Good relaxing experience specially after your weeks workout.

Staff is really professional& trained& the ambiance too is very soothing.

Finally ended with a nice lemon tea.

So i’ve been the early members of the 9th gear gym and also the spa and I’m always going to be their member, the spa experience was very brilliant for me. I have had such amazing services there, great massage service and very professional behavior by everyone over there . They make you feel comfortable and warm. I had taken a whole year experience and will again renew it because of the service and professionalism. I would recommend everyone to just go and try their service because I’m sure you won’t regret it . Just don’t think twice because your body needs it .

Black Velvet Spa is an amazing place to de stress.

My body has always been very stiff, I’ve tried a lot of spas around mulund. But Black Velvet helped me release all the stiffness. The staff is very courteous& professional. Value for money!

I'm a Football Player. I have been to all the known and popular spa nearby but this the Best I found, No Offense to other they were nice too but this was great. I'm Writing this after My 3rd Massage Experience with The Black Velvet Spa. 1st Massage was Sport Signature with Siam their Masseuse, She Helped me with my calf and lower back pain and it went down by almost 50% which use to come back after a week of massage this time was smooth 4 weeks for me.

2nd Massage was The Most Required as I return from a tournament and I had tremendous stiffness in my legs and back, Thuangi She helped me with My knots Which got my hip posture aligned.

3rd was Cupping Therapy as Diki The Spa Manager Suggested me, They had a Physiotherapist assessing me and I took that, Now my knee, Neck and back pain is gone for Good.

Now I asked for a Annual Spa Membership they offered me A Good Deal Giving me 25k Benefits.

Have it from me I Will Strongly Recommend The Black Velvet Spa. It's "WORTH EVER PENNY!"

Hlo friends , today I am shareing my personal experience . my friend udit and me decide to goo the black velvet spa , mulund , mumbai . this spa is soo famous in mumbai and many people told me about this spa . so today me and my friend udit finally decide to go this spa , we are really very excited to enjoying in this spa - when we enter in the spa and see the infrastructure of the spa is really very nice and atmosphere of the spa were also good . but the staff member attitude was not good , they dont know how talk with customer . this spa is too expensive but we cant take so much fun as we expected .!

I had a very bad experience. Yesterday I visited The Black Velvet Spa Mulund Mumbai.The building of this Spa center is not really very big it is very small spa center and tight space inside this spa center even the infrastructure was not maintained properly. The staff has not greeted me well.The staff was not well trained she has completed my full body massage within 25 minute I supposed to receive 1 hour whole body massage.And its cost me 499 Rs for full body massage which is very expensive its not worth to it money.I am not satisfied over here.I will not recommend any one and I will not visit this spa again.

I have visited to The Black Velvet Spa- Mulund- Mumbai on last January. When I have entered the spa, the staffs has not greeted us well. Though there were no queue in the lines, I have to waited 30 minutes to booking my ticket. Once my serial number arrived, I have found the spa has not maintained well, ac was not working properly it doesn't chill the room, the bedsheets were not clean, the toilets very unhygienic, the towels was smelling oil, it was not washed properly, even the comb was untidy. The staffs who has done my body massage was very unprofessional, he doesn't massage my body properly with its oils product. I supposed to receive 1 hour whole body massage but I have received only 20 minutes body massage and 10 minutes stem bath. The whole massage cost me 3299 INR, which includes Ayurvedic body massage and manicure. I haven't received satisfaction service against its price. So I suggest everyone to select other spa house service rather than this.

Hello everyone, this is the new spa point opened in mumbai and this is a worst spa point this spa point in the city and very crowd over there and the spa staff of this spa centre is not really well experienced for this and and the building of this spa centre is not really very big it is very small spa centre and tight space inside this spa centre and bad equipment and material and ordinary brands used for spa it is totally duped with people service
