The Esse Hotel, Hisar

Hii friends, I would like to share my personal experience with the Esse hotel , hisar.

This review is regarding as my personal experience with this hotel.

I visited this hotel when I and some of my friends visited hisar and planned to stay there. So we decided to stay in a hotel and searched hotel on google. The Esse hotel was near to us and we went there.

This hotel looked beautiful from outside. When we entered in it we were surprised to see the inner beauty of this hotel. I went on the reception area and told there to book a room. The receptionist was a very good man and he had a good knowledge how to talk with customer.

When we went into our room , we find that our room looked so nice.

The luggage of the room arranged in a well condition.

The bed was very clean and looked nice. The air conditioner of the room cooled the room very quickly.

The service given by this hotel is very good. When we ordered food they gave our food in few minutes. The staff is the best. They behaved very well.

I suggest you friends to visit this place one time.

I have checked in in this hotel last sunday with my friend . The hotel looks good from outside but when we enter in loby area their was a foul smell of something like rotten egg . The room quality was very poor as first of all there were no light , bathroom was very dirty . The guest services was very slow , as I asked them to clean the room they took almost 2 hrs. At dinner I ordered tanduri chicken , it was not so good , so the food and presentation was not attractive . We were not happy with the ambience . The prices was okay .
