Wish to ask TVS Credit Services whether they have any official permission from Government & TRAI to block the Mobile phones of the customers based on IMEI number ( means the phone can not be used any more). If yes please profide the details. I am taking up the matter with TRAI and the other competent authorities to enquire about this matter. I am one of the victims of TVS Credit services who blocked my mobile for no fault of mine. I may provide details up on request.
