MY CPP WAS GOING TO EXPIRE ON 28-OCT-2016, ON THE SAME DAY THEY LOCKED MY COMPLAIN AGAINST FRAUD TRANSACTION, AND BLOCK ALL MY 3 CARDS PERMANENTLY, BUT AFTER 28 OCT WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID SIR YOUR CPP HAS EXPIRED WE CANNOT HELP YOU ANY MORE.
THEY ARE SIMPLY RASCL & IDOTS. HAVE CANCELLED MY CPP AS I S DON'T RECEIVE ANY KIT OVER LAST 1 Yr. AS I AM LIVING IN METRO CITY, ALL OTHER THE POSTS AND COURTIER AND PARCEL REACH VERY EASILY TO ME WITH NO ISSUE.
CPP EXECUTIVES DON'T HAVE KNOWLEDGE HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS, NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, EVEN THEY REFUSE ME NOT TRANSFER CALL TO THEIR SENIORS, THEY SAID WE DON'T HAVE THAT FACILITY,
THEY CAN BLOCK ANY CARD OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBER AS THEY SAID THIS IS OUR MORAL FACILITY BUT NO CLAIM, WAIT GUY WHAT THE FU.K IS MORAL FACILITY, AS YOU HAVE NO CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.
ANY TIME THEY CAN DISCONNECT CALLS FORCEFULLY. WHEN THEY HANGUP.
THEY ARE ONLY GIVING ANY TYPE OF IRRELEVANT ANSWERS TO ME AS WELL AS YOU ALSO.
I SAID TO THE EXECUTIVE THAT I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAIN REGARDING THE SOLUTION OF 1 FRAUD TRANSACTION FROM MY CARD, THEY SAID CALL TO CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT.
WHEN I WAS A LITBIT LOUD THEY SAID, OH SIR YOU HAVE REGISTERED CPP CUSTOMER, I REALLY SORRY. THEY DON'T SENSE THAT WHEN I AM CALLING CPP, THEN THE ISSUE IS ALREADY RELATED TO CPP, BULLSHIT. SUGGESTING ME CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER CARE.
