I was using BSNL modem previously and faced lot of connection fluctuations and not getting much speed.

then I bought this.

now I am not facing any flactuation.

for me it is working well.

pros;-

1)best in this price range

2)compact and small

3)performance is good

4)very easy to install

cons:-

1)wifi coverage is very low it covers just my bedroom and hall.

(in hall I face some connectivity issue sometime)

2)no blinking light for visible usage of connection.

Tp link router is a good router.Its installation process is so easy. its a 600 mbps router.speed is good .The router is made of plastic or fiber.it works on the electricity.it is not wireless.you can place it or hang it anywhere in your home.This is best router in its price range.you can buy it from amazon flipkart or any where or from your nearer store also.tp link privides good routers.

After many searches done, I bought this modem.

actually, it is good at specifications. wireless type 802.11B, high speed, capable of download speed up to 24 Mbps, upload speed 3.5 Mbps. Its range also satisfied to my 2BHK house. I got version 3.0 modem. and the setup also very easy 2-3 minutes only. design is good.

I am using it with BSNL modem. Link broke very often. DSL is not stable. after sales service is very very bad. I called the customer care many times, but no use. they are not responding. the power adopter not working after a month. after 3 months of using, the modem also not working. some times it is not switched on even. and one fine day suddenly it died. then not at all switched on even. no service centers available. it is a worst china product. I thrown it in dustbin. full waste of money. Don't buy.

Had applied for the BSNL Broadband Connection and wanted a Modem+router. one of my friend, who is geeky in these mattrs, advised me to go for this. Frankly speaking, I didn't even know this Brand before.

I searched for its reviews at Amazon and all had given really nice review.  So I went ahead and placed the order.  As there was some offer going on, I got a price of Rs. 1, 059/-(They called it Lightning Deal).

The product was delivered within due date.  The packing was great.  I connected it with the bsnl wire, performed installation process, and it was ready to go.

The Wifi range is good. I stay at first floor and even at ground floor I am able to get the signal.  Till now it has worked superbly. I am a happy customer.

I bought TP-LINK TD-W8901N around 3 months ago as we had this broadband internet connection which is having a speed of 2MPBS. But being 5 user for the same connection we had to have a router.

I got to know about TP-LINK TD-W8901N while surfing over the internet and I found it useful. This piece of Router has come up with 150Mbps of wireless speed, and believe it is delivering it till today.

It also has 4 port connectivity in case you want to connect your lappy or pc by LAN.

Antena does play a great when it comes to disbursing the single. I have tried and it really works.

Actually its a 3 in 1 router as it has

1) DSL Modem connectivity

2) Wireless N access point

3) NAT Router

As far as range is concern it has a good range to serve a flat of 1000 Sq. fit.

I am happy with what I have got. Go for it.

I was looking for a wireless replacement for the wired modem provided by bsnl. the two products that caught my attention were the tplink 8901 and dlink 2730. Both had somewhat same specs and reviews were similar I finally fixed on the tp link owing to lower cost.

The product was neatly packed and has good looking as well as sturdy design. Body is white color with single antenna. It has 1 adsl port for connecting phone cable and 4 lan ports along with wifi router. The product is great for bsnl and setup was very easy, the manual provided is self explanatory.

Technical specs, it is a single band n router 10mbps, it is more than sufficient for my 2 Mbps bsnl broadband and easily covers my 2 storey 4 bedroom apartment. It has wap2 encryption with option for select mac id connection. Also when connecting multiple wifi devices(upto even 6 at a time) there is no connection issue.Overall it is a great wifi modem for small to medium household with broadband connection.

When compared to, tp link 8951ND is dual band and the 8961 and 8968 supports upto 300 mbps. But 8901 will suffice for small home use.
