Poorest Cab service in Pune city who do not keep promises. Do no use them at all. Will Never rebook with them. Poor CS too. Will strongly recommend to not use T Cabs Pune cab service. Untruthful information. Misleading business. Say No to T Cabs.

Worst cab service and Unprofessional people.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE.

I booked a cab for 12.30 am yesterday for my guest and was assured that the booking was confirmed and driver will reach on time at 12.30 and will pick up guest and drop him in Banner.

I got a call from Driver at 1 am asking me my address in Banner. Driver was very unprofessional and had no idea where is Banner in Pune which was shocking to me.

Driver again called me back after 10 minutes stating that the customer service agents are unable to help him and he took the guest in a wrong direction. I called Tcab Customer service where the Customer Service agents were transferring my call from one agent to another.

When I tried calling driver, he disconnected my call. I got a call from Manager Sachin who was just saying sorry for whatever happened yesterday and was very unprofessional and laughing on whatever happened with me and guest yesterday.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THESE GUYS ARE A BUNCH OF FOOLS.

Very good service. I booked the cab for 5am and the cab was present exactly at 5am. vehical was also good. Driver was friendly. Only thing was the fare was a bit high. I booked for 5 am so had to pay night charges which is 125 minimum for 3km and 22.5/km for next kms. I think if we use it during day time that should be good. I actually found very bad reviews for wings cab and even friends suggested me tcabs.

Overall, highly recommended.

I have been user of Tcabs for quite a some time for my travel to Hinjewadi or Magarpatta from Kothrud and so far service has been flawless. Cabs are neat and clean and also on time.

I have also used their cab for the Mumbai booking. The give driver details one day in advance in for Mumbai bookings.

Overall I would rate 5/5 compared to its competitors.

I have used Tcabs a few times. I always got prompt, courteous and professional service. Their rates are very reasonable.

Even for airport transfers they provide good service. I will recommend them for local travel in Pune. The only issue I had once was that the driver wasnt very familiar with Pune.

I made my first booking with tcabs couple of days back for a very important appointment in Mumbai today. While making the booking, we were told that we would receive the cab and driver details by SMS, 24 hrs prior to the departure time.

On the travel day, we did not receive any sms or phone call till the cab time i.e 9 am. After calling, the call centre for about 5 times, we were given the contact number of the driver. The driver was given a last minute notice and hence arrived 40 mins late. Since it was a important meeting in Dadar, we were tensed by then and had also booked another cab which we had to cancel later on.

Though the driver was decent fellow, he was not aware of Dadar. Hence, it took time for him and us to find our destination. We finally reached just 15 mins before time. On return, we called up the manager to inform him about the unreliable service we had received and hence our decision to deduct Rs. 500 from the total fare. He was unapologetic initially and kept mentioning that we would have to do that payment whatsoever.

After a long discussion with the owner, we finally closed the issue. But it was a very disappointing experience.

This was the first time when we did not go with Traveltime or KKtravels which we use very often and that was definitely a mistake.

Would never ever use tcabs again or recommend it to anyone.
