They make a glitch of payment Tata play and Binge I paid for Binge subscription and it updated on tata play and requested a refund on same day but still no response every time I call they will give lame excuse worst experience
Tata services are going from bad to worse and if there is any other word to express worse than worse than please apply that.
I have stopped using several tata products over the years because of customer service and support related issues. I happily bought an Indica, get proper service and support was a big issue. Now I am a Tata Sky customer for donkeys years, I was a part of the pilot batch when it was launched however the service and support system is so pathetic. The local franchisee appointed are goons. One of them in Pune East added his number as a registered number and changed my plan etc because I complained about him. I am paying for HD box with recording but this service doesn't work, so I view SD. Now since a few months the recording and playback facilities are not working. However recharge and payment collection is very prompt. Why is such a good company not bothered about it's customers? And why it is not giving proper services for the payment collected?
The CSR Dinesh vanished from the chat midway...are customers fools.

We called call center very rood people and they asking money only not even lesin customervoice and not solved problem Tata play they robbering mony once account recharging single not coming box they customer care only did mistake but they not accept there mistake very poor signal, I will not trusting tata play they playing with people my recharge amount also west now better i suggest Air tell is one of best,

Not good service from installer, they not install dish on window, installer never listen anything when he come for installation
We bought and fitted TataPlay dish by paying the price you mentioned to watch good movies, programs and sports.It was because of your advertisement and the faith in your words (actor Mohanlal's) used for it. But can you calculate how many times your service agents had to come to our house in the name of box etc. from the date of fitting till now (2017 to 2023)?
We now despise the sorrys you say so many times. At first he said that HD box is better instead of SD box... Ok we changed it. Later called Tata play executive and told that there is a scheme for Rs 262 per month to combine Malayalam + Tamil channel and finally it came to 505/-.
After everything, when I finally came to straighten it out, I clearly said that the executive of Tata play should not come to my house for repairs in the name of another complaint. But today it is happening again.When the watching India x Bangladesh match on StarSports from2 pm But the scene was block and open every second from 5.30p.. and I called Tataplay customer care number( 18002086633). From your customer care that it is cable fault and executive will come and fix it tomorrow (20/10/2023).
Pity that Tata play doesn't have a good cable....? Apologies for believing your ad. 200 for the coming executive, and if something needs to be changed, its charge. Now how many times a year should I help Tata play by giving like this?.
There are many flats around my flat. sun, veseocon, airtel....etc. Once it is fitted, then the staff of those dishes do not have to go there for second complaints. Just reminded.

Tata Play have started making calls from their executive and giving fake information about the package by saying pay 199 Rs and get activated Netflix package along with that our current channel will be on for one month in 199 rs. And after the payment next day all my channel deactivated and customer helpline said pay the amount to activate your package to see your channel and disconnected the call.
I request to Consumer Court to take the necessary action against Tata Play for giving false information and collected 200 Rs from us (customer) which is losses of us and please Stop them and check from how many customers money they collected money under their business by giving false offer. (offer was given to me pay 199 and get Netflix on for one month and along that in 199's pakage your channels will be on for one month).
This is Crime and Collecting money from customers. Pls stop this anyhow guys and i request to the India's Consumer Hight Court to start investigation for this and collected money by making calls to the customers.

All idiots are enjoy as service engineers in Tata play . They have no valu of consumers.I am faceing signal problems from last 2 weeks but no proper service provide by company. They always call for chenel pack offer but they don't know their company has worst image in market.GET WELL SOON TATAPLAY.
I ordered TATA PLAY ANDROID , THE SOFTWARE AND ITS REMOTE IS IRRITATING , THERE IS NO MUTE AND FAVOURITE BUTTON , NO BACK BUTTON TO SWITCH OVER BETWEEN CHANNELS , VERY UNEASY TO ACCESS IT , BUT TATAS CLAIMING IT AS ANDROID IS ADVANCED. I RATE 1 OUT OF 10.

Have been using tata sky dish for many years but the service in recent times are worst. Software was getting downloaded many times & once it reaches 60%, it gets struck there & didn't proceed further for which we raised complaint. This is purely a software problem from their side but they charged 200Rs/- for a technician visit. Even after downloading completely to 100%, the next day the same problem continues & we were unable to view any channels. They are closing the complaint for technician visit without even asking our concern. Is this a new way to make all customers to buy their new digital HD set top box by creating a glitch intentionally in the software from their side? Very worst, Better to switch with any other service that Tata Sky.
I booked the complaint 3 months back that the Hotstar channel is not working, I have given a commitment that a technical engineer will come and get it resolved because they are not able to resolve it over the phone . they don't turn up for 1 week. Again I registered the complaint immediately I got a call from 2 customer service people asking for the whole story again and the same reply my engineer would call you and visit. it lasted for 2 months one fine morning Hotstar started working but with the issue that it might work for only 15 min again, it will stop working and we needed to restart. again I called customer service and told them to if they are not able to solve the issue atleat please stop the contract. for which they said "Don't worry as compensation for 2 months, u don't need to pay any money for the visit, we will get all this resolved free of cost. again the same story I waited for 2 weeks to my surprise without asking me they closed all the tickets without my concern. After 3 months when I again raised the complaint, the customer service asked the whole story again and said they will raise the new complaint and I needed to pay for the visit which 200 INR and pay 3800 for the firestick. my adive is please select any local service which will work better than this. PLz don't buy this product it does not work when u want to see the channel.
Tata Play Binge - My recommendation to everyone is to please reconsider if you already have this connection or Incase you are planning to have one don’t even think about it .

I'm trying to get new connection but it's been 3days no proper response, everytime they saying we are raising a complaint but not resolving the issue.

No notification of minimum amount changed. In tv screen tata binge still showing old amount. Renewed waited for 2-3 hrs, contacted customer care about account not got refreshed. Also did missed call to given number.
Customer care told minimum amount changed to 200. No notification and Tata binge on tv still showing old amount.
At least they should have given some notification. Now again have to recharge and wait for earlier amount to be reverted in next 7 days.
Recharge amount not reflected earlier also, so thought same issue. This time they have changed minimum amount without informing.
Even customer care not able to see recharged amount, which was done before 2-3 hrs.

No use. Tata is highly influential. If you want to file consumer court complaints, then the jurisdiction is at Mumbai. Not everyone can go there and even if the jurisdiction is near to your home, then also the advocate will eat more money than what you lost to Tata. So, better to avoid their service and advice your friends and family to avoid all types of service from Tata. I have bad experience twice. One with Tata DOCOMO and second time with Tata Sky/Tata Play

YesWithout information, activated the channels and charged the money in my TATApay account.they are looting the money from the customers.I have never seen this type of fraud.
