closely, you'll see that the app deactivates certain restaurants to manipulate the customers to order from other restaurants that are under sold. This behavior is unacceptable and sad that only a few are aware of such scandals.

Bad behavior from the food delivery boys. They are trying to do more delivery in the limited time. it is not good. it will never give satisfaction to the customer. sometimes food was damaged in the hurry of the delivery boys. I complainted in the customer care but there is no proper response.

If I order lunch I think they will give me dinner ...such a cheap website for ordering food

We ordered food from Uber eats on December 29-Dec-2019. We received rotten food. When we tried to report the incident there was not proper help available on the site.

When registered complaint about the quality of the food, help menu told us that they will contact us within 24 hours and we are still waiting for their call to log the complaint about food.

I have ordered food in uber eats .after payment app shown as order is cancelled. For this reason i called customer executive of uber eats.She told that that amount is deducted for last uber ride pending. But I have paid to driver for last ride as cash(cash payment) .customer care is also bad.

On 24th December 2019 around 8:30 pm I ordered a food fish barbeque, for cash on delivery. The boy delivered me around 9:15 pm. My issue was half of fish portion where missing. I tried to call the delivery boy he did not pickup the phone. I made calls to the restaurant, they told me to send a details and photos. The restaurant bill where not paid by Uber eats boy. They advised me to check a app, the msg is in below photo. Third rated cheating is done. The boy cheated both the restaurant and me

Had an issue with the payment but got it resolved by contacting their helpdesk.Hopefully Ubereats should provide a contact number to raise complaint.

They debit process just one minute bt credit process is 7 day bad point and not promising uber delivery boy after convenced to delivery and it was just 10km from restaurant but he denied and cancelled the order very bad service ???? Unhappy customer will not order anything from uber eats. Thanks n sorry

One could die of Hunger and they(UBEREATS) would not give a damn. I ordered lunch yesterday(Bangalore), and after some time the Delivery Guy calls and tells me location is different. In my phone, on the Ubereats App, the location was correct. He said he will call me back.Later, I received call from Ubereats Call Centre saying the mistake is mine and they are cancelling the order. When I protested, the lady said I am not being charged! Later, the Delivery Boy came to within 300m from my location, but did not come to my place saying Ubereats has cancelled the Order and hence even though he has the food with him, he cannot deliver. All this took almost an hour. Disgusting! PLEASE DO NOT USE UBEREATS. There are plenty of other Options available.
