Nisheman working in aala travels is a dumb girl. She keeps committing things without knowing what exactly is she offering. She says yes to everything initially but when we make payment on first day, then her approach changes. Mr Inayat, who is the owner of this travels supports this girl nisheman big time. Probably they are seeing each other as he cannot listen anything against her.

If we complaint against nisheman for her false commitment of changing hotels and trip plan, he would just say sorry. There are better travels in Kashmir rather than aala travels. They are only there to ruin the life of tourists. They change the hotels in last moment without informing you and gives you third class accommodation.

Even thr driver was new and not aware of any place though we were promised of driver who is aware about all kashmir places. You should take away their license, they are cheaters.

I recently had a chance to travel via the HOHO buses at Delhi. It is definitely an innovative concept to see the prominent tourist sights of Delhi over a two-day period. These sights include the Qutb Minar, Humayun Tomb, Red Fort, Lotus Temple, Rajghat, etc. The best part about these buses is the freedom it gives you in terms of how much time you want to spend at a particular location before moving onto the next. Two of the three guides that we had on-board were smart and kept explaining the various sights to us. The bus takes you around most of Delhi so even if you do not wish to hop off, you can get a glimpse for only Rs 300. I think that is definite value-for-money. I also wish someone would start such a thing at Mumbai.

Beware of booking any packages through the link mentioned above. You will be cheated and your trip/vacation will be spoilt and you will lose peace of mind.

This was my first trip to Delhi, like anybody else even I was extremly excited to see Taj & Jaipur, which are the world known places.

We took a flight to Delhi and stayed in Hotel Ginger. We had a good flight and the rooms in Ginger were welcoming. On the same day we decided to visit India Gate and Qutub Minar(Mode of transportation - Metro, Autos, Buses). It was quite tiring, however we enjoyed the day.

The next day, we thought of booking a day package through India Tourism - Considering the brand name of India Tourism, we assumed the service will be extra-ordinary. We called the helpline number, was quite upset with the person who picked the call, as she couldn't speak and understand English. I managed with my broken Hindi to obtain the package and bank account details.

We were told the tickets costed 975/- per person and to transfer an extra 110/- as bank charges. We made the trasfer and followed up quite a number of times before we could get a confirmation of the booking. After making the payment, we were finally informed that the it is a TT and not a AC Volvo bus, which didn't seem right, as in the website it clearly mentioned we will be provided with a Volvo.

Next day, we had to travel from East Delhi to Central Delhi at 6:30 AM to board this TT. We were shocked to see a horrible conditioned TT. My husband was made to sit in the seat next to the driver which was broken and every time the driver applies breaks the seat was leaning completely towards the right and I was made to sit in a seat behind my husband. My husband politely enquired if it was the same vehicle we will be travelling in, the driver became extremely furious and started shouting at us and asked us to get down from the vehicle if we were not happy. Even co-passengers tried convincing the drivers and told him this is not the way he is supposed to talk to his customers, but even they received the same treatment as us.

This behaviour of driver didn't stop here, one of the co-passengers wanted to use the toilet, but the driver disagreed to stop the vehicle and told he cannot stop the vehicle for another hour. All of us had to literally convince him to stop the vehicle as it was an emergency.

We were also amazed to hear that the ticket cost was not the same for everybody, one of the co-passenger informed he paid only 750/- per person. We were shocked to hear this, as the rates of India Tourism are fixed for everybody.

We thought we will inform this embarrasing situation to the management/travel agents, but instead of helping us and listening to us, they started blaming us. They also told us, we can get down from the vehicle and they would refund the payment by deducting 20% of the amount.

We were told we will be reaching back Delhi at 11:30PM, but ended up coming back at 3:30AM.

Next three days, we made up our mind not to book any such pathetic packages and booked for a taxi to see Agra and rest of Delhi. We had a peacefull trip these 3 days. However, at the end of the trip we have started to dislike Delhi, the people there and especially India Tourism.

I hope you will not make such a mistake too when you go on a dream vacation.
