I think cinema, media and common man who portrays wrong about government hospitals should shut their mouth hereafter. Just go and experience their service at least once when it is necessary, then you will be more loyal to them. Their service which they provide us is slipper shot to those who refuse to step into it just because of their fellow patient who were not up to their status.

Just because of prestige issues, you are stepping into the private organisation, then you are the ultimate fool in this world who are ready to dissolve their wealth, rather a free and quality service is readily available to all provided if u look and treat your fellow mates who were economically backward equally.
