I went to tanishq gurgaon yesterday and felt cheated. I went to exccahnge some of my 22 kt gold with the new disgns of 22 kt gold. They checked the gold before melting out and found that it is 22kt and after they melt it gold they said it is 20 kt and reduced the excahnge value. How come the karat is getting reduced. I FELT CHEATED. Better to go with your trust worth shops rather than tanishq.

On 2nd june at 4:30 executive had taken the phone of my father and activated the vpn on it to take remote control and transferred the 2.3 lac from his account . left only 5 rupees in his account . it is loot in daylight . one should not visit this store as bharat(manager)and tarun(owner) are involved in such habits, . we had putted the fir also for the same . case is still open

Being a men it's difficult to choose jwellery which are most relevant to ladies.but I felt so comfortable to explore the store varities with help of Mr. Aditya Sharma sir. Very worst place to buy gold. The sales person will force to buy jwellery. No proper information about jwellery will be given to you. Vey arrogant staff. Mr Raju from billing section is very arrogant pathetic person. Of you want peace of mind then don't step into the showroom ever.They will do some fraud. Very fraudster people.

Staff is buttery only they just want to do force selling of products and just to sell products they give wrong information about policy to customers which is very much not acceptable.

A very nice pleasant and specious showroom of Gold and diamond jewellery. Staff is so polite and cooperative and gave nice info of their different investment plans. Loved to shop there ??

The Camac Street store of Tanishq is the place we visit for buying jewellery or simply browsing their grand collection. The other day, we had a surprise pre-Bengali New Year visit at our home by their Ms. Rikta Chatterjee and her team.

We were delighted to receive an amazing gift - a plaque with eight different silver encrusted images of Ma Laxmi. It was indeed a conservation piece and the accompanying chocolates were just heavenly.
