We booked our cab for travel from Bangalore to Mysore & Mysore to Coorg in October 2015 via CelCabs call center service.
Problem 1: They do not provide an email confirmation
Problem 2: Cabs are unclean, smelly and not very well maintained either.
Problem 3: If you ask the driver to reduce A/C temperature they behave as if you have asked for an interest free loan, very bad attitude.
Problem 4: Driver skipped Bangalore - Mysore expressway even when I insisted on taking one as my infant has motion sickness and I was ready to pay extra toll. This cost us an hour more.
Problem 5: Mysore to Coorg they do not have their own cabs and hence provided a vendor whose reliability you are not sure of. The driver was very rash and didn't know the location we wanted to reach. Costed us an additional hour again.
Problem 7: Actual fare was 20% more than the quoted fare.
Problem 6: When asked for a receipt, driver told me you will get receipt over email, I didn't get it for some time and hence checked with their call center, call center fellow told me its my fault that I did not take the receipt after my drive was over and they do not send any email and I will not get any receipt.
Unprofessional, Unreliable & ill Maintained, strictly avoid.
