I have traveled with them to Dubai with my family and we all really enjoyed the group tour organized by Trinity World Holidays. From start to end all services very excellent and smooth. Especially the visa procedures, insurance, forex and handling of all the travel documents. On tour the hotel was also very nice with neat and clean rooms with delicious meals provided throughout the tour at various Indian & local restaurants. Itinerary was designed very well and we almost covered all the attractions & experiences with our friendly tour manager and local guide. Now Trinity is like our family and soon we will travel again with them on out next tour.

It was nice experience with Trinity for my Kerala trip. Everything was at right place and made our holiday one of the best. Right from accomodation and traveling transport . Driver was punctual as well and well versed with roads and tourist spots. Henceforth our all trips are gonna be with Trinity only forsure.

Had an amazing time with Trinity to Spiti Valley. Everything was well arranged and even though faced some literal roadblocks on our way back the team handled it very well and ensured we returned safely. Would definitely go on another trip with them since they are simply the best for Spiti.

I had an awesome trip to Himachal and all the booking was done by Trinity World Holidays. Starting from selection of places to visit to book the hotels and flights, everything was perfectly planned and executed. I wanted to plan my family vacation and researched on Google about the tour operators and found that Trinity was offering competitive rates. So planned to visit them at their Santacruz office in Kamal Plaza, wow the office is amazing, the staff was courteous. I met the Mr. Nilhil from the sales team and he explained the regular package with me for Kerala but I wanted to customize the the package and make it an awesome and memorable holiday for my family. Instantly Mr. Nikhil called the operations team and they were there in a moment to help and customize the package for me. Mr. Rahul & Ms. Nimisha designed a 6N / 7D package for me considering that Sr Citizens are also going to travel. They also helped me book cheap return air fares since they have all services under one roof - holidays, dom & intl ticketing, car rentals, forex, hotel reservation, wow... their setup is amazing!!!!!

My trip was schedule for 16th May 2020 and return on 22nd May 2020 but unfortunately due to the current situation the trip got cancelled. I highly appreciate the prompt response from Trinity. Mr. Jojo (Manager - Domestic Holidays) & Mr. Akshay (Sr.Operations Exe) had called me to inform that due to the pandemic all trips were cancelled and that Trinity will issue a credit note and I can travel with my family next year to the same destination. An an Awesome thing is the CN is valid for one year.

I thank Trinity for its prompt action & look forward for an amazing family trip to Kerala.

Note: Here for the service I have given a 5 star rating without travelling because I personally went and checked the condition of the cars that they operate in Mumbai under the name Trinity Car Rentals. Mr. Akshay went out of the way and connected over video calls with the hoteliers and I could get a feel of the hotel & the houseboat. That was something awesome.

Wish & pray for the safety of each and every living being and the staff of Trinity.

Read this befor booking. Pls prefer travel traingle as they have local office in andaman. Worst of the worst experience ever with trinity and thanks for ruining the andaman trip totally at a huge cost.

The trip plan designed and delivered is totally different and exhausting. Promised so many things and delivered zero with no assistance and support.

There is no network to get connected to the world this basic thing has been missed out by trinity.

Thanks for the local guys who were supportive than trinity.

The delux hotel and rooms booked don’t have electricity and whn tried reaching out through reception while being there, thr trip organiser said pls try to adjust.

The trip plan suggested while booking and the plan I received at andaman was totally different and was helplesss as i cannot Contact trinity office.

I from my own pocket had to book another hotel as these guys are so unsupportive that they were not even tried booking another hotel even on paying extra the reason being they have to pay cancellation to the earlier booked hotel. So you are on your own.

The beaches mentioned in the plan were not covered due to their negligence and still trinity is ohk with it.

I had been a traveler for so many years but worst experience.

Pls prefer travel triangle to make booking as they have local offices in adaman and can get instant help.

Trinity and its team was very knowledgeable and made our visa process seamless. They addressed all of our needs and responded to all my questions in a timely fashion. They gave us choices of hotels to stay in according to our affordability. They also arranged the activities for us as I requested. Vehicle arrangements were also upto the mark. Trinity went above and beyond in handling our Himachal package. All documents were prepared in a timely manner and everything was in order. They are very professional, responsible and I would recommend them. Anything about vacation is all in Trinity World Holidays. Overall it was a memorable holiday! We had complete choice to choose based on our requirements and budget. The complete process is very well streamlined right from the moment you submit the query till the moment you select a particular quote and make the payment.

The best part about Trinity is that they have a parent company of air travel, ticketing and visa department, which makes it easier to book your tickets along with a tour package. You don't have to run for a package and tickets to different places. The hassle of going to another agency for tickets, after deciding your destination, is cut down. Every employee is courteous enough to take you to the needed department, so that your package is booked smoothly. They also have rental cars for select cities in India, which made it easier to travel in my destination city.

I'd give Trinity 6 stars if I could!!! It is too good! Employees are very supportive. Loved the staff attitude and sense of dealing with clients. Best company in travel and tourism sector. The staff is prompt and courteous in assisting with the best suitable package.

I had booked a trip to Thailand from Trinity World Holidays and suddenly the lockdown was announced because of the lockdown me and my friends were not able to board the flight. We had made the entire payment for the services and we were tensed that the refund will be initiated or not because the amount was huge and they had already made the payment to the hotel, flight and transport vendor. But we are very thankful to trinity team they’ve managed to refund our money within 8-10 days. We very much thankful to Trinity. Anytime if i need assistance for travel there will only be Trinity World Holidays for me no one else.

I went in expecting to plan my honeymoon package to Goa. I didn't even want to consider a new destination thinking it was out of my price range. Rajesh (their sales guy) took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up going to Himachal, a place that I now LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly. I highly recommend Trinity World Holidays.

Trinity world holiday the worst holiday agency. They promise many things but deliver zero. I paid for super deluxe accommodation for my recent Rajasthan tour and the experience was very bad as they provide accommodation in very shabby hotel with no facilities. I had informed about the number of travelers well in advance and the accommodation was not provided accordingly. The camp accommodation in San desert in Rajasthan was far away from sand dunes. The hotel which was booked in Jodhpur does not even serve lunch and dinner. No in-house restaurant. And these are super deluxe accommodation.

We had booked tour to Uttarakhand. Staff was very helpfull even they were attending our calls at 10-11pm also.Everything was done by them only as it was 13 people's tour me and my all friends are very happy.

Service is very nice and my experience was best of best. I took a package to Ooty from them and they gave me many complimentry services for my Honeymoon like cake and bed decoration and a good category of hotels
