My friend introduced me to this tanishq outlet and I must say that I had a very pleasant experience there. I loved the collection that they had. There were alot of choices to pick from. Other than that what i really liked about this outlet is the staff....all very polite and helpful, especially Mr. Chandu Rana who took care of us from noon till late evening. He was very patient and extremely helpful throughout my buying process. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and definitely I came back home as a satisfied customer of Tanishq. Now whenever the need arises for me to make my next purchase I definitely know where to go.

It was an immense pleasure for me, being a regular customer, to bring along a friend who also wanted to do some jewellery shopping. I introduced her to Tanishq, a decision she never regretted. She was bowled over by the staffs involvement & patience, especially the gold melting process, the staff explaining to her every details, the transparency etc. She was very happy with her purchase & thanked me for introducing her to Tanishq. Visited Tanishq Stores Chembur on Jan 26 2023. Did some purchase and exchange. The services are excellent. The Salesperson Ms Lincy, always wearing a smiling face has been very cooperative. She even skipped her lunch to serve us. Kaarigar Ashish had also been very courteous in providing the services. Wish both of them good luck.

Used the toilet. Of course, it requires little more attention.

My husband purchased diamond necklace but wearing with in weeks it's joints turns black after that we visited hoshiarpur showroom their sales girl miss Anita gave us useless reasons and they just washed with a solution and gave us, but very next day it turn black again from the joints.

I have complained so hoshiarpur sale girl Miss Anita told me that they will replace with new one. My husband sent mail to tanishq regarding this issue but we received a mail that there is no problem in necklace. Hoshiarpur branch cheated with us they shown a aqua Regia washed necklace to tanishq
