The Mobile Store, Kalyan, Thane

The Mobile Store is not able to meet the requirements of its customers and the kind of services they provide with their products is just horrible, which can't be explained in words.

I'm going to brief down the issues regarding The Mobile Store:

1) Prices of the products they sell are comparatively higher than their competitors.

2) They don't entertain their customers properly and always keep them in dilemma when it comes to choose from alternatives.

3) They don't provide complete information to customers such as features and durability of the product.

4) Many a times they show outdated products to customers, just for the sake of clearing the stock.

Alternatives: Better to find some good local seller in area or prefer some other branded store.

Recommendation: I don't recommend anyone to visit this store.

Excellent place to visit for accessories. Best ambience. Heard from friends and now have visited myself. Best quality products and at a cheaper price as compared to other stores.Good value and reliable producer. 3 cheers for the store for setting this up in kalyan.

I have Purchased a Samsung Grand 2 Mobile for this store. The Mobile store service is excellent for my experience. The Mobile Store many type mobile variety in this store.

There sales executive attitude is very very well . he given to discount to me.well Management in this store. The Mobile Store Provide a EMI facility to every one mobile .

I like my Samsung grand 2 mobile. This is good phone in the mobile store. Customer Care service is better than other mobile store.

Replacement Facility available in this Mobile store. I will Suggest you to the mobile store  is best

Mobile store in kadakpada is a perfect shop for mobile lovers in kalyan west. The shop is near to my house just a few minutes to reach there. I have boughtmany accessories for this store like Charger, USB cable, power bank and many more items. So the staff of the store are like knowing me and one of the guy has become mine good friends.

Recently I visited this store for a tempered glass scratch guard for my Yu Yuphoria mobile. Its was worth Rs.420 but he gave me on Rs.300 as I am a regular customer. The staff of this store is helpful in nature and deals with every customer calmly. I prefer this store for any sot of mobile problem.

The shop is not like very big but it looks very decent and the ambience is very good in this store. It does not have a private parking for its particular store but has a large area were we can park our vehicles and there is no restrictions parking vehicles here. I recommend people staying in kalyan to visit thi store for any mobile sot of trouble.
