Telemall

I ordered Dust Busters online for which I paid through credit card, but they didnt send the product stating they are out of stock. On asking for refund, they said raise request with your bank for getting back the money.

My bank said they cant refund as the payment has already been processed and they cant debit the money from Telemall's account. Now my money is gone, with Mr Manoj of Telemall adamantly stating that its me who have to raise refund request with bank. I am stuck. I have send them a consumer notice, lets see when the issue is resolved.

I bought the product about nine months before. I have had problem recently with the product. I tried to contact them on both the Mumbai and Delhi office. I was told that You will have to send the product to our office at Delhi(Courier a product weight about 6/7 Kg.) as we have no technical person in Mumbai office.

This sounds very strange with such a company claiming the credibility of their company when making the sale, and when it comes to service they say like this.send the product to Delhi.

I was shocked with such a horrible experience.
