We are extremely dissatisfied with the persistent performance failures of the solar plant installed by your companies. Despite the contractual guarantees, the power generation has consistently fallen short of expectations. This recurring issue, spanning three years, has caused severe disruptions to our operations and inflicted substantial financial losses.

In January 2024, independent testing, including thermography, IV Curve analysis, insulation tests, and visual inspections, revealed that 70% of the string performance factors are below 80%, largely due to manufacturing defects like snail trails. These defects are inexcusable, especially given that the modules are under a 25-year warranty, yet we are only in the 10th year of operation.

Numerous meetings, emails, and teleconferences over the past three years have been utterly fruitless. Your unwillingness to address these critical issues or honor your warranty obligations is unacceptable. This lack of accountability has left us facing escalating losses with no resolution in sight.

For companies of your standing, such negligence is disgraceful. It is intolerable that Thermax Limited and Vikram Solar continue to evade responsibility and fail to deliver on their commitments. We demand immediate corrective action to restore the plant’s performance and uphold your warranty obligations. Our business deserves better, and we will not tolerate further delays.

As per HR policy and last year's increment letter, incentive is applicable for employees worked till 1st July 2023. However, the rule suddenly changed without giving anything in writing. I just lost incentive which is almost 10% of my yearly income and a very big amount for middle class people. This is a complete missout from "Corporate HR". They didn't convey rule to employees by revising and conveying the HR policies in writing to employees. Even after multiple requests, mails and discussions with higher officials; none of them could provide written evidence wherein Incentive applicability was mentioned. This is complete unethical approach and making people leave a very good organization. Thermax is already paying less compared to market salaries. On the top of it, they are deducting Incentive which is not acceptable. Thermax HR has lost their credibility and faith. This has never happened by Thermax HR in the past. Secondly, though HR was reluctant for providing incentive; on the other side they realized the mistake and corrected the increment letter(2023) reflecting incentive rule which is applicable for next year. This clearly shows that HR has accepted the mistake. However, what about employees of current year? We have still not received the incentive. I request Thermax management to think about irresponsible behaviour of Corporate HR and fix the issue as Thermax is well known for their ethics and values.

Please do not buy from this company. They are very devious. We ordered a boiler and they delivered one which did not comply to our requirement. They are refusing to make the required changes and have charged us extra. We had a very bad experience with this company and would not recommend anyone to fall for their amoral acts.

I say it is really a typical Indian. It is true that the companies in other countries are way too Ethical and responsive compared to Indian companies. Taken example of THE THERMAX the renowned company for boilers. you give a tender for a boiler in newspaper and their consultants will come running to you and say all goodie stuff about their company. By Giving an ENGLISH NAME TO YOUR COMPANY YOU DON'T BECOME A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. At HIMALAYAN FOOD PARK what they did show the the epic example of their unprofessionalism. we give applause to Thermax and the unreliable consultant and once the payment is done it doesn't matter what have delivered and if the consumer is facing problem or not.If you have problem with in reading the order properly please consult some doctor. And please read the orders properly other that enhancing your twitter account and not even seeing the tweet asking about why did you play with Himalayan food park. we tried our level best to reach out to you by twitter we see you post regularly about the achievement about company did did dare reply to out tweet well done.

We Himalayan Food Park thought thermax is a very unethical company. we took boiler from thermax as per the order they

promised to deliver multi fuel boiler and which would  run on pet coke, husk & wood chips. Now they gave us a boiler that runs only on pet coke they are not ready to rectify the problem. When thermax was asked to rectify the problem they said they will what they said is" Even if you opt to modify/Re-design the fuel conveying and feeding system, this will require lot of investment and time.

We suggest you to use either Petcoke or Imp Coal for better efficiency and easy handling/operations and storage and lower cost of Electricity for Conveying and crushing." Now it is there responsibility to rectify the problem. Notably it is their fault of thermax to not provide us right boiler and now they are not even ready to solve the problem. what kind of company is this which is not even ready to acknowledge the problem.

Hello friends, Being an employee of Thermax I would like to share some points based on the my experience. Thermax is pioneer in making and supplying Boilers. They can make small, medium boilers. Quality boilers are made and tested for safety for several times and then supplied to customers. They not only supply salaries boiler but also necessary accessories and they give service for those accessories also. Work environment within thermax is like family. Food they provide is one of the best I ever had. Career growth is assured because every corner of India knows the name Thermax. Thermax itself is a brand. Salary is something you need to compromise, because thermax pay low compared with competitors. I would rate CEO full, because he is someone who is looking in each portfolio of company. In short I would say it's one of the best company in India. I feel proud being a small part of it.

After my post graduation in MBA(Marketing) Thermax gives opportunity to start career with them in the year 2006 and still I am continuing in with company. It is having various products and division. I am in chemical field. It encourages employee based on their performances and hard work .I joined as trainee and now I am Business Development Manager. work environment is very nice. very good work culture. we are free to take decisions . It is very nice organization.
