Tinder banned me permanently because I put in my profile "no trans people please it's nothing personal I'm just not interested" because a lot kept trying to match with me and as I had Tinder gold it was wasting mine and their time. Being banned for my sexual preferences is ridiculous. Tinder's solution? Give me a refund on 1 month of Tinder Gold, I've spent about £300 on this app over the years.

The app is designed to keep people swiping, especially for non-premium users! App is full of unverified and inactive accounts and there is no free option to filter them out. Every filter other than distance and age is behind a paywall! So yeah, they don't want you to match with people of your preference. They just want you to keep swiping on three app till we are fed up enough to buy a premium. Probably premiums are also swiping away till they have to renew their subscription eventually!

I don’t like the app, I lost over$200k to fake person on tinder. I am fortunate to get my money back through apexchargeback. Tinder doesn't seem to trust its users. It is an absolute joke of a dating site. Site sucks! Full of liars, fakes and scammers. An annual subscription was paid by me and my account was banned stating as, "You have violated terms and conditions.

I can't say it fake or Froud App as I used it whenever I feel bored, and I install that app and may be my luck always I got genuine person, I talked with them and even meet also and still now few are my good friends. Yes I said mix experience as because there are many fake people also in that dating app and its normal now a days but u have to be smart and go for verified people then talk, now a days people do business there and it's so cheap, else everything is good there, if u have money then you have more chance to get more matches there as you are prime member.

NEVER BUY GOLD OR PLATINUM SUBSCRIPTION FROM THIS NOT-FAIR, EGOISTICAL COMPANY. TINDER= LOST MONEY. NO REFUND. NO SUPPORT

I used tinder as a paid platinum subscriber with an annual(12-month) subscription. After 4 months of use, my account was banned from Tinder without any explanation or warning. All my attempts to contact support and explain -

«Dear Customer Support, I signed up to find love and never had the intention to break any rules, I was polite to members as can be seen from my message history. My profile contains true information about me as well as photos. Please check my message history and you will see that I was always polite, the photos belong to me and the profile description is written correctly and politely, I can change something if I did wrong»

"You violated the rules of the community, the answers in your case will no longer be provided, this is our last message» …. REALLY? SERIOUSLY?

As a result, losing money and not being eligible for a refund from either Tinder or Apple because the payment was made more than 60 days ago. This is such disrespectful for a person who paid for a year sub. and did not even receive an answer why he was banned.

I would understand if I was being rude or if the photos were fake, but no, my profile was perfect and correct, and I was respectful in communicating with everyone on the platform.

My observations indicate that Tinder doesn't appear to trust its users. It is the funniest dating site ever. The site is awful! full of fakes, liars, and con artists. After paying a yearly membership, my account was suspended with the message "You have violated terms and conditions." I begged you to explain the terms and conditions to me and trust its users. I will ramble on here but I need to get this out.

Tinder is a bunch of no-good, useless specks.

No one has helped us and the complaints department is a waste of time.

It has come to my attention that I've been being portrayed on the Tinder app by a person or persons unknown to me.

They have hogtied my app by cloning my cell and app but hiding the app on my cell screen. The app has been there all along, but I couldn't see it, a ghost app is what it's being called.

Meaning that they had control over my app, that meant them sending and receiving messages, being able to sign back in, and get confirmation codes to carry on using the app without my knowledge.

There were signs of activity, but I thought my phone was acting up. I had the bar come across my screen with messages from strange women I did not know and links that lead to blank screens

The app was showing me online but when it did, I was sitting next to my girlfriend when she received a message from a friend, to tell her I was online, and obviously, I wasn't.

We had both witnessed messages coming through the screen on my cell and couldn't work out what was going on.

We contacted Tinder and got no help whatsoever. because they hadn't heard of it, it couldn't be true.

We then scoured the web for help and again no help.

We have asked techie people, friends and family.

I left numerous messages over the web for help.

All of this has taken its toll but gratefully We had a response.

So a large thank-you goes out to Ramshackled485, if it wasn't for this webmaster, we would still be in the dark, again NO thanks to Tinder staff.

To sum up what I have found out,

my cell was cloned,

they took over my app or apps, one being Tinder,

I kept receiving messages from women but no app to see them on,

we then set up a fake account to look at my online presence,

We then spoke to what was meant to be me, and they tried to scam me out of money and or meet for probably worse,

we chickened out of the meet for fear of what would happen.

I then called the police, that lead nowhere,

I put it out on the web again,

I was then contacted by Ramshackled485,

they informed me of what and how it was being done.

The app was hidden on my cell, (you could only see when the occupied part of the screen was held down for a second)

My cell was showing me in two different locations(I was using Glympse location tracker) thank you to that app, and was confirmed by my cell provider,

I have a new cell now and no attachment to Tinder.

This should serve as a warning to those that are caught in this and those that don't trust.

Cyber security is a real problem, and they will find any way they can to exploit.

Watch out, out there.

Don't expect help from those that run these apps, it's not in their interest to be flawed.

Multibillion Dollar corporations do not care for you, just like the scammers.

Believe in Jesus and he will see you true, I count my blessings for the lord and the guidance he sent my way and for the love and trust of my girlfriend.

I took a bunch of time to create an account and was banned the next day, less than 24 hours for no reason. I read over the terms and did not violate any policies. When I wrote to ask why I was banned, Tinder did not supply me with any explanation and do not offer the option to appeal. I knew I should have deleted this app as the first 3 encounters were just guys trying to hook up for the night. Talking sexual. A bunch of people posting near naked pics on the app and I get banned? All my pics and videos were fully clothed and respectful. I never got banned from any app in my life.

Makes my mental heath worse.. As no matches.. This is not a good Website for men with low self confidence.. Rejected all the time... When you match they don't talk or delete you, straight away.. There should be a health and safety exception explaining this.. Rejection is a mental health issue that tinder should address

Don't buy tinder's any premium plan.

When you installed the app then after 2-7 days its starts sending offer on there premium plan they are just gonna indirect force to buy premium membership.

Q: Why you didn't need to buy premium plan on tinder?

A: When I installed the app and after 4 days they started to sending me there offer 50% OFF on there one month plan and I was not into that premium stuff then after a week I got spam off likes on my profile and its makes me curious to check then I saw I need to pay one month gold premium plan to see who liked me and one day I bought premium plan by mistake then I was oh no but its ok I can see who liked me.

Then I checked all 15 people who like me and all of them was fake including gold members only one users talked with me but after a week she stopped chatting with me and I also stopped.

After that one month gold membership its gave me again 50% OFF on one month gold membership also I got 17 spam likes right now its is FULL SCAM.

I cannot believe this app every single thing cost money even Symphony seeing who is like do you back, I would not recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your money hair don't waste your money here, nothing works without paying money. Britain needs more than 2000 per month. Who the hell invent this nonsense app. all are fake. Downloaded this app and all its scene now is allow location sharing, which I do. Then immediately after another promo tells me to visit FAQ. Which makes no sense case every other app that requires my location works just fine. When you remake an app it should improve not get worse. Cant see why the rating is so low.
