Last time we decided to tour mumbai and select tph service.the guide expect more money every time.programming of tour sechedule its differnt we r fixed relax and particular places watch in short period bt guide waste more timings in various places nt including our programmes.tph travels mostly bargaining south indian visiters.so ple avoid this travels and escape ur mind relax

Tph travel service is a tour guide operator which is situated in Mumbai and I dislike this services very much. I went to this travel service at 16 December 2016.

Their Rate and charges is too high for guiding , travelling and much more. There charge are in hours and if we crossed the limit hour then they take extra charge which is very high.

Their tour guide is not helpful they always show only nearby places and nothing and they take lot of charge.

Their customer service is very bad because they always want money and always saying about money.

As we decided to have a tour at Kashmir so we chooses this tph travel services as our tour operator. This tour operator was suggested by many as they were very popular in our area. For this tour they charge high amount per person. While booking they told to provide us with the train tickets. Then after a month one person from their end called us to book our ticket ourselves. Also they took the money but are not doing their work. We had argued with them. Then the manager told that the it is a policy that money won't be refunded. We continued to have our tour. During tour we were shock to see the place which they took and the rooms in hotels they provided were of poor quality. In starting they had showed great photos of various things. But at the end of the tour there was nothing like that. They just fool the people. I suggest not to choose the travel services for having any tour as you will get cheated in some respects or the others.
