This place is worst

It’s not a clinic but a saloon the doctors can’t speak literally vernacular ask them about a medicine or a procedure they say our mail. Doctor will know

Go for a basic clean up and they make you sign a paper which says they are responsible for nothing and if something comes up they ask you to take a steroid .. I refused to sign the paper they kept pushing for same I also told them as a lawyer this is not worth it’s a basic clean up and clearly u hve mentioned you will be responsible for nothing still they pushed me for service saying they will take care and it’s nothing

After the simple clean up I noticed scar they said will go in couple of days but to my surprise it wasn’t a scare they literally have created a pit like big pit / kadda on my skin

This celebrity I don’t know what brains they have can’t mention names but the one or two I noticed had full acne on face or sagging skin so what they are advertising this place god knows they are not proper dermats

Kindly go to a proper dermat who is present before and after treatment here simple medicine name also they don’t know either they push u for 10, 000 up services or creams suppose basic medina name when asked the doc said don’t know ask the main doctor them do they have illiterates on floor

I think we get fooled into believeing that certain doctors are highly educated and best when we see some celebs vouching for them. Unfortunately its not true.This dr.Harshna Bijlani is not a certified dermatologist. I did my research on her and in her website she mentions she just did some cosmetology fellowships from Harley Street, London. At one place in her website she is labelled as an aesthetic physician i.e she just did her M.B.B.S. Whatever she did in London doesnt equate to the 3yr residency program one does in India to be labelled a dermatologist..Had she really done her P.G in dermatology, her college's name would have been in public domain just like how her M.B.B.S college name Topiwala, Nair is there in public domain. I dont know why cant she be happy calling herself an aesthetic physician when she is doing well for herself. Why did she have to advertise herself falsely as dermatologist in various magazines like Vogue, HelloMagazine. I remember in 2018 some stupid rule has been passed by MCI which enabled certain ppl who studied to a certain level in U K to call themselves as M.D but that rule has been withdrawn now as its a fallacy. I think she took advantage of that loophole and got her name published as a dermatologist in magazines.. But when the rule no longer holds true, she should have gotten those articles taken down. If thats not the case, that means she did an even worse thing of false advertising. I request her to furnish full details of where she did her PG in dermatology from..to warrant such publications in magazines as "dermatologist" to her credit. (Pics attatched below) otherwise she is even liable to action by MMC and NMC for false advertising. No dermatologist would call themselves as aesthetic physician like she called herself on her website...but then the question is if she is just an aesthetic physician why so many magazines have falsely advertised her as dermatologist and why didnt she get those articles taken down?

Went for laser hair reduction, extremely rude staff. Not professional at all, I asked for doctor there were none! Only technicians were doing treatments who literally don't know any thing about skin. Never go to this place, waste of money and time and you will taking risk with your body!

Absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied the staff is completely unprofessional and dr harshna doesn’t care about the complaints of the patient on prescribing fake products and facing issues with the skin after use. Instead of returning money they were asking me more money to treat further treatment to cure they don’t have skilled technicians either guys just don’t go here and waste money. Absolutely terrible treatment and waste of time and money

The staff at The Ageless Clinic - Khar West - Mumbai are very friendly and nice until they get your money. After that they don't seem to care and even if you have any problems because of their surgery, they will refuse to see it or treat it without any extra charge.

The doctors at this clinic are very Knowledgeable and they make sure to understand why you are having a hair problem by evaluating and assessing your scalp and then telling you which treatment to go for and now that it has been 6 months since my treatment, I can see a noticable difference.
