When I went to see earrings for Mrs., I met Madhuri madam. She showed me diamond earrings in a very nice way. At that time, she asked me if there was any occasion. I said it was our wedding anniversary. She immediately invited us and celebrated our anniversary. Shopping in Tanishq is a great experience. Madhuri understands the customer in a very nice way. After that, we cut the cake and when we came home, I called her again the next day and told her that we are coming for pendants. She said, okay sir, here you are. When I went for shopping again, she showed me more designs. Every time I go to Tanishq, I get to see different designs, so shopping in Tanishq is a kind of pleasure. I have visited the Tanishq gold at Laxmi road recently for purchasing a diamond ring for my mother. I met Madhuri over there and she was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect diamond ring for my mid aged mother , taking the time to show me various designs and explaining the details of each piece I really appreciate Madhuri for guidance and knowledge on diamonds. Extremely unprofessional employees at this branch. The least they could do is offer the senior citizen water to drink - walking using a walking stick.

20+ years and counting valued loyal customers of the big brand Tanishq. This branch looked like some local jewellers shop. Most of the emplyees werent wearing uniforms. The young ones their were unable to understand our requirements too.

They were only pushing what they had without even checking or cross checking with another local branches if they have any products etc.

Heights is they made us go all the way to the top - Senior Citizen - walking stick. They neither had variety nor options nor choices.

BLR people are extemely friendly and they help us - in case their branch doenst have they check with other branches and need be deliver home too.

Today I went to this store to liquidate my gold items purchased in this store 6years back. The store did valuation and agreed to pay approx. 19K rupees. My wife filled all personal and bank details in exchange form and signed it. At the time of payment store simply refuse to pay me in cash saying that their policy can't allow them to pay more than 10K in cash. Then my wife send them the photocopy of cheque I asked them to do a bank transfer, then were asking for cancelled cheque or bank statement to do the bank transfer as per "their policy". Then I asked them to pay me cheque or or DD, they simply refuse it. The staff is so manipulative &ignorant when I show them the exchange policy mentioned on invoice clearly says "refund upto 20K can be paid in cash & above 20K by Account payee cheque/Demand draft", they simply ignore me and asked either cancelled cheque and bank account statement. After spending 3 frustrating hours in the store I called Tanishq helpline and wasted my 2 hours. So the overall experience to liquidate gold purchased from Tanishq is so pathetic, Tanishq is very reluctant towards the customers who wants to exchange the gold for the money.
