Hi, Im residing in Bangalore from past 13 yrs and in field of audits, hence will travel out of states in trains, by this itself I believe I got this in home. from past 2 yrs I had this irritation of bugs and they were increasing in nos. I tried all remedies on own purchasing chemicals at medical stores even then it continued with sleepless nights and tried all measures of keep material in sunlight, but also tried Pest control companies they came n put some pills and informed to leave for 24hrs.

Utter waste of money and time.I called them for bed bugs and absolutely no use of the treatment done at all. they are utter crap and pathetic services offered. I have been killing the bugs every night when I see them. Useless people and useless service - ANZ!

Please dont waste time on checking more with them. They take only weekday services, no weekends and first time service is butter filled. After that they dont even follow-up for second session of the treatment due from their side. We have to call them and check with them for appointment, whereas money is collected at first go!

I said that bugs still appear and he said it will be there for 4-5 days after which they die. It's been more than a fortnight since I have got it done and I still kill bugs at night!

I got pest control done from here for cockroaches last month.

The chemicals they use are not effective, I can still see lot of cockroaches in the kitchen.

When you ask them for backup service, they will behave as if you never took a service from them. They will ask you to call on weekdays and you have to skip your office to get it done.

Its a wastage of your huge money. Please dont get any pest control service done from here.

I recently happened to give it a thought that "Why cant I call up some pest control service" to my home residence in Adyar, especially post floods and make it happen in such a way that I could avoid pests of any form.

I called few pest control services and their products and explanation did not satisfy me much. I was referred to Aavinash Pest Control by a friend and I simply called to them. Problem:

Bed bugs have always been a repetitive problem for me.I have had this problem since I started my career in 2007. My work requires me to travel a lot usually by trains and flights.

Back then I used many traditional methods available in market to get rid of bed bugs but they were not effective.After multiple failures, In 2010 I decided to call in the professionals to help me out with this issue.

Today pest is the main health hazard problem we are facing in our houses, society and in the surrounding area.There are many agencies also working and providing their active services. But at primary stage we should able to control this types of problems at our level.We should have awareness about it and develop the same among the other people so that we can maintain the healthy atmosphere. We should keep our house neat and clean by regular cleaning and washing with soapy or dettolin water.

If there is problem of ants and flies than wipe the floor and walls daily with soapy or phenyle water.Laxman rekha and Lal hit spray for ants and cockroaches can be used to kill them.

A small hand spray with pesticides like mellithean and nuan can be sprayed to control mosquitoes. If there any cracks developed in the floor or walls we can fill them with borex powder.keep bathroom and toilet well cleaned by using lizol, herpic and antiseptic lotion  also can be used to kill the insects. Not to through any food or Sweet particles in or around the house.Not to through or let it accumulates garbage in surrounding area.If there is water stagnant dirts nearby, than sprinkle DDT powder and rodents on drains and nearby water. Kerosene oil to be sprinkled over the stagnant water so it will help to kill mosquitoes and will stop their further breading. In case of bad bugs take out all the beds and wash them with boiled strong soapy water and  while day keep then in the sun light. All the linen to be washed thoughroly with boiled surfy water. Full house along with walls to be washed with antiseptic lotion and phenol water and make the full house bed bugs free.  We can use all these methods to fight against the insects or pest problems and can keep the healthy and insects free atmosphere, so we can remain always healthy, fit and tension free.

I wud take this opportunity to write my experience about MAMRE.

I had taken their service for bedbugs.

1. Very prompt on the date and time scheduled and flexible for changes.

4. Probably they use some insecticides which has a strong pubgent smell n it required days to get rid off.

I have taken the service from ANZ Pest control for Bed bugs treatment. They promised alot while booking for the first service. The service was for both Vaccum+ Liquid spray(3499/-). The guy who promptly came on the scheduled date told that he had faced some technical problem(!) in the machine so he can not perform. However as the invoice was already generated, he had to collect the full amount.

I was reluctant to pay the amount however he promised that he would cover it in the second free service. I contacted the owner and even he talked sweetly and promised the same. I went for liquid spray only(I have kid and infant in home so did not opt for another day).

I tried to chase them for the second service number of times but no success. They did not bother to give proper answers. When contacted the owner, he redirected the call to operations/receptionist.

I request all NOT to go with ANZ Pest Control(Bangalore). Even if you take service then DON'T pay the amount until all the promised services are completed.

I have taken the service in 2013 and we have taken second service after 21 days and got the AMC  certificate for 1 year guarantee.

After 6 months we faced the problem again and Navigator came and did the service, very promptly as they have done in the first time.

I appreciate Bhanu Prakash knowledge on bedbugs. it seems like he has all bed bugs in his brain.Thank you Bhanu Prakash.

Now in 2015.we are again facing bed bug problem.as I am frequently travelling. I might be carrying them from trains.I have approached Banu prakash. and for my surprise he still remembers me and renender the servie.I will get the second service again after 21 days.

We are facing this problem for past 4 months. We hired Syed V care for making this treatment. Once they got  the money they avoid our phone calls. we spent Rs.1000/- Instead of reducing our problem they increased our problem. now we are spending sleepless nights.

They cheat us in the name of Bugs. we r not getting a solution for these bugs.They promise to give us free treatment if the problem persists. but they don't. the warrant they give doesn't even stand for a single day!

Got pest control by Hicare pest control. Horrible service no proper communication with the customer. 0/satisfaction.

I took bed bug treatment from navigator.

I was suffering from bed bug at my home. My son was very too sensitive to these bites. In fact I was worried if he's gonna get sick.

I was referred by my relative to take service from navigator. My relative had taken them last

Year, since they were sufferng from beg bugs, they had newborn, and several pest control had chested them by charging thousands of rupees for doing nothing.

I called mr Bhanuprakash n he went out of his way to help me get rid of bedbugs. My home building was very old making it difficult for any kind if bedbug treatment, he took an inspection of the home n then made sure that the treatment in my home was done by an experienced person. ANZ is a fraud agency who charge you for the package and provide partial service. We purchased pest treatment for a 3 bhk and the technician treated just ONE room and took the full amount.

Upon asking the owner Hemanth, he yelled over the phone and demanded we pay the technician the full amount and that he has other houses also to attend and not waste his time. What kind of people are these, I don’t know.

The entire ordeal was rude and they refused to take the blame instead are blaming us for calling them. Avoid ANZ pest control at any cost.

This is a review of a company called Kolkata Pest control . They have a fancy website. I reside at an apartment at Kolkata . Recently I noticed termites  in my apartment and hence I was on the lookout for a good pest control service . I googled and it directed me to this fancy website .

I contacted the number given on the website and a person by the name of Prodipto answered the call and I called him for an inspection . During the inspection, he claimed that his company will give a 5 years warranty on termites, though he claimed that his medicine is effective for ten years . The medicine will have a 30% concentration of HC(Hydrocarbon) and will be water based for the walls and kerosene based for the wooden areas . The walls will be drilled and the medicines applied with a spray gun . Then he took a look at the flat and decided an amount of Rs 4500  and said all the walls will be covered and the job will take 3 hours +. I wanted to get the job done urgently, so he pretended that he was very busy for the next few days and called a third party and fixed a deal to get the job done . The person who would do the job was supposedly very senior with a lot of experience in the field .

The next day was a Sunday and the person arrived at 11 a.m  . He started his work drilling into the walls and preparing the medicine . I noticed that his proportions were all absurd . He mixed approx 150 ml of the chemical in 2.5 litres of water and got on the job . Regarding the wooden surfaces I was told to arrange for 5 litres of kerosene on my expense .  Also during conversation with this person I figured that he was not a company person but a freelancer who had been contacted to do the job . Naturally he was not going to get the bulk of the money, so he was not quite interested in doing the job well. He drilled a few holes around a few wooden framed doors and windows, and wrapped up his work within 1.5 hours  and left by 12.30 pm with the money .

Now comes the interesting part . When I tried calling the actual company guy “ Prodipto” on his mobile that evening to give him a feedback regarding the work done, he was not available . I tried his number the next day and he did not pick up . Then I realized that it was just a fraud company and I should not bother calling up this number any more .(Hahaaaa 5 years termite guarantee) . Just to be doubly sure, I called up from another mobile number and he immediately picked up my phone . I hung up, as I now know the intentions of this man and his company and it is pointless to argue with him over the phone  .

I stay in a complex that has 165 apartments and maintaining customer satisfaction and goodwill would probably have got him a lot of new customers .  Unfortunately this business strategy won’t get this company too far . So guys next time you call pest control to your house, BEWARE . Do not make any sort of advance payments, pay only when you are satisfied with the job and most important search the net and google for the company’s review and customer’s feedback that are posted by duped customers  like me .
