Tour My India, Noida

My trip went horribly wrong throughout my almost one month stay in India. Tour My India failed and failed and have done nothing to rectify or compensate apart from fooling me perpetually.

I am an almost 76 year old female travelling alone in India and therefore rely heavily on a professional expert tour agency. Tour My India left me stranded and alone in Jorhat airport a small domestic airport. I have witnesses to prove my predicament. Again Tour My India left me stranded and without help alone at Kolkata Airport. Again I have a witness as proof.

After I risked my safety to reach my hotel Tour My India had booked a most terrible room on my behalf which the hotel management changed instantly without charge when they witnessed my distress. Tour My India provided transport to Sunderban NP a 3 hour journey with a driver who was coughing and sneezing frequently something I requested be avoided because I had suffered similar previously with Tour My India.

The company on my departure from Sunderbans provided the wrong details to my chosen taxi company of my arrival in Raipur and I was forced to make direct contact with the taxi firm to advise them of my correct landing details.

Tour My India booked all safaris in the same zone in Kanha NP I requested and named the different zones I wanted. Tour My India booked 2/3 safaris in Zone 3 in Bandhavgargh NP I specifically requested no safaris in Zone 3. The owner of Tour My India one Vijayendra Thapliyal when I first made a complaint whilst in Kolkata offered me a dinner - later he offered to repay me for my expenses which Tour My India had already been paid for.

None were forthcoming he then told me he would meet me at my hotel in Delhi he didn't show he then told me he would meet me at my departing airport by this time I ignored him having become familiar with his deceit and delaying tactics. I further believe following research that Tour My India have heavily overcharged for my journey.

I have made a written complaint to IATO India outlining the above which I am waiting to hear from. My true and sincere advice is to avoid this company whom I have used in the past but whose standards morals and ethics have declined considerably therefore not worth risking your safety in India and money.

Very professional & helpful tour operators & sales guides (Manvendra). Were able to customize our tour according to our tastes (adventure+pilgrimage), food, hotels/resorts, specific instructions to the. Local guide & subsequent daily follow-up even during our travel on WhatsApp by them & by their counterparts in Bhutan. If there were any deficiencies they were being addressed by them immediately (as such we didn't find any deficiency).

Overall very satisfied with their travel arrangements & responsiveness.

We went to Char Dham, visit Kedarnath Badrinath Yamanotti Gangotri in Char Dham We did this trip from a helicopter.

There is nothing more than a joy to travel by helicopter, we can see the beauty of the mountains, the spiritual plagues. I used to think that the old man travels to the Dham, but it was wrong to visit the four Dhams. It is not like that but the common man also believed that the four Dham pilgrimages can be done only by leaving Maya family home. We did this in the travel group and took a package from four Dham travel deals which were very good for the passengers to travel.| The hotels that were given to us were also provided with the provision of pure vegetarian food as well as the hotel provided very clean and timely needs.
