The incident in question revolves around a party organized for 10th-grade students from Delhi Public School. What was meant to be a joyous occasion turned into a debacle, with children left parched and hungry, and parents left incredulous at the lack of basic hospitality extended by the hotel.

Upon arrival at the venue, it quickly became apparent that something was amiss. Despite assurances from the organizers that dinner would be served, the reality was far from it. Instead of a proper meal, the children were offered meager snacks, leaving them unsatisfied and hungry. To add insult to injury, they weren't even provided with water to quench their thirst.

When confronted about the appalling lack of provisions, the organizers deflected blame onto the hotel, claiming that the arrangements were the responsibility of the establishment. However, upon reaching out to the hotel management, their response was equally evasive. They brushed off concerns by stating that it was a "walk-in" event, absolving themselves of any responsibility for the debacle.

But let's dissect this claim for a moment. How can a hotel, known for its upscale services and amenities, simply entertain a walk-in party of 450 children without prior arrangements? And more importantly, how can they justify offering a dance floor and hosting an event of this scale without a formal booking?

These questions, among others, remain unanswered as the hotel continues to deflect and evade accountability. It's disheartening to see an establishment of such stature prioritize profit over the well-being of its guests, especially when those guests are impressionable young children.

As parents, it's imperative that we hold establishments like the Ashok Lalit Hotel accountable for their actions. Our children deserve better than to be treated as an afterthought, especially when entrusted to the care of supposedly reputable establishments.

In conclusion, the events that transpired at the Ashok Lalit Hotel serve as a stark reminder of the importance of vigilance and accountability. It's time for us, as parents and consumers, to demand better standards of service and transparency from establishments that claim to prioritize customer satisfaction. Our children's well-being depends on it.

This hotel is by far the worst hotel. We have had a mix experience with the staff. There is good and bad. They first mess up and then try to fix it. But there are zero protocols. Today was the limit of our patience. My 15 year old daughter's safety was at stake.. very insensitive dealing with my 15 year old daughter by the Night manager. My 15 year old was sent upto the room with a stranger from the staff to access the safe to show ID, hence putting my child's safety in danger. When addressed with the night manager abt these protocols, as when we checked in, they were given her ID to the hotel and could be easily verified by the hotel in their systems. The night manager anurag, gave a very nonchalant answer and we were yelled at by him. We r no strangers at this hotel, we have been here since 22 Nights. The night manager anurag is the worst person in the hospitality business. Forget the hospitality business he does not even have the decency to even talk to people. The worst manager or person u can have at Night to address customers concerns. This is not our first confrontation with him, we have let the hotel know abt a prior dispute with him too and the morning Staff had helped and rectified the situation but nothing changed with this anurag guy. I m so disappointed in the management to still keep this guy around as he does not even have a common decency to talk to people let alone be in the hospitality business. My young daughter's safety was compromised today and this is not acceptable. What if something were to go wrong? Who would be responsible? This is not expected from a 5 star and a well reputed hotel. We would never stay here again and will not recommend it for anyone especially families as they don't know how to talk to kids and have no proper protocols in place.

We had a corporate event with the Lalit group for which an excess payment has been deducted and despite multiple follows it’s been more than a month, there is no response from Lalit .

The event was pathetically managed and there is no one to take care of the client except for when they need to take payment .

Spent 1.5 lakh here for my 4 night stay and in return got a worst experience in Goa. Never expected this from a 5 star brand.

They room service is shitty. You order something and they take hours to bring. Sometimes they do notrespond when you call them from your room. They do not clean the room properly.

The breakfast has limited options which is shocking, considering that its a 5 star hotel and it should serve you lavish breakfast.

Their on duty managers are drunk and never take any actions when you complain. The on duty manager named Pradeep has a really ignorant attitude.

The hotel staff is inefficient. Plus they are charging such high rates that its really sad when you don’t even get average services.

This was my worst hotel experience ever. I wish my money could be refunded.

As this 5 star property is working in retaining of customers more then aquitation of customers. Exceptional services, up to a standard of 5 star. One of the best property in the heart of Delhi, including services as well as luxury and lifestyle. I tasted food in restaurant, it was well served and tasty as well. Now I go everyday at least once in a day??

The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort, Goa is an aesthetic 5 star property that is located at a 10 minute short drive from Palolem beach. It has a Portuguese style architecture that is breath-taking and the landscaped gardens add to the beauty. The 9-hole links golf course is a place of bliss for people who love to play the game. You can also play table tennis and squash over here and try your hand at archery. It has 225 suites and 10 villas that have amenities that have become a necessity in the modern day like a work desk, electronic safe and tea and coffee maker. They also have free wifi in their rooms. Some of the rooms come with a balcony that faces the Arabian Sea or the gold course. They have spacious and gorgeous bathrooms and bedrooms.

The Lalit Golf and Spa Resort has an indoor game room, an outdoor swimming pool and spa and conference halls and banquet halls that are well equipped to host business and social events. The Lalit Golf and Spa Resort has two dining options- Sirocoo, which is known for its Mediterranean food and pool view and the Corto’s, where you can enjoy a Goan meal with cocktails on the beach. They also have an in-house spa called the Rejuve, where you will feel like you have been transported to dream land.

You will be in awe of their lobby that has traditional chandeliers that have a charm to it, grand staircases and a beautiful painting.

The staff for The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort is friendly and helpful and make sure that all your needs are taken care of.

Hotel LALIT is one of the best hotel in jaipur.I was here with my uncle and tue toom quality was impressive.The price is too high but its kinda worth it.The room service is little bit loose but other things are nice.

The food served over here is average and can say good in taste too.afterall its the choice to spend the money over here

Hotel is good but we got sold on the 50% off food bills lalit membership scam. Dont believe this they just raise the prices by 200% and then give you 50% discount its a complete scam dont believe it . You get a cheaper rate if you dont have the 50% vouchers! Complete cheating and misrepresentation by the sales dept

This Resort The Lalit has taken my breath away. A magnificent property with a private beach. The landscaping in the resort, The Lalit, is a work of art and the variety of plants and trees is phenomenal. You will truly feel like you are in the lap of nature.

We have stayed @ The Lalit for 4nights and 5 days. The hotel is very huge. The Lalit is a very nice place to stay. They have also prepared special Jain food for us.

The pool is commendable. The pool bar is wonderful too. The private beach is right there in front. They have buggies to take you around everywhere. I loved their private beach. I didn't feel I was in crowded north goa with dirty beaches. This beach was clean elegant long and full of trees. Watched sunset every day peacefully.

Rooms are very suspicious. The breakfast and dinner buffet is amazing. Chef has amazing skills. Thai food, grilled fish, cheese omelets, mutton, salads, soups. Food was extremely delicious. Everybody in the restaurant was extremely helpful, smiling and welcoming.

Now for the most amazing part. the service! They have a great staff who will always address all your query. They are always polite. They provide prams for baby too.

The hotel airport transfers were commendable, punctual, neat and clean vehicles, professional drivers.

We had wonderful memorable stay with very good hospitality. Charming hotel and excellent service by a friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and luxurious over viewing fatesh sagar lake. Superb food with excellent hospitality. The view from the room and gardens are breathtaking. The staff were extremely polite and courteous with personal attention to every minute detail. The food in the restaurant was also really good and serves kept asking us if we needed anything. Overall, an unforgettable experience. We had great time.

I visited this Hotel on my birthday. It was a special day and my wife wished to treat me with beer and snacks at the 24 hour restaurant.

The restaurant is called 24/7 All Day Dining and rightly so because it is open all the time. The restaurant is situated right beside the entrance and offers a wonderful view of the Lobby area. The Lalit is a 5 star in true sense and the elite of Chandigarh-Panchkula frequent this place. You sometimes even bump into cricketers during the IPL season. There was a notice board mentioning that they may charge you for sitting idle and not order. We had a coupon from iLittle and we presented the same to the server who was ever-so-smiling and looked pleased with our visit. We were served a couple of beer pints along with chicken malai tikka which was delicious and mouth-watering.

The deal cost us some 999 rupees for two people. We had a pleasant time and we clicked some selfies/pictures which is I guess mandatory nowadays:)

There are many hotels in Jaipur such as Crowne Plaza, Merit Hotel etc. I am going to share with you my experience about the Lalit Hotel Jaipur, when I came to Jaipur, this hotel stayed for two days and one night. The room quality of this hotel is very good. It offers a very luxurious room quality. The staff of this hotel is well cared for by the customer, all their needs are met quickly and the customers and the guests complain The rooms of this hotel have a very good color and there is a great facility available for AC, cooler, fridge etc. Guests at this hotel are well cared for and guests are provided with food like home and the food they are demanding is provided to them. Customers are provided services according to their needs and from them Is treated very well, due to which the guests are attracted to this hotel. When I ate this meal of the hotel, I liked it very well and the hotel's food system is very good. The hotel's decoration and presentation is very good. There is no dearth of anything in this hotel. Looks very beautiful and attractive. The atmosphere of this hotel is free of pollution and noisy of vehicles because it is slightly away from the urban environment, due to which there is pollution and there is no noise of vehicles, due to which there is absolutely peace here, which is very much for the health of the customers and the guests Is it good. When I paid the bill for this hotel, I did not think that this bill was too much because it was not a waste of any kind of money and by that I was given a very good service. There is no waste too, this is a cheap, beautiful and durable hotel in which you can go again and again, I advise you to choose such hotels.

Hello friends, today I will share my experience for relate restaurant which I went with my friends on my birthday.

my birthday was on Diwali occation, and all of my friends were excited about it. We wanted a premium experience along with quality Food standards.

I was served with chicken chocolate which was one of their special dishes. my experience of eating at The Lalit hotel was really bad as I notice a big hair coming outside the chicken part.

I was really disappointed as after paying an extra amount of experiencing quality standards in a five star hotel I received such disasters moment. This spoiled my day, And I was not able to carry on with my further lunch.

My overall feedback for the Lalit is negative, as the hotel authorities didn’t really took any appropriate measure or tried compensating the situation. I’m really disappointed by the services which were provided to me and still I was made to pay for the food we left. As being Law student, As per the virtue of consumer protection act if a consumer is not satisfied by the services provided by a seller he/she may refuse and not pay for it.

This hotel is very different from other 5 star hotels in the city : ) in a good way. I would like to start with the staff of the hotel, very warm, gentle, helpful and welcoming. They adjust and customize according to the customer needs and priorities. I have gone there on multiple occassions like for dinner, booked a room for myself and my spouse, attended a wedding. Everytime I went there I was fully satisfied with the staff, food or service. It has a warm ambience and one doesnt feel as if one has checked into a hotel. It just feels like home.

The lalit near IT park chandigarh is situated in a great place that it attract many people because in that area there are many big mnc's like Infosys, airtel, tech mahindra the employes working in these offices are software engineers etc so they also went there for lunch, meeting etc and that are is very popular for tourist visit because of sukna lake or golf course( back entry) so people stay there also.

I have visited hotel lalit ashok for an event and I fell in love with that place. The first impressions are the security people with smiles on their face welcoming everyone.

The hotel entrence is full of security checkings and once you cross that you will forget yourself seeing the hotel.

I went in and directions for my event is specified correctly. Usually one will find difficult to find the place to go in such places.

The wash rooms are also cleanly maintained. Over all the place is charming and peaceful.

Today I am telling about the lalit temple view khajuraho .it is true that it is too expensive but have good profile .

There are many hotels and resturant with the temple location but it is best in all .

The interior and exterior design is awesome and looks very nice .

The service is ok - ok not as nice as expected . This is 5 star hotel and have good rooms and nice facilities like swimming pool, gym , garden all others.

Khajuraho is a tourist place so lalit hotel attract them very much .
