The Bank Of Rajasthan Ltd

Prior to the take over of Bank of Rajasthan by ICICI Bank, I went to the branch located in my city and had a very unpleasant experience. In our city, Housing board was launching a new housing scheme and I was notified that forms will be available at the branch office of Bank of Rajasthan. I went there and was shocked to see the cleanliness and behave of the bank people.

There were no queues at all and people were fighting like anything to get the forms. I immediately raised an issue in front of the manager and he told me that we can not do anything in this as our branch office has very small building and staff is also less so we can not appoint staff just to manage people. I felt very bad as I could not get the form.

Cleanliness was also issue at the bank as the place was at a shabby place and the staircase was very dirty. I found people spitting on the corners of the staircase which was very dirty and I somehow managed to skip the dirt.

I hope the recent take over by ICICI could improve the situation and bank will get its fame back. All the best Bank of Rajasthan.
