Truww Interiors, Bangalore

Dear Friends,

I would like to share my recent experience with Truww, whom I initially considered for the interior design of my new flat in Bangalore.

During my visit to their Hosa Road experience center, I was impressed enough by their sugar quoted talk and warm welcome to make a spot booking and pay a 10% advance. They assured me that the quoted amount would not increase beyond 5% unless I requested additional changes. However, as the project progressed, I noticed a significant increase in costs at every phase,

I have observed several areas—such as lighting, internal fittings/ledges/shelves, and unit dimensions—that have been intentionally left open, potentially allowing for pricing hike in future phases of the project. This tactic could be perceived as a business strategy that customers may not readily recognize.

I did agree to some minor design changes and understood there would be an additional cost. Yet, to my dismay, the overall quotation surged by 40% compared to our initial agreement. Furthermore, their senior designer mentioned that price hikes could also occur during the project execution, which made me realize I was in a precarious situation. Additionally, I didn't find any innovative ideas that could truly enhance the beauty of the space.

Ultimately, I opted to withdraw from the project, but Truww forfeited my entire advance payment without any justification.

I urge you all to be cautious when engaging with Truww and consider other options for your interior design needs.

I recently got my home interiors done with Truww Interiors, and I must say the experience has been exceptional. A special shoutout to Mr. Noor, the Project Manager, and Mr. Deepak, the Designer, for their outstanding work.

Mr. Noor, on the other hand, made the execution phase seamless and stress-free. He was incredibly accommodative of all my requirements during the execution and went the extra mile to ensure everything was done to perfection. His professionalism and willingness to adjust and adapt to any changes I requested made the entire experience smooth and satisfying.

The entire team delivered exceptional quality and adhered to the timelines without any compromises. I highly recommend Truww Interiors to anyone looking for a hassle-free and high-quality home interior service.

Truww on Hosa Road did an excellent job with the interiors of my apartment. Their professional handling and courteous staff made the entire process seamless. The work was well-finished with great attention to detail. While they are slightly on the pricier side and the final cost varied a bit from the initial quotation, the quality of materials, thoughtful processes, and overall execution were top-notch.

Yashika and Bhumika from Design team were subtle and suggestive yet effective in intriguing how we would want to shape the place in discussion calls with them. They supported above and beyond their designated duties.

The in house funding option is a bit of mess, they lack proper integration with the funding partner and you can often end up scratching your head talking to both parties yet they not being able to communicate together.

Mohammed Noor was an exceptional project manager who did all in his capacity to maintain comfort and convenience for me ensuring great quality of delivery all while maintaining great communication and proactiveness at each step.

Had really bad experience with truww, wooden top n mirror have lot of scratches and when I asked to change, the project manager said it should be ideally changed but we can change... I'm sorry. Project got 2 months delayed for which they did 3 month RCA and said ideally it should be paid as it was there fault but as you wrote bad review so we will not pay.

Going with truww was worst experience... The work I got it done from local carpenter was better then truww's work.
