Titanic - Music From The Motion Pictures Movie Reviews

Very lovable tune
Feb 15, 2017 05:22 PM 1204 Views

This is very lovable tune I have listened ever. It make me kinda hurt and imaginary person. I'm telling you I really don't think that any other love story movie or romantic movie does exist above Titanic. Because of it's music. It really make me feel proud. Specially I like it's sound in last at that time I couldn't stop my tears. This is of course love tune I hadn't hear any tune like this.

The production has many other tunes but like titanic they hadn't produced and they will not produce.

Never An Absolution... Always A Legend

I confess. I am obsessed with the Titanic.

I won't ever deny it. It's true. Not only with this particular movie(which is PHENOMENAL), but with the story itself. I've been obsessed literally half my life, and I don't think it's about to change anytime soon.

But anyway. On to my review.

After hesitating about seeing Titanic for a third time(because I was young the first two times I saw it and I bawled my eyes out both times, to my huge embarassment), I saw it at a friend's birthday part. Because of the light, giggly-teenage atmosphere we all had going on, I was able to put aside my pending tears and concentrate on the movie for what it was.

Two weeks later, I'd seen our two-cassette videotape(bought eons ago) 20 times. Literally.

After buying the 3-disc Special Edition DVD(only for die-hards), drooling over online recreations of the dresses Rose wears in the movie(sooo expensive, but someday!), and firmly deciding I'd be marching down the aisle to "Southampton" in Rose's heaven dress, I picked up a copy of this CD at my local bookstore, which, oddly enough, also carries music.

The first night was spent in my bed, hugging by knees and crying. Yeah.

The tracks on this CD include: "Never An Absolution", "Distant Memories", "Southampton", "Rose", "Leaving Port", "Take Her To Sea, Mr. Murdoch", "Hard To Starboard", "Unable To Stay, Unwilling To Leave", "The Sinking", "Death of Titanic", "A Promise Kept", "A Life So Changed", "An Ocean of Memories", "My Heart Will Go On", and "Hymn To The Sea".

Some of the tracks("Never An Absolution", "A Life So Changed", "Hymn To The Sea") have such a sad, melancholy note to them they make your heart ache. Some tracks("Southampton", "Take Her To Sea, Mr. Murdoch") have such a hopeful note for the world's biggest ship it's also almost moving. Some of them("The Sinking", "Hard To Starboard", "Death of Titanic") are so action-packed you'd swear you're watching the movie.

This is definitely worth buying - even if you haven't seen the movie. Trust me, if you even remotely know the story, you're going to picture it happening as you listen to this CD. And who doesn't love Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On"?

Great Soundtrack

I saw this movie about 6 years ago at a slumber party. I was with my good friend from high school and we were crying our eyes out during the movie because Titanic is such a tragic story.

During the movie there were powerful and moving songs playing in the background and during some scenes was just music. Well me being a music fan totally fell in love with the songs in the movie.

These songs, although instrumental, sing to the soul. These instruments portray love, lust, happiness, sadness, danger, defeat, destruction...This soundtrack is full of emotion and the minute I heard the songs in the movie I had to run out and buy the CD. Hearing the way the instruments spoke to me lead me to buy the CD and fall in love with all the tracks.

I thoroughly suggest buying the CD if you are a fan of instrumental CDs. You have to enjoy it by sitting back, closing your eyes, stopping your brain from doing pointless thinking (like ''what's for dinner? ''did I put gas in the car?'') and just let the music flood your soul....your body...your mind.
