Overall all very good experience from tanishq. I am first time visiting in tanishq I exchanged my old gold I get 100 % value no deduction for 91.6 jew it is really good to compare other brand Tata always best and also special thanks for sale person ms.gayatri and muni krishnan ( karigar) for her excellent explain and was very much helpful throughout the process get done.muni sir have superb person they are sound very well and also transparent ly melting and billing process in front of us. Thanks both of u suvalakhmi & Munikrishnan.

Excellent service, lot's of unique collections had a very good experience at Tanishq East veli Street. Sales person Sridevi is very polite and kind.

I alone with my husbend visited Tanishq Barasat Branch 24 pgs.(n) on 17/07/23 for purchasing some items.After that we went and met Mrs.Priyanka Paul help desk counter and to communicate Mr. Rakesh Sinha of your Executive staff.They were elaborate anddescribeeverything regarding the material aspect and quality of the product.They were extremely helpful in every step of their work and they know how to deal with the customer and they always rendered valuable assistance from their part towards ourself and both were of your aforesaid staff excellent in giving the required service.They were really helpful and energetic and other members are also too good.Thats why, we are very much happy and pleased for their conduct.Once again we repeat again we like service and defenitely satisfied with that product quality.As such we highly recommended them if your organisation will give some reward for their good work done.Thanks to your organisation.

Service is very poor, two hours waiting for billing and delivery, no ac , no car parking, very low collection , points amount not less in my account because not come otp

I liked the service & definitely satisfued with product quality . Mr Prashant Kumar was extremely patient throughout. He helped me use caratometer as well..The only problem I found was a little less products were available (eg. the ones shown online are not available) they need to put that range also.

Visited tanishque gariahat with my wife and were served by kakoli. The service was excellent and kakoli along with other staff members were extremely helpful every step of the way and we left the showroom highly satisfied with hopes of visiting the place again.

2nd July 2023 we purchased gold Bangles and Necklace with ear ring at Pondicherry Tanishq show room. We are happy with the purchase. Ms. Mareo Anandy had shown all the varieties of Bangles and Necklace collections, she was excellent in giving the required services and clearing our doubts when enquired about product and the quality. We have redeemed our Sovereign plan and exchanged the old gold with 100% revalue with this purchase. Almost we spent more than 3hours. We are very happy and satisfied with the purchase as per our requirements. The shop is under renovation it will be complete August 2023 but the renovation work is not disturb our purchase.
